Dan is President & CEO of DemandTec, Inc., a leading provider of Consumer Demand Management software. Under his leadership and vision, DemandTec has brought together three distinct disciplines advanced econometrics, large-scale data processing, and Software-as-a-Service, in order to help retailers and consumer products manufacturers define merchandising and marketing strategies based on a scientific understanding of consumer behavior. Dan brings over 20 years of experience growing technology companies in dynamic markets, serving in senior executive positions at Ariba, Trading Dynamics, and Hyperion Solutions. Dan holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota.

Mark brings over 20 years of executive financial and operations management experience with high growth domestic and international technology companies. Prior to joining DemandTec, Mark served as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary at iManage, a leading provider of e–business content and collaboration software. Preceding his position at iManage, Mark served as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary for SciClone Pharmaceuticals, Inc., an international biopharmaceutical company. He also served at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he managed numerous client accounts across a variety of high technology industries. Mark holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota.

Bill has responsibility for managing the day-to-day delivery of DemandTec's solutions across the customer base. He has more than 20 years of leadership and professional services experience having run the services teams at some of the leading companies in the software industry. Most recently, Bill was VP of Professional Services at Ketera Technologies. Bill also led the services team at Kana Software and started the professional services group at CrossWorlds Software. He was a member of the Information Technology Group at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he specialized in supply chain technology consulting, and started his career at Accenture as a member of the Commercial Group. Bill graduated with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.

James H. Dai. We entered into a letter agreement with Mr. Dai in February 2004. Mr. Dai’s salary and variable compensation target were determined each year by our Compensation Committee. Under the agreement, if we were to have terminated Mr. Dai’s employment without cause prior to March 19, 2008, he would be entitled to the continuation of his base salary for three months at the rate in effect at the time of termination. In addition, he would be entitled to reimbursement of his premiums for health insurance coverage under COBRA for three months after the date of termination. On February 29, 2008, Mr. Dai’s employment with the company terminated. In connection therewith, we entered into a severance agreement with Mr. Dai pursuant to which we paid him a lump sum payment of $62,500 and his accrued but unpaid bonus for fiscal 2008, and agreed to reimburse his premiums under COBRA for three months after the date of termination. In addition, we accelerated the vesting of 32,814 shares of our common stock that were outstanding upon Mr. Dai’s prior exercise of unvested options.

John C. Crouch. We entered into a letter agreement with Mr. Crouch in November 2003. Mr. Crouch’s salary and variable compensation target were determined each year by our Compensation Committee. If we were to have terminated Mr. Crouch’s employment without cause prior to November 17, 2007, he would have been entitled to the continuation of his base salary for four months at the rate in effect at the time of termination. In addition, he would have been entitled to reimbursement of his premiums for health insurance coverage under COBRA for four months after the date of termination. On April 30, 2008, Mr. Crouch’s employment with the company terminated. In connection therewith, we entered into a severance agreement with Mr. Crouch pursuant to which we agreed to continue to pay him his base salary for four months and agreed to reimburse his premiums under COBRA for four months after the date of termination. In addition, we accelerated the vesting of 15,000 PSUs held by Mr. Crouch and extended the post-termination exercise period of his outstanding vested options from three months to six months.

Bromme joined DemandTec in September of 2004 as vice president of North American sales. He previously held retail technology sales executive positions at Retek (now Oracle retail), MicroStrategy and Tandem (now a part of Hewlett-Packard). Bromme also has specific price optimization experience at Spotlight Solutions (now Oracle) and IDeaS (now owned by SAS).

Mr. Kiruluta is currently Vice President, Engineering at DemandTec where he leads the econometrics, optimization research, and database teams and prior to joining DemandTec, Mr. Kiruluta was Senior Director of Informatics at Merck Research Labs (MRL) where he led the development of the Target Genome Index (TGI), an environment to help researchers gain better insights into biological function and drug response by integrating clinical data with genomics, proteomics and metabolomics technologies. Prior to joining Merck, Mr. Kiruluta was Chief Technology Officer and Vice President, R&D at DoubleTwist (formerly Pangea Systems). At DoubleTwist, Mr. Kiruluta led the team of scientists and engineers to develop Prophecy, the history-making, first comprehensive annotation of the human genome, and DoubleTwist.com, the first portal for life science researchers. Mr. Kiruluta has over 15 years of experience in the software and life science industries.

William Binch has been an active independent director for seven years. He has extensive experience in worldwide sales, enterprise applications, and BI/analytics. He currently serves on four boards: SPSS (Lead Director), Callidus Software, Saama, & MedeFinance, as well as two Advisory Boards (DemandTec & Verari). Mr. Binch served as CEO/Chairman of SeeCommerce (acquired by NCR/Teradata). He was SVP of WW Sales at Hyperion/Arbor, and a senior executive at Business Objects & Prism, two BI & DW companies. He served for five years at Oracle, departing as VP of Strategic Accounts. He has held executive positions at IBM, Itel, & Fortune Systems.

Mr. Xuan Wei, a member of the Science & Technology Advisory Board at Capital Market Advisors Inc. He is currently the Engineering Manager of the application development team at DemandTec, Inc., a leading Customer Demand Management software company. Prior to DemandTec, Mr. Wei was the Lead Engineer that led the development teams of Professional Service Automation and Sales Enterprise Applications at Siebel Systems, Inc., the leading Customer Relation Management software company. Mr. Wei began his career at IBM?s Storage System Division and Academy of Sciences as Software Engineer. Mr. Wei holds a B.A. in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and his graduate studies was in Electrical Engineering at Stanford University.

Retired Partner, PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Robel has been a Director of the Company since November 2005 and Lead Independent Director since January 2009. From June 2000 to December 2005, Mr. Robel was a general partner and Chief of Operations for Hummer Winblad Venture Partners. From January 1974 to May 2000, Mr. Robel was a Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. From mid 1995 to May 2000, Mr. Robel led PricewaterhouseCoopers High Technology Transaction Services Group in Silicon Valley where he advised on strategy, valuation and structuring for mergers and acquisitions. From May 1985 to mid 1995, Mr. Robel was the Partner in charge of the Software Industry Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in Silicon Valley, and prior to that, Mr. Robel was with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in Los Angeles and Phoenix. Mr. Robel holds a B.S. degree in accounting from Arizona State University. Mr. Robel serves on the Board of Directors of Autodesk, Inc., DemandTec, Inc. and McAfee, Inc. He serves as the Chairman of the Board of McAfee and Chairman of the Audit Committee of both Autodesk and DemandTec, as well as serving as a member of the Audit Committee at McAfee. He also serves on the Board of Directors of two privately held companies.

Mr. Pickus joined support.com as President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board in April 2006. Mr. Pickus served as senior vice president and general manger of the Clarity Division of Computer Associates, an IT management software company, from August 2005 until April 2006. From November 1999 until August 2005, Mr. Pickus served in a number of executive positions at Niku Corporation, an IT governance software company, including president and chief executive officer from November 2002 until August 2005, chief financial officer, from April 2001 to October 2002, and president of vertical markets from November 1999 to March 2001. Mr. Pickus also serves on the Board of DemandTec, Inc., an on-demand software company focused on price optimization for retailers and consumer packaged goods companies. Mr. Pickus holds a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University and a Juris Doctor from University of Chicago School of Law.

Mr. Drayer was Procter & Gamble's former Chief Logistics Officer. During his 32 years with P&G, Mr. Drayer held a number of distribution, logistics, customer service and Customer Business Development responsibilities. As P&G's first Vice President of Customer Servicea? Logistics, he was instrumental in the developement of P&G's industry leading supply chain capabilities and through his leadership of ECR, helped transform an entire industry. Mr. Drayer has served as Coa "chair of the Grocery Industry's ECR Best Practices Committee, Chairman of the GMA Distribution and Logistics Committee, and on the Boards of The Uniform Code Council, VICS, and The Council of Logistics Management's Executive Committee. Mr. Drayer is the recipient of the Grocery Industry's first Path Forward Award for his industry leading work on ECR and the Council of Logistics Management's Distinguished Service Award, the highest honor that can be bestowed on an individual for achievements in logistics.

From 1997 to his retirement in 2003, Ron served as Senior Vice President of Logistics for Nestlé USA. He was responsible for Purchasing, Supply Chain, Distribution & Customer Service, Information Technology and was a member of Nestlé USA’s Executive Leadership Team. As Chairman of the North American Supply Chain Action Team for Zone Americas, Ron was responsible for Supply Chain improvement initiatives in Canada, Mexico and the United States. He also coordinated the activities of the Central and South American Supply Chain initiatives for Nestle SA. Ron began his Nestlé career in 1980 when he was named Vice President of Management Information Services for the Stouffer Corporation in Solon, Ohio. In 1983, he took on added financial responsibilities and was part of the acquisition team for Carnation, Hills Bros. and MJB. In 1985, Ron moved to Nestlé Foods in White Plains, New York as Vice President of Finance. He was named Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration in 1987, responsible for all financial functions, information technology, and office services. He also ran the MJB Rice Company and FIDCO, Nestlé’s food ingredient business in the USA. In 1991, Ron joined Nestlé in the United Kingdom in the role of Information Technology Director, and in 1993 took on the responsibilities of Chief Financial Officer. Ron holds a B.S. degree in Economics from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Mr. Baker is a member of the Audit Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee.

Mr. Codd is Calypso's lead independent director. As the Board's financial expert, Mr. Codd chairs the Audit Committee. Mr. Codd previously served at PeopleSoft, Inc. as CFO, Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration, and Secretary. During his 7-year tenure at PeopleSoft, he marshaled PeopleSoft's successful Initial Public Offering in 1992 and the company grew its annual revenues from $15 million to $1.5 billion. More recently, Mr. Codd was President, CEO and Secretary at spin-out software firm Momentum Business Applications, Inc. which was later repurchased by PeopleSoft. Mr. Codd previously held management roles at MIPS Computer Systems, Inc., Wyse Technology and Tandem Computers, Inc. and currently serves as an independent business consultant. Mr. Codd also serves on the Board of Directors of Agile Software, Interwoven, Adept Technology, and two privately-held technology companies.
