Zoran

Karl Schneider has served as Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer since July 1998, having joined Zoran as Corporate Controller in January of that year. Prior to joining Zoran, Mr. Schneider served as Controller for the Film Measurement and Robotics and Integrated Technologies divisions of KLA-Tencor and as Corporate Controller for SCM Microsystems, Inc. Prior to those positions, he served as Controller for Reply Corporation, Director of Finance for Digital F/X, and Controller for Flextronics. Mr. Schneider holds a B.S. in Business Administration from San Diego State University.

Dr. Isaac Shenberg has served as Senior Vice President, Business Development for Zoran Corporation since October 1998. He also served as Product Line Business Manager, when he first joined Zoran in August 1990, and as Vice President, Sales and Marketing from January 1995 until his promotion to his current position in 1998. Dr. Shenberg holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Technion, the Israel Institute of Technology.

Charlie Parr, Vice President Worldwide Sales for Zoran Corporation, has over 31 years experience in the semiconductor industry. He joined Zoran in 2003 with the acquisition of Oak Technologies, where he had served as VP Worldwide Sales since 1999. Previously, he held various sales and management positions at VLSI Technology, Motorola and other semiconductor companies. He holds a Bachelors degree in Electronic Engineering from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and an MBA from Arizona State University.

Connie Fredrickson-Bray, Vice President Human Resources, joined Zoran Corporation in November 2003. Prior to Zoran, Connie served as Vice President Human Resources at ChipPAC, Inc. She has also served as Director Human Resources International at G.D. Searle & Co., a wholly owned subsidiary of Monsanto, where she gained her experience in international human resources. Connie began her career at Monsanto in accounting and finance. She earned her B.B.A. from the University of Iowa, and has a Certificate in Human Resources from the University of California Santa Cruz. Connie is a member of the Northern California Human Resources Association and the Society for Human Resource Management.

David Pederson is Vice President Corporate Marketing at Zoran Corporation. Prior to joining Zoran in January 2003, he spent over seventeen years at National Semiconductor in various engineering, strategic marketing and management positions including Director Set Top Box product line. Mr. Pederson has over twenty-four years experience in the semiconductor industry including more than six years at Teledyne. He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia. As a recognized expert in his field, he has been invited to deliver numerous talks on Digital Video, PVRs, Set top boxes, Digital Televisions, the Networked Entertainment Center and the Challenges to Creating a Connected Digital Home and Connected Consumer Products.

Tzach Hadas, Vice President Operations, joined Zoran Corporation in 1993 as an engineer. Since that time, he has served in multiple positions that have contributed to the success of Zoran's engineering and manufacturing efforts. He has served as team leader, group manager, VLSI manager, and director and senior director of operations prior to his promotion to Vice President Operations in July 2003. Mr. Hadas holds a B.A. in Physics from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, a Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tel-Aviv University, has published articles in Solid-state Electronics, and holds a co-patent in self-tuning clock recovery.

Coby Sella, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Zoran Corporation's Mobile Division, joined Zoran in 1998. He served in various engineering and marketing positions in the digital camera group, where he contributed to defining and establishing the COACH product line. He was appointed Vice President and General Manager of the Digital Camera Division in January 2000 and has managed the growth of Zoran's digital camera business, increasing market share to over thirty percent. In June 2004, he was appointed General Manager of Zoran's newly formed Mobile Division, created when the newly acquired Emblaze Semiconductor was combined with Zoran's digital camera division to focus on the multimedia mobile phone market. Prior to joining Zoran, Mr. Sella held positions at National Semiconductor, IBM, and the DSP Group. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Technion, the Israel Institute of Technology.

Ram Ofir, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Zoran Corporation's Home Entertainment division, joined Zoran in 1991. He has served in various engineering, marketing and management positions, including as Vice President Engineering and General Manager of Zoran Microelectronics Ltd site in Haifa, Israel. Prior to that, he served as Director of Marketing for Zoran's DVD, DTV and Audio product lines, where he made major contributions to the design, development and success of the Vaddis, SupraTV, SupraHD and other product lines. Prior to joining Zoran, he held positons at National Semiconductor. Mr. Ofir holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Technion, the Israel Institute of Technology.

Simon Dolan, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Zoran Corporation's Imaging Division, joined Zoran in 2003 with the acquisition of Oak Technologies, where he was serving as SVP and GM of the Imaging Group. Prior to Oak, he spent eleven years with LSI Logic in various positions including VP Strategic Marketing and VP Marketing for Consumer Products. Previously, he was employed in engineering and marketing positions at Inmos Ltd. He holds a Masters of Science degree in Information Technology from University College London, and a BA in Mathematics and Philosophy from Mansfield College, Oxford.

James B. Owens, Jr.has been a director of Zoran since May 2003. From 2002 to 2005, Mr. Owens served as President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of Strasbaugh, a provider of semiconductor manufacturing equipment. From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Owens served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Surface Interface, a supplier of high-end metrology equipment to the semiconductor and hard disk markets. In the semiconductor industry since 1976, Mr. Owens worked for National Semiconductor for 21 years in several capacities including VP in charge of all worldwide manufacturing and R&D plus served as the COO of SEMATECH, an R&D consortium for the semiconductor industry. Mr. Owens holds a B.S. in Physics from Stetson University, an M.S. in Management from the University of Arkansas and an M.S.E.E. from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Uzia Galil has been a Board member of the USISTF since its inception by President B. Clinton and Prime Minister Y. Rabin. A graduate of the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology (BSc -1947) and Purdue University in the USA (MScEE -1953), he was the founder of Elron Electronic Industries Ltd., and served as Chief Executive Officer of the company from1962-1999. In 1999, Uzia Galil founded Uzia Initiatives and Management Ltd. and is presently the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company, with the mission of helping regional innovations to become a global success by leveraging the experience and the global network of its management team and its partners worldwide. He continues to serve as Chairman of Zoran Corp., Director in Partner Communications Ltd., Orbotech Ltd. and NetManage Inc. Uzia is also the founder of the Galil Center for Telemedicine and Medical Informatics, at the Technion's Bruce Rapaport Faculty of Medicine in Haifa Uzia Galil has been awarded Honorary Doctorate degrees from Technion-Israel Institute of Technology (1977), The Weizman Institute of Science (1991), Polytechnic University New York (1995), Ben Gurion University (1999) and the Solomon Bublick Prize Laureate from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (2003) and Outstanding Electrical and Computer Engineer Award by the Purdue University, USA (2006). In 1997 he was awarded the prestigious Israel Prize for his contribution to the development of the Israel hi-tech industry.

Arthur Stabenow founded Right90 in August, 2003 along with Kim Orumchian and Dean Skelton. He serves as a director of Applied Micro Circuits Corporation and Zoran, Inc. Art was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Micro Linear Corporation, a manufacturer of integrated circuits, from April 1986 until his retirement in January 1999. He has over 35 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. From January 1979 to March 1986, he was employed as a vice president and general manager at National Semiconductor Corporation. Art holds an M.B.A. from the University of New Haven.

Peter Simone has served as a member of our board of directors since March 2006. Simone has been an investment consultant and a consultant to numerous private companies since February 2001. From June 2001 to December 2002, Simone was executive chairman of SpeedFam-IPEC, a semiconductor equipment company which was acquired by Novellus Systems. From February 2000 until February 2001, he served as a director and president of Active Controls Experts. He was president, chief executive officer and director of Xionics Document Technologies, from April 1997 until the company's acquisition by Oak Technology in January 2000. Simone serves on the board of directors of several companies, including Sanmina-SCI Corp., a provider of customized, integrated electronics manufacturing services; Newport Corp., a technology supplier to several industries including microelectronics manufacturing and communications; Veeco Instruments, an equipment developer and supplier to various industries including data storage and semiconductors; and Cymer, Inc., a supplier of excimer light sources. Simone is also a board member of several private technology companies as well as the Massachusetts High Technology Council. In addition, he is president of the board of Walker Home and School for Children. Simone holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Bentley College and a master's degree in business administration from Babson College.

Philip M. Young has been a director of Zoran since January 1986. Mr. Young has been a managing principal of U.S. Venture Partners, a venture capital management company, since April 1990, and a general partner or managing member of the general partners of various venture capital funds managed by that company. Mr. Young is also a director of several private companies.
