Mr. Buckley MA, LPh, MSI, (aged 61), recently retired from the position of Group Chief Executive of AIB. In addition to his extensive operational experience as Chief Executive of Ireland's largest public company, Mr. Buckley, as a former Managing Director of AIB Capital Markets division and the NCB stockbroking group, has extensive capital markets knowledge and experience. Prior to his involvement in the financial services area, he was a senior public servant in Ireland and the EU. He is currently a non-executive director of M&T Bank Corporation, Buffalo, New York State.

Tommy Breen, B.Sc. (Econ), F.C.A., (aged 47), executive director, joined DCC in 1985, having previously worked with KPMG. Mr Breen is Chief Operating Officer and joined the Board in 2000. He joined DCC in 1985, having previously worked with KPMG and has served at a senior management level as Managing Director of DCC's Energy division from 2004 to 2006 and from 1996 to 2004 as Managing Director of DCC's SerCom division.

Conor Costigan, A.C.A., aged 35, was appointed Managing Director of DCC Healthcare with effect from 1 July 2006. Conor joined DCC in 1997 and has worked in a number of senior management roles across the Group, most recently as Finance and Development Director of DCC Healthcare.

Donal Murphy, B. Comm., B.F.S., M.B.A., aged 41, was appointed Managing Director of DCC Energy and DCC Environmental with effect from 1 July 2006. Donal was Managing Director of DCC SerCom from 2004 to 2006. He joined DCC in 1998 as Head of Group IT.

Frank Fenn, B. Comm., M.M.I.I., aged 43, joined DCC in April 2004. Frank is Managing Director of DCC's Food & Beverage division. Frank was previously a senior executive of Diageo where, from 1998 to 2004, he was Chief Executive of R&A Bailey & Co with responsibility for Bailey's global business.

Niall Ennis, B. Comm., D.P.A., F.C.A., aged 36, was appointed Managing Director of DCC SerCom with effect from 1 July 2006. Niall joined DCC in 1998 and has worked in a number of senior management roles across the Group, most recently as Finance and Development director of DCC SerCom.

Mr Somers, Chartered Accountant (aged 57), non-executive Director, is also a non-executive Director of Independent News & Media plc and Ardagh plc and is Chairman of eTel Group, a Central European telecommunications company. He is a former director of the Central Bank of Ireland. Mr Somers is a graduate of University College Dublin. He is the founder of Somers & Associates which has built a substantial practice in corporate restructuring and he has handled many of the larger restructurings in Ireland. He has also been an investor in and a director of several start-up companies. Mr Somers joined the board in 2003.

Maurice Keane, B.Comm., M.Econ.Sc. (aged 65), non-executive Director, is a member of the Court of Directors of Bank of Ireland, having been Chief Executive up until February 2002. He is a director of Axis Capital Holdings Limited and is Chairman of Bristol & West plc and of BUPA Ireland. Mr Keane joined the Board in 2002.

Tony Barry, Chartered Engineer (aged 71), non-executive Director. Mr Barry was a member of the Court of Directors of Bank of Ireland until January 2003 and was Chairman of Greencore Group plc until his retirement in February 2003. He was Chairman of CRH plc from 1994 to May 2000, having previously been Chief Executive. He is a past President of The Irish Business and Employers' Confederation. Mr Barry joined the Board in 1995.

Ms. Brennan, (aged 41), is an executive director of IBI Corporate Finance Limited, a position that she has held for the last ten years. She holds a first class honours Law degree from University College Dublin and is a chartered accountant. Ms. Brennan has extensive experience advising public companies in Ireland, principally in relation to strategic issues and mergers & acquisitions. She has also served as a non-executive director of the Irish Takeover Panel.
