Michele Donnan Martin, is President, dELiA*s Brand, leads product design and merchandising for the dELiA*s Retail and Direct-to-Consumer divisions. From 1992 through 1999, Ms. Martin was Vice President, GMM of women's and girls' clothing at Abercrombie & Fitch and was instrumental in the successful launch and evolution of that brand. Prior to Abercrombie, Ms. Martin held various merchandising positions at J.Crew and Macy's. Additionally, , Ms. Martin led product design and development for Martin & Osa, a brand that is part of American Eagle Outfitters, Inc.

Walter Killough joined Alloy, Inc. in March 2003 as a consultant, and was hired as the Chief Operating Officer of its Retail and Direct Consumer Division in October 2003. Upon completion of the Spinoff, Mr. Killough became our Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Alloy, Inc., Mr. Killough was at J.Crew Inc. for 14 years. He was appointed its Chief Operating Officer in 2001, and prior to that served as an executive vice president. As its Chief Operating Officer he was responsible for all sourcing, catalog circulation and production, warehouse and distribution, retail and direct planning and logistics. Mr. Killough graduated from Villanova University in 1972 with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.

Greg joined us early this year from WD Partners, an architecture / construction management and design company. Prior to that, Greg spent 14 years with Limited Brands, most recently as Director of Store Design & Construction.

Before joining dELiA*s, Ms. McSweeney served as Director of Trend and Color for the Limited Too division of Tween Brands, Inc. Prior to Limited Too, Ms. McSweeney was Design Manager for Women's Apparel and Accessories at Avon Products and for three years was the Ready-to-Wear Director in Federated Merchandising Group's Women's Fashion Office. Ms. McSweeney also has six years of experience in fashion forecasting and trend research.

Bob has over 20 years of specialty retail operations experience. He joined us from Limited Stores where he spent 14 years in various store operations positions, most recently as Manager of Store Operations.

Terry joined us earlier this year and leads our field organization. Terry has over 20 years of experience which included Vice President - Store Operations at Victoria Secret's Beauty and additional stores experience as Vice President of Stores for Eastern Mountain Sports and at Disney Stores and GAP.

Gene Washington is the Director of Football Operations with the National Football League (NFL) in New York. He previously served as a professional sportscaster and as Assistant Athletic Director for Stanford University prior to assuming his present position with the NFL in 1994. Mr. Washington serves and has served on numerous corporate and civic boards, including serving as a director for Delia s, a NYSE-listed company as well as a director of the former New York Bancorp, Inc., a NYSE-listed company. He was elected to our Board of Directors in June 2003.

Paul Raffin is the Chief Executive Officer of Frette, Inc. in New York. He served in various positions at Limited Brands, most recently as President of the Express, Inc. division, prior to assuming his present position with Frette, Inc. Prior thereto, he was President, Mail Order of J. Crew; President of Gant, a division of Crystal Brands; and President of the Colours and Coloursport Division of Colours by Alexander Julian. Mr. Raffin has served as a director of the Bombay Company, Inc., a publicly traded company, since December, 2002.

Scott M. Rosen has served as Chief Operating Officer of Equinox Holdings, Inc., a New York-based operator of upscale fitness clubs, since January 2005. Before that, Mr. Rosen was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Equinox Holdings, Inc., which he joined in August 2003. Prior to joining Equinox, Mr. Rosen was Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer of J. Crew from 1994 to August 2003. Prior to joining J. Crew, Mr. Rosen was Vice President and Divisional Controller for the Women’s Sportswear Group division of Liz Claiborne, Inc. Mr. Rosen is a non-practicing certified public accountant and received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
