Anthony J. Bosco, Jr. is vice president and chief information officer for Day & Zimmermann. Mr. Bosco has been with Day & Zimmermann for 25 years. During that time, he has held a series of progressively responsible staff and line roles in all areas of the company. These include vice president and treasurer, project controls manager for a number of construction and construction-related projects, project manager, corporate planning, finance, accounting and information technology. Most notably, he has been responsible for successfully leading Day & Zimmermann's enterprise-wide implementation of SAP R/3, the single largest resource and technology investment ever made by Day & Zimmermann. Mr. Bosco holds a bachelor of science in Accounting and Computer Science from La Salle University.
Joseph Ritzel is vice president of finance and chief financial officer for Day & Zimmermann. He has held this position since 2001. Mr. Ritzel joined Day & Zimmermann in 1983 as vice president of finance for a systems engineering subsidiary. In 1991, he was promoted to vice president and corporate controller for Day & Zimmermann, moving into the role of vice president and treasurer in 1994. Three years later Mr. Ritzel was named vice president and group controller for the company's munitions and defense group and then senior vice president and group controller for Day & Zimmermann's engineering and field services division, prior to assuming his current role. Mr. Ritzel holds a bachelor of science in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University.
Bill Yoh is chief customer officer for Day & Zimmermann and chairman of Yoh. Prior to his current position, Mr. Yoh was president and CEO for Yoh. Mr. Yoh began his career in 1993 at CSC Index, where he specialized in process re-engineering. Since that time, he has held a number of increasingly responsible positions in Day & Zimmermann including senior vice president of business development for the power maintenance and modification business, and senior vice president, corporate strategy & finance. Mr. Yoh holds a bachelor of arts degree from Duke University and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Clifford Cichowlaz is vice president and general manager for Day & Zimmermann Hawthorne Corporation, a division of Day & Zimmermann's munitions and defense group.
