Mr. Williams serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of DDi since November 2005. From November 2004 to October 2005, Mr. Williams served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of DDi. Before joining the Company, Mr. Williams served as President of Constellation Management Group, LLC, where he provided strategic, operational and financial consulting services to companies in the telecom, software and other technology related industries. Prior to that, Mr. Williams served as Chief Operating Officer of LNG Holdings, a European telecommunications company, where he oversaw the restructuring and sale of the business. Mr. Williams began his career as a certified public accountant in the State of Maryland working as an auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Williams holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland and an M.B.A. from Georgetown University.
Mr. Kumar joined DDi in 2001 and currently serves as the company's Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. Before joining DDi, Mr. Kumar was Director, Process Development with Honeywell International and Director, Process Engineering with Litronic Industries.
Mr. Kumar holds a bachelor of science in Mechanical Engineering from California State University Fullerton and a bachelor of science in Chemistry from Bhopal University.

David Tessmann-Keys has an extensive background in organizational development consulting, spanning Australia, Asia, Europe and the US. As a principal consultant, David has managed large-scale projects focusing on such areas as full organizational reengineering, succession management, selection, and leadership/workforce development. Prior to his appointment as Senior Vice President International Operations, David held the position of Managing Director of DDI Australia. Mr. Barnes joined DDi as Vice President, Sales in January of 2007. Mr. Barnes has over twenty years of sales experience in the printed circuit board industry. He has served as Vice President of Sales for TTM Technologies, a printed circuit board manufacturer, since September 2005. From 2004 to 2005, he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Cosmotronic, a printed circuit board manufacturer. Mr. Barnes served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Winonic, Inc., a privately held printed circuit board design and manufacturing company, from 2003 to 2004.
From 1990 to 2003, he served in numerous capacities for the Advanced Interconnect Division of Toppan Electronics, a division of Toppan Printing Co. Ltd., including President and Chief Operating Officer from 1999 to 2003, Vice President of Sales and Marketing from 1995 to 1999, and Director of Sales and Marketing from 1993 to 1995. Mr. Barnes holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Delaware State University.

As Senior Vice President, Manufacturing Operations, Mr. Mathews’ duties include the day-to-day oversight of DDi's printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing operations with a focus on high-quality, on-time delivery of the Company's products and services. Mr. Mathews joined DDi in February 2006 as Vice President, Quality and Process Engineering. He brings almost 25 years of experience to the company and is responsible for supporting the manufacturing processes in each of DDi’s PCB fabrication facilities. Most recently, Mr. Mathews served as Vice President Operations Quality PWB and Enclosures for Sanmina-SCI. Mr. Mathews began his career at Raytheon Company, Missile Systems Division where he rose to Manufacturing Operations Manager.
Mr. Mathews holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Plastics Engineering both from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.

Mr. Lietz currently serves as the Managing Director of Rye Capital Management, a private equity investment firm he founded in 2001. From September 2000 until June 2002, Mr. Lietz served as Executive Chairman of Clare Corporation, a manufacturer of electronic interconnect products and services. Previously, Mr. Lietz served as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Hadco from July 1991 to October 1995, and served as director of Hadco from February 1993 through June 2000. Mr. Lietz serves as a director of Amphenol Corporation, a global manufacturer of electronic components for the industrial and military marketplace, Omtool, Ltd., a provider of e-mail and fax based messaging software, and Safeguard Scientifics, Inc. Bryant R. Riley is both founder and Chairman of B. Riley & Co., Inc. B. Riley & Co. is a Southern California based brokerage firm providing research and trading ideas primarily to institutional investors. Founded in 1997, B. Riley & Co. also has offices in San Francisco and New York. Mr. Riley is also the founder and Chairman of Riley Investment Management, LLC, an investment adviser which provides investment management services. He also serves on the board of directors of Aldila, Inc. and Celeritek, Inc., each a Nasdaq listed company. Prior to 1997, Mr. Riley held a variety of positions in the brokerage industry, primarily as an Institutional Salesman and Trader. Mr. Vertuca is president of The Vertuca Group, a venture capital and real estate investment company since April 2000. He is also a managing member of the limited liability company that is the general partner of SOB Ventures, a private equity fund. Since 1993, he served as executive vice president and a board member of the Dii Group, a publicly held contract manufacturing company, until it was acquired by Flextronics International for $2.3 billion in April 2000. Prior to his tenure at The Dii Group, Mr. Vertuca held various senior level management positions in manufacturing, engineering and finance at IBM Corporation and StorageTek Corporation. Mr. Amman is currently the sole member of Blackland Associates LLC, through which he provides consulting services. From 1999 to 2000, Mr. Amman served as President of Global TeleSystems, Inc.
