In January 2007, Dr. Linda Niessen was appointed Chief Clinical Officer with oversight of the Global Student Clinician Program, global clinical education, professional relations, and corporate communications. Dr. Niessen joined DENTSPLY in 1998 as Vice-President for Clinical Education. In this role, she launched several innovative clinical education initiatives and secured the first company-wide designation for DENTSPLY as an American Dental Association Continuing Education Recognized Provider (ADA CERP). Dr. Niessen has been active in the dental profession throughout her career, having served as President of the American Association of Women Dentists, President of the American Association of Public Health Dentistry, President of the Friends of the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research, and President of the Dallas County Dental Society. Dr. Niessen received her Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of New Mexico and her dental degree (DMD), Masters in Public Health degree (MPH) and Masters in Public Policy degree (MPP), all from Harvard University.

William Jellison currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. To broaden his operational experience, in November of 2002, he was appointed Senior Vice President responsible for the DENTSPLY Professional Division, the Company's Asian operations and worldwide endodontic franchise comprising the Tulsa Dental, Maillefer, and VDW Divisions. Mr. Jellison is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants and is also affiliated with the Financial Executive Institute. Mr. Jellison joined DENTSPLY after a successful 18-year career with the Donnelly Corporation of Holland, MI, where he served as Vice President of Finance. A Certified Management Accountant, Mr. Jellison earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Hope College in Holland, MI.

Since January 1, 2007,Robert Size has served as Senior Vice President, with responsibilities for the Global Restoratives Franchise (Caulk and DeDent), Rinn, Professional, and the DENTSPLY North America (DNA) sales organization. Mr. Size joined DENTSPLY as Vice-President and General Manger of Caulk in June 2003 and was named Vice President of Global Restoratives in January 2006. Prior to joining DENTSPLY, Mr. Size spent three years as CEO and President of Superior MicroPowders and 16 years in various cross-functional and international leadership positions with The Cookson Group. Mr. Size received his BS in Marketing from SUNY Buffalo and MBS in Finance from Canisius College.

Albert Sterkenburg was named Senior Vice President in January 2009 overseeing the Global Implant and Prosthetic Franchises with operating responsibilities over both manufacturing locations and sales & marketing organizations located in the United States, Europe and China. Since joining DENTSPLY, Mr. Sterkenburg's responsibilities have progressively increased from Vice President/General Manager to Group Vice President for the global Prosthetic business. Mr. Sterkenburg also serves on the Board of Directors of Materialise Dental. Prior to joining DENTSPLY in January 2000, Mr. Sterkenburg enjoyed a successful international career in Marketing and General Management for Ethicon Endo-Surgery, a Johnson & Johnson company and Nellcor, now a subsidiary of Tyco Healthcare. Mr. Sterkenburg, a native from the Netherlands, graduated from the University of Groningen with a degree in Dentistry and Business Administration.

Brian Addison was named Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel in 1998. Since joining the Company in 1995, Mr. Addison held positions of increasing responsibility such as Corporate Counsel and Corporate Office of Assistant Secretary. Mr. Addison is a member of the American, Pennsylvania, York County and Dauphin County Bar Associations. Mr. Addison served on the Board of Directors and as the treasurer of the York County Bar Foundation. He also served on the Board of Directors of the Dauphin County Bar Association and as the Vice Chair of the Corporate Counseling Committee of the Antitrust Section of the American Bar Association. Prior to his DENTSPLY career, Mr. Addison was an Associate with a Philadelphia law firm for several years and served as Senior Counsel for Hershey Foods Corporation. He received his Bachelors degree from The Pennsylvania State University and his Juris Doctor degree from the Dickinson School of Law. He later obtained an MBA degree from The Pennsylvania State University.

Timothy Warady currently serves as Vice President, Corporate Controller. Since he began his DENTSPLY career in 1990, Mr. Warady held several positions of increasing responsibility including Group Controller for North American Operations, Corporate Controller, and Corporate Officer. Before coming to DENTSPLY, Mr. Warady had a very successful fifteen-year business career. He was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Swan Technologies and was formerly Group Controller for ITT Cannon-Component Systems. Mr. Warady earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh and is a Certified Public Accountant.

William Reardon currently serves as Vice President and Treasurer. Before this appointment in 2005, Mr. Reardon held the position of Corporate Treasurer since joining DENTSPLY in 1998. Mr. Reardon serves as a member of the York County Community Foundation Audit Committee and the Investment and Finance Committee of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, York, PA. Mr. Reardon was previously employed with the Henkel Corporation where he served as assistant treasurer for two years. Prior to his employment with Henkel, he had a successful 13-year career with the Loctite Corporation, serving in a number of positions with increasing responsibility, most recently as assistant treasurer. Mr. Reardon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a major in accounting from Northeastern University and an MBA degree from the University of Connecticut.

Karen Hays is the Northwest Clinical Educator with Dentsply Professional. She came to Dentsply with over 20 years of experience in dentistry, including teaching both clinical Dental Hygiene at Chabot Community College and Dental Assisting at Heald College. Karen graduated in 1985 from Gulf Coast Community College in Florida as a Certified Dental Assistant and in 1993 from Pensacola Junior College with an Associate of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. She is working towards her bachelor's degree in Health Education at California State University in Hayward. Her mission is to provide professional education to dental teams, to increase awareness of new and current dental applications.

Kevin is a graduate of Arizona State University with an M.B.A. from Saint Mary's College of California. Kevin's experience includes over 13 years in sales, marketing and management with Playtex International, Dentsply International and Dental Services Group. He resides in Arizona with his wife and four children.

Renee' Graham is the Southeast Clinical Educator for DENTSPLY Professional. Renee' received a dental hygiene degree from Darton College and both a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Master of Education degree from Valdosta State University. Renee' brings 19 years of clinical experience in general and periodontal practices and 11 years of academic experience to the Division. For the past ten years, she has held the position of Director of Dental Programs at Valdosta Technical College in Valdosta, Georgia. Renee' has served as a site visitor for the Commission on Dental Accreditation since 2003 and has been very active with regional testing agencies, the Georgia Dental Hygiene Educators Association, and dental hygiene/ dental assisting curriculum development for the State of Georgia.

Mr. Lunger served on the Board of Millipore Corporation from 2001 until March 2005, including serving as Chairman from April 2002 until April 2004. Mr. Lunger joined Millipore in 1997 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and held several executive management positions, which included serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 2000 until 2001, and President and Chief Executive Officer from August 2001 until January 2005. Prior to joining Millipore, Mr. Lunger held executive management positions at Oak Industries, Inc., Nashua Corporation and Raychem Corporation. In June 2007, he was elected to the board of NDS Surgical Imaging. Mr. Lunger was elected to the DENTSPLY Board of Directors in May 2005.

Mr. Miles served as Chairman of the Board from May 1998 until May 2005, and remains a Director of the Company. In January 2004, he retired from his position as Chief Executive Officer, a position which he held since January 1, 1996. Mr. Miles served as Vice Chairman of the Board from January 1, 1997 until becoming Chairman in May 1998. Prior to January 1, 1996, he had been President and Chief Operating Officer since the Merger, and served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Old DENTSPLY commencing January 1990. Mr. Miles is currently serving as a director of Respironics, Inc. Mr. Miles has been a director of the Company since the Merger and was a director of Old DENTSPLY commencing January 1990.

Keith Smith served as Senior Vice Chairman of Mellon Financial Corporation and Mellon Bank, N.A., as well as a member of the Board of Directors from 1987 until 1998. In his capacity as head of Mellon Trust, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Boston Company and Boston Safe Deposit Company, as well as Chairman of The Dreyfus Corporation and Buck Consultants Inc. Mr. Smith joined Mellon in 1987 as Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of Mellon Bank Corporation and Mellon Bank, N.A., and served in that capacity until 1990. Mr. Smith is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Financial Executives Institute. He serves on the Boards of Directors of PPL Corporation, LED Medical Diagnostics, Inc., Baytree National Bank & Trust Co., Baytree Bancorp, West Penn Allegheny Health System, Allegheny General Hospital, River City Brass Band Endowment, Robert Morris University, and the Greater Pittsburgh Council of the Boy Scouts of America. Mr. Smith has served as a director of the Company since the Merger and prior thereto served as a director of Old DENTSPLY.

Mr. Jones served as Chairman of the Board of the Company from May 1996 to May 1998. From January 1991 to January 1992, he was a Senior Vice President and Special Assistant to the President of DENTSPLY International Inc. ("Old Dentsply") prior to its merger with Gendex Corporation ("Gendex") on June 11, 1993 (the "Merger"). Prior to that time, Mr. Jones served as Old DENTSPLY's Senior Vice President of North American Operations. Mr. Jones has served as a director of the Company since the Merger, and prior to the Merger served as a director of Old DENTSPLY.

Ms. Cholmondeley is a private consultant on Strategic Planning. She served as the Vice President and General Manager of Specialty Products for Sappi Fine Paper, a subsidiary of Sappi Limited from April 2000 until January 2004, and prior to that from January 1998 until April 2000, she was a private consultant on Strategic Planning and Mergers and Acquisitions. From 1992 until January 1998, Ms. Cholmondeley held various management positions with Owens Corning, including General Manager of Residential Insulation. Ms. Cholmondeley served as a White House Fellow and a Special

Dr. Dixon serves as the President of Global Marketing and Chief Marketing Officer at Bristol-Myers Squibb Company ( Bristol-Myers ), a position she has held since joining the company in December 2001. From 1996 to November 2001, Dr. Dixon held executive management positions at Merck & Company, most recently serving as the Senior Vice President of Marketing. Prior to her employment at Merck, Dr. Dixon held executive management positions with Osteotech and Centocor and various positions at SmithKline in marketing, regulatory affairs and project management. Dr. Dixon was appointed to the DENTSPLY Board of Directors in July 2005.
