Natasha Giordano has served as President, Global Business Unit responsible for global pharmaceutical company business and Canadian and Latin American sales and operations since January 2005. Ms. Giordano has additionally been responsible for company-wide sales strategy and North American Integrated Services since March 2006. Ms. Giordano has been with Dendrite since 2000 and has previously served as Group President, Global Business Unit for major customers, and Vice President, Global Accounts. Prior to joining Dendrite, Ms. Giordano spent 10 years at Parke-Davis/Warner Lambert in various sales and sales leadership positions, most recently managing Strategic Alliances. Ms. Giordano holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Wagner College in New York.

David Seletyn is the Colleague Trainer at Dendrite International's help desk in Chesapeake, VA. As such, he is responsible for managing the new training process and the training and development of current team members. David also facilitates help desk training. Besides working in the information technology world, David has worked as a non-profit fundraiser. David earned a Bachelor's of Science degree from James Madison University. He is also a certified instructor for Help Desk International. He currently lives with his wife in the historic Park View neighborhood of Portsmouth, VA.

Tabitha Bartolini brings a rich heritage of music and the arts to Wade Artist Management, with her father being world famous tenor, Lando Bartolini. Ms. Bartolini is a graduate of Drew University, cum laude, with a specialty in languages. She also has a Certificate in International Marketing. Her work experience includes positions at Salans; Curtis, Mallet-Provost, Colt & Mosie, LLP; Dendrite International Inc.; and Promofirenze, Special Agency of the Chamber of Commerce of Florence (Italy). Additionally, she works as a free-lance interpreter and translator.

Barry Goldsmith is a co-founder of Updata Capital and Updata Partners. He brings over 35 years of experience in the information technology industry, as a founder, senior executive, investor and advisor to leading software and IT services companies. Mr. Goldsmith founded CGA Computer, Inc. in 1968. Under his guidance, CGA became one of the top providers of information technology consulting services and software products to Fortune 500 companies. During his tenure, Mr. Goldsmith initiated an aggressive program of expansion that resulted in the acquisition of a number of software products and companies. A public company since 1969, CGA was taken private with General Atlantic Partners in 1984 through a leveraged buy-out. Two years later, when CGA's divisions were sold to Computer Associates and CapGemini, the firm had grown to employ approximately 1,200 people and had annual revenues in excess of $90 million. After the sale of CGA, Mr. Goldsmith co-founded Updata Software, a provider of DB2tools and Sablesoft, which were acquired by Online Software and Platinum Technologies, respectively. Mr. Goldsmith co-founded Updata Capital in 1987 and Updata Partners in 1997. Mr. Goldsmith received a B.A. from Rutgers University. He has served on the boards of several publicly-traded companies including: Goal Systems (GOAL), Compuware (CPWR), Aphanet (ALPH), Astea (ATEA) and Frontstep (FSTP). Mr. Goldsmith currently serves on the boards of Dendrite International, Inc. (NASDAQ: DRTE), and Updata Partners portfolio companies Acclaris and Numara Software.

Lance Willsey, MD has served as a director since May 2000. Dr. Willsey was a founding partner of DCF Capital from July 1998 to April 2002. From July 1997 to July 1998, Dr. Willsey served on the Staff Department of Urologic Oncology at Dana Farber Cancer Institute at Harvard University School of Medicine. From July 1996 to July 1997, Dr. Willsey served on the Staff Department of Urology at Massachusetts General Hospital at Harvard University School of Medicine, where he was a urology resident from July 1992 to July 1996. Dr. Willsey is also a director of Exelixis, Inc. Dr. Willsey holds a BS in physiology from Michigan State University and an MS in biology and an MD from Wayne State University. Patrick J. Zenner has served as a director since March 2003. In January 2001, Mr. Zenner retired from Hoffmann-La Roche Inc., North America, the prescription drug unit of the Roche Group, a leading research-based health care enterprise, where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer since 1993, and was a member of the global Pharmaceutical Executive Committee. Mr. Zenner joined Hoffmann-La Roche Inc. as a sales representative in 1969 and subsequently held a series of marketing and business development posts that culminated in his being named Vice President and General Manager of Roche Laboratories in 1982. He later spent two and a half years with Roche Holding Ltd. as head of international pharmaceutical marketing, development and regulation. In 1988, Mr. Zenner was elected to Hoffmann-La Roche's Executive Committee and Board of Directors, and appointed Senior Vice President of the pharmaceutical division. Mr. Zenner also serves as a director of ArQule, Inc., Curagen Corporation, Dendrite International, Inc., First Horizon Pharmaceuticals Corporation, Genta Inc., Geron Corporation, Praecis Pharmaceuticals, Inc, West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. and Xoma Ltd. Mr. Zenner holds a BS in business administration from Creighton University and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and is a Trustee of both universities.

Age 61 Director since 2002 Mr. Zenner is the retired President and Chief Executive Officer of Hoffmann-La Roche Inc., a pharmaceutical manufacturer. Mr. Zenner currently serves as the Interim Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of EXACT Sciences Corporation. He also is a director of ArQule, Inc., CuraGen Corporation, Geron Corporation, Sciele Pharma, Inc. and Xoma Ltd.

Peter Tombros has served as a Board Director since 1998 and in January 2008 was appointed Chairman. Previously, he served as Lead Director since May 2006. Since 2005, Mr. Tombros has served as Professor and executive in residence in the Eberly College of Science B.S./M.B.A. Program at Pennsylvania State University. Formerly, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of VivoQuest, a private biopharmaceutical company. From 1994 until June 2001, Mr. Tombros served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Enzon Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a publicly held biopharmaceutical company. Prior to joining Enzon, Mr. Tombros spent 25 years with Pfizer Inc., a global healthcare company in a variety of senior management positions including Vice President of Marketing, Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Roerig Pharmaceuticals Division, Executive Vice President of Pfizer Pharmaceuticals Division, Director of Pfizer Pharmaceuticals Division, Vice President of Corporate Strategic Planning, and Vice President, Corporate Officer, Pfizer Inc. Mr. Tombros is Chairman of PharmaNet Development Group, Inc. and is a Board Director at Cambrex and Protalex, all publicly held life science companies. Peter Tombros earned B.S. and M.S. degrees from Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. degree from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton Graduate School of Business.
