Michele Donnan Martin, is President, dELiA*s Brand, leads product design and merchandising for the dELiA*s Retail and Direct-to-Consumer divisions. From 1992 through 1999, Ms. Martin was Vice President, GMM of women's and girls' clothing at Abercrombie & Fitch and was instrumental in the successful launch and evolution of that brand. Prior to Abercrombie, Ms. Martin held various merchandising positions at J.Crew and Macy's. Walter Killough joined Alloy, Inc. in March 2003 as a consultant, and was hired as the Chief Operating Officer of its Retail and Direct Consumer Division in October 2003. Upon completion of the Spinoff, Mr. Killough became our Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Alloy, Inc., Mr. Killough was at J.Crew Inc. for 14 years. He was appointed its Chief Operating Officer in 2001, and prior to that served as an executive vice president. As its Chief Operating Officer he was responsible for all sourcing, catalog circulation and production, warehouse and distribution, retail and direct planning and logistics. Gene Washington is the Director of Football Operations with the National Football League (NFL) in New York. He previously served as a professional sportscaster and as Assistant Athletic Director for Stanford University prior to assuming his present position with the NFL in 1994. Mr. Washington serves and has served on numerous corporate and civic boards, including serving as a director for Delia s, a NYSE-listed company as well as a director of the former New York Bancorp, Inc., a NYSE-listed company.
