Lee Schram was named CEO of Deluxe in April 2006. Lee began his professional career with NCR Corporation in 1983 where he held a variety of positions with increasing responsibility that included both domestic and international assignments. He served as chief financial officer for the Retail and Financial group and then became vice president and general manager of Payment and Imaging Solutions in NCR's Retail and Financial group. In March 2003, Lee was named to the position of senior vice president of NCR Corporation's Retail Solutions division, with responsibilities for NCR's global retail store automation and point-of-sale solutions business, including development, engineering, marketing, sales and support functions.
Lee holds a bachelor's in accounting and finance from Miami (Ohio) University and a master's in business administration from the University of Dayton.

In May 2008, Malcolm joined Deluxe as senior vice president and chief information officer. Before joining Deluxe, he spent 18 years with NCR Corporation where he held a number of positions with increasing responsibility in locations throughout Europe and the United States. During his time at NCR, Malcolm held leadership roles within Professional Services, Information Technology and Operations, most recently serving as vice president of Operations for the Retail, Hospitality and Self Service division. He began his career in 1986 with Lucas Aerospace and then moved to the United Kingdom affiliate of Merloni Elettrodomestici of Italy.
Malcolm studied in the United Kingdom and holds a bachelor's in manufacturing engineering from Strathclyde University and a master's in manufacturing systems engineering from Warwick University. Additionally, he earned a master's certificate in project management from George Washington University and has Project Management Institute certification (inactive status).

Rick joined Deluxe in October 2006 as senior vice president and chief financial officer. Before joining Deluxe, he spent three years at Tyco International, Ltd., where he held the positions of vice president and chief financial officer of the Tyco Plastics unit and then chief financial officer of the Plastics and Adhesives segment, which was renamed Covalence Specialty Materials Corp. upon divestiture. During his tenure at Tyco, Rick spearheaded a major restructuring of the $1.1 billion plastics business, drove significant working capital improvements and then orchestrated the divestiture of the Plastics and Adhesives segment to private equity sponsor Apollo Management. Before joining Tyco, Rick spent 11 years in positions of increasing responsibility with Allied Signal, Inc. and then Honeywell International when the two companies merged.
During this time, he lived in France for several years where he provided financial support to the Aerospace team in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Rick returned to the United States in 1996 to complete the acquisition of LORI Inc., an aerospace manufacturing/repair and overhaul company. After the Allied Signal and Honeywell merger, he held director of finance roles with a "start up" business unit, with a $125 million industrial process automation business, and a $700 million unit serving oil/gas and petrochemical customers. Rick began his professional career in 1987 at Greenwich Associates, a research-based consulting organization.

Terry joined Deluxe in September 2004 as director, internal audit. In March 2005, he became vice president, controller and chief accounting officer and a member of Deluxe's executive leadership team. Terry was named interim chief financial officer in April 2006 and served in that capacity until a new CFO was hired in October 2006. Before joining Deluxe, Terry spent eight years working in various controller and CFO assignments, most recently at Ecolab, the world leader in premium commercial cleaning and sanitizing. His prior work experience includes senior leadership positions in accounting, finance, internal audit, tax and other corporate administrative functions. He began his career by spending 10 years in the audit practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Terry earned his bachelor's in accounting from the University of Northern Iowa in 1986 and an associate's degree from Waldorf College in 1984. He is also a certified public accountant (CPA).

Pete began his career with Deluxe in 1986 and has held a number of management positions at several Deluxe facilities, including vice president of Customer Care and vice president of Supply Chain at Deluxe headquarters in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Mr. McCarthy joined Directo after more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. His extensive knowledge in the payments field is a result of a successful career at Deluxe Corporation, the largest check printer in the United States. During his tenure he held various sales positions until he was assigned the Market Manager in the northeast responsible for integrating Chex Systems, Deluxe Electronic Payments and Deluxe Data Resources into a total payment solutions sales team. In 1998 he was appointed Vice President/Director of Regional Banks ($3-$20 billion in assets). Mr. McCarthy's most recent position was Director of the Northeast Sales and Support organizations. Throughout his career he has played key roles in organizational design and process improvement teams focused on improving the customer experience. Mr. McCarthy received his Bachelors degree from American International College.

Julie Loosbrock joined Deluxe as a human resources manager in August 2000 and served in that role for several Deluxe business groups, including Financial Services, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales and Quality segments. In September 2002, Julie was named director of Financial Services and later vice president of both the Shared Services and the Strategic Business Partners groups. She was promoted to her current role of senior vice president of Human Resources in October 2008.
Prior to Deluxe, Julie spent more than 20 years in human resources for other industries and companies, including Pillsbury, IMPACT Consulting and Ryerson Steel.

Tom Morefield started with Deluxe Corporation in 1984 as a sales trainee in Kansas City, Kansas, and later served in numerous roles - including pricing, sales, direct mail and customer experience and support - in Minnesota and Massachusetts. "Martyn R. Redgrave is executive vice president and chief administrative officer of Limited Brands and a member of the Limited Brands executive committee. He joined Limited Brands in March 2005 and is responsible for overseeing the enterprise’s governance, administrative and financial functions, including global procurement, logistics, and technology services. From February 2006 to April 2007, Mr. Redgrave also served as chief financial officer for the enterprise.
Previously Mr. Redgrave served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for Carlson Companies, Inc., the world’s largest privately-held hospitality, travel and marketing services company, with system-wide revenues of more than $20 billion. During his 11-year tenure with Carlson, Mr. Redgrave was responsible for worldwide strategic planning, financial planning and analysis, and strategic sourcing and procurement, as well as overseeing all finance and shared services operations.
Prior to his leadership role with Carlson, Mr. Redgrave spent 14 years at Pepsico, Inc., where he served as senior vice president and chief financial officer for both Kentucky Fried Chicken and Taco Bell (both owned by Pepsico at the time). He also served as senior vice president of Taco Bell and as president and general manager of Taco Bell’s Northern Division, where he oversaw operations for 1,200 restaurants with combined business revenues of more than $1 billion.
Mr. Redgrave has been directly responsible for more than $12 billion in acquisition, joint venture and divestiture transactions throughout the world. Additionally, he has led five major enterprise-level business and ERP transformations during his career.
Prior to joining Pepsico, Mr. Redgrave worked at Arthur Andersen in its consulting and audit practices, located in New York City.
Mr. Redgrave received his undergraduate degree in economics from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He is a certified public accountant.
In addition to his duties at Limited Brands, he serves on the board of directors for the Deluxe Corporation and is the chairman of its audit committee. He also serves on the board of the United Way of Central Ohio and is chairman of its audit committee.
Mr. Redgrave and his wife, Lynne, reside in New Albany, Ohio."
