As Vice President of Human Resources at Delta Technology, the wholly owned information technology subsidiary of Delta Air Lines, Mr. Tahvonen is responsible for designing and managing HR systems in support of DT's people strategy of having the right people, with the right skills doing the right jobs. This includes staffing, employee relations, compensation, benefits, HR information systems, and organizational development. Prior to joining Delta Technology, Mr. Tahvonen served as an HR Leader for General Motors, Inc. where he was responsible for the HR function for North America Vehicle Sales, Service and Marketing. Mr. Tahvonen has more than 15 years of experience in the area of human resources. His experience includes numerous generalists and specialist roles including executive compensation, human resource planning, staffing, and employee relations at GM. Mr. Tahvonen received his Bachelor's and his Masters of Labor and Industrial Relations degrees from Michigan State University.

Harry H. Richardson is Vice President of Governance, Systems Operations and Information Security & Privacy Office for Delta Technology, the wholly owned information technology subsidiary of Delta Air Lines, at its headquarters in Atlanta. Mr. Richardson is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Project Management Office, Supplier Portfolio Management, Multi-Sourcing, Contract Management, Asset Management, Process Management, Technology Control Center, Data Center Operations, Help Desk, Change and Problem Management, Software Distribution, Enterprise Systems Security, Systems Integration Testing, Continuity of Business and the Information Security & Privacy Office. Mr. Richardson has more than 40 years experience in the information technology industry. He came to Delta from USAA in San Antonio where he retired after 24 years of service. During his tenure at USAA, Mr. Richardson served in senior management capacities related to systems operations, strategic planning, systems architecture, systems development and advanced technology. Between February 1990 and February 2000, Mr. Richardson also served and chaired the Board for the Texas Department of Information Resources. Prior to USAA, Mr. Richardson served 11 years with the United States Air Force in a variety of data processing related assignments. A native of New York City, Mr. Richardson claims San Antonio as home.

Mary Ann Green is Vice President of Airline Operation Systems for Delta Technology, the wholly owned information technology subsidiary of Delta Air Lines, at its headquarters in Atlanta. Ms. Green is responsible for managing all software applications that support Delta's Flight Operations, Operational Control Center, In-Flight Operations, Delta Connection Inc., Alliances, Legal & Safety, SAP, Human Resources and Technical Operations. Prior to serving as Vice President of Airline Operation Systems, she served as Director of Revenue Management Systems, where she was responsible for applications supporting Delta's pricing and inventory management strategies. Ms. Green graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She resides in Atlanta, Georgia.

Melanee Haywood is Vice President of Engineering and Common Services at Delta Technology, the wholly owned information technology subsidiary of Delta Air Lines, at its headquarters in Atlanta. Ms. Haywood is responsible for overseeing Delta Technology's network engineering and middleware messaging group; data sourcing and events; middleware frameworks; and server engineering. She has more than 25 years of information technology experience. Ms. Haywood came to Delta in 1980 as a computer programmer. Since that time, she has held various positions within Delta and Delta Technology. Most recently, she served as Director of MidTier Engineering. A native of Raleigh, NC, Ms. Haywood graduated from Spelman College in Atlanta, Ga. with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.

Phil has helped companies boost productivity and profits by implementing advanced technology for over 20 years. Phil has been a design engineer for the Boeing Company, a software development manager for Delta Technology (Air Lines), the product manager for a software company, Vice President of Information Systems for a transportation broker, and Principal Consultant / President of Downs & Company, Inc. since 2002. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional and a Microsoft Small Business Specialist. Phil is certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional. He holds a Georgia Unrestricted Low Voltage Contractors license on behalf of Downs & Company. Phil has a B.S.
