Michael Fitzgerald became Chief Technology Officer for DecisionOne in January of 2007 after serving the company as Chief Information Officer from July 2005 through December 2006. In this role, he is responsible for preparing new technologies and services for transition to DecisionOne's core delivery centers and for maintaining second line technical support. His core areas of responsibility are technology development and adoption, national technical support, professional services, and strategic business development support. Mr. Fitzgerald has nearly 25 years of information technology experience, having run IT organizations for Global 2000 companies as well as at smaller software companies. He is a highly accomplished IT professional with senior leadership experience in world-class organizations such as IMS Health, CSC Consulting, and a leading global pharmaceutical company, and has extensive experience in start-up organizations as well.

Rick Martin joined DecisionOne in July 2005 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In his role as CFO of DecisionOne, Mr. Martin is responsible for the Finance and Administration areas of the Company. He also serves as Corporate Secretary.Mr. Martin has more than 17 years of diverse financial management experience with leadership roles in public accounting, corporate finance and tax management. He began his career at United Parcel Service, where he served for seven years in a variety of financial management roles. He later went on to work in key financial positions in various private equity-backed companies. Prior to DecisionOne, Mr. Martin served as CFO for Strategic Distribution, Inc (SDI), a publicly traded company specializing in supply chain solutions and distribution services.

Adrianne Miller joined DecisionOne in November 2005 as Vice President, Human Resources. Ms. Miller has more than 25 years of experience in all aspects of the HR field, including compensation and benefits, training and development, talent acquisition, change management, and employee relations. At DecisionOne, Ms. Miller is responsible for leading company-wide HR efforts including compensation, benefits, employee relations, recruitment, and organization development. In her most recent position, Ms. Miller led the North American human resources function for VWR International, a global distributor of life sciences products. Prior to joining VWR, she held various HR positions at Collagen Corporation and at McKesson.
