Edward J. Quilty has served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company since November, 1996, Chairman of the Board since May, 1996 and as a director of the Company since March, 1996. Mr. Quilty was the Chairman of the Board of Palatin Technologies, Inc., a publicly traded biopharmaceutical company specializing in peptide drug design for diagnostic and therapeutic agents, from November, 1995 until May, 2000. During the period November, 1996 through May, 2000 Mr. Quilty held the Chief Executive Officer positions at both the Company and Palatin Technologies, Inc. From July, 1994 through November, 1995, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of MedChem Products, Inc., a publicly traded developer and manufacturer of specialty medical products which was acquired by C. R. Bard in November, 1995. From March, 1992 through July, 1994 Mr. Quilty served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Life Medical Sciences, Inc., a publicly traded developer and manufacturer of specialty medical products including wound healing agents. The assets of Life Medical Sciences were purchased by MedChem Products, Inc. During the period January, 1987 through September, 1991 Mr. Quilty served as Vice President Sales and Marketing and later as Executive Vice President (in which capacity he shared the office of the President) with McGaw Laboratories, a pharmaceutical and medical device company. Previously, he served from 1974 in a variety of sales, marketing and management positions with Baxter/American Hospital Supply Corporation. Mr. Quilty has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry primarily in strategic planning, management and sales and marketing. Mr. Quilty is director of the MedTech Group, a privately held medical products company. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Missouri State University, Springfield, Missouri in 1973 and a Master of Business Administration degree from Ohio University, Athens, Ohio in 1987.
John E. Yetter, CPA has served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company since August, 2000. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Yetter held a variety of senior financial positions with Bristol-Myers Squibb Company. Before his association with Bristol-Myers Squibb, he held several supervisory financial positions with Cooper Industries, Inc., Price Waterhouse and Hulse Manufacturing Company. Mr. Yetter is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York Society of Certified Public Accountants. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, magna cum laude, from Boston College School of Management, Boston, Massachusetts in 1975.
Frederic Eigner has served as the Company's Vice President - Operations since August, 2002, and has more than 25 years of experience in general management and product development positions in the medical device industry. Before his appointment as the company's executive officer, Mr. Eigner has held several executive managerial positions since 1992 with Dumex Medical Inc., most recently as the Executive Vice President from 1998 until 2002 when Derma Sciences Inc. acquired the Company. In this capacity, Mr. Eigner has responsibility for all operations of the Toronto manufacturing including engineering and product design initiatives. In addition to the Toronto operation, he is also responsible for executing growth opportunities including business strategy for Derma Sciences' China operations. Eigner is responsible for coordinating and planning off-shore purchasing and product development. He is passionate about continually improving product designs and product offerings. Mr. Eigner, with his in-dept knowledge and experience in medical device industry has a unique ability to create important strategic relationships with existing and potential customers worldwide. Previously, Mr. Eigner held a variety of executive manufacturing positions with Kendall Healthcare Company (Tyco) in Canada, most recently as a Director of Manufacturing, before closure in 1992. Eigner earned a Bachelor of Textile Engineering degree in 1975, a Master of Science degree in Chemistry from University of Maribor, Slovenia in 1980 and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto, Ontario, Canada in 2000.
Robert C. Cole has served as the Company's Vice president - Sales and Marketing since January, 2003. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Cole held a variety of executive sales positions with B. Braun Medical and predecessor firms beginning in 1974, most recently as Vice president, Sales, eastern Zone. Mr. Cole earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, cum laude, from St. Vincent's College, Latrobe, Pennsylvania, in 1974.

Allen Holloway, M.D.: Dr. Holloway is the Director of Burn Outpatient Services for the Arizona Burn Center and the Director of the Vascular Lab at the Maricopa Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ. He serves on several editorial advisory boards including WOUNDS, is a reviewer for multiple journals and is President-Elect of the Wound Healing Society. He lectures nationally on wound care and burn healing and his clinical practice is in the areas of vascular disease, wound healing and burn care.

Cathy Thomas Hess, BSN, RN, CWOCN: Cathy Thomas Hess is the President of Wound Care Strategies, Inc, a national consulting company strategically assisting clients with innovative, versatile and personalized solutions in the wound, skin and ostomy care arena. She is the author of The Clinical Guide to Skin and Wound Care (6th ed), the most widely read comprehensive resource on chronic wounds and products for that field of care. Cathy has served on the Editorial Advisory Board of Ostomy/Wound Management for nine years, is an Editorial Advisory Board Member of Advances in Skin and Wound Care, Clinical Editor of Wound Care InfoLink within the Advances in Skin and Wound Care journal, relinquishing that responsibility to become the Clinical Editor of Advances in Skin and Wound Care as of April 2000. She was Clinical Editor of Resources in Wound Care: 1998 Directory and 1999 Directory, and Chairperson for the national Wound Care Symposium for the Case Management Professional.

James T. O Brien has served as a director of the Company since May, 2001. He currently serves as a consultant to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Most recently, he served as President of O Brien Marketing & Communications. Previously, Mr. O Brien served from 1989 to 1991 as President and Chief Operating Officer for Elan Corporation (NYSE: ELN), a multi-national medical products and pharmaceutical company. In 1986, Mr. O Brien founded O Brien Pharmaceuticals and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer until the acquisition of this company by Elan Corporation. During the period 1980 to 1986, Mr. O Brien held several division presidencies with the Revlon Health Care Group. Prior to his association with Revlon, he served for seventeen years with Sandoz Pharmaceuticals, Inc., most recently as Vice President of U.S. Marketing and Sales. Mr. O Brien serves as chairman of the board of directors of Benedictine College. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Benedictine College, Atchison, Kansas, in 1960 and attended the Harvard University Advanced Management Program in 1974.

Lisa Corbett, APRN, MSN, BC, CWOCN: Lisa is a graduate of the University of Rochester and Indiana University and has over 15 years of experience in wound care consultation, practice, education, publication, mentorship and research. She is a partner in CT Clinical Nursing Associates, LLC, offering advanced practice wound care consultation to clients in home care, long term care, and acute care, and is an Advanced Practice Nurse at the Center for Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine at Hartford Hospital. Lisa is a former recipient of the AAWC Distinguished Member Award for her leadership as Co-Chair of the Government and Regulatory Affairs Task Force and for her work on this Task Force's first major project, development of an Evidence Based Algorithm for Venous Ulcer Care. She is a co-author of the Secrets Series book, 'Wound Ostomy Continence Nursing' and is active in clinical trials for wound healing products.
Richard J. Keim has served as a director of the Company since May, 2002 and serves as a consultant to various industries. He is a founder and Managing Director of Kensington Management Group, LLC, a portfolio manager with assets in excess of million. Prior to organizing Kensington in 1986, Mr. Keim founded and served as Executive Vice President of the Buckingham Research Group Incorporated, a registered broker-dealer, from 1982 through 1993 and Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of Buckingham Capital Management from 1985 until 1993. Mr. Keim received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago. He is a Senior Security Analyst, a Chartered Financial Analyst, and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts and the Financial Analyst Federation.

Vickie R. Driver, DPM, MS: Dr. Driver is the Director of Clinical Research at the Center for Lower Extremity Ambulatory Research (CLEAR) at the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, and Chief of the National Center for Limb Preservation at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital. Dr. Driver previously served as Chief of the Limb Preservation Service, Department of Surgery at the Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington and served as Chair of the Northwest Limb Preservation Conference. She is considered an outspoken ambassador and patient advocate for lower extremity limb preservation and amputation prevention in the high-risk diabetic patient. Dr. Driver is one of the founding faculty members of the University of Washington Wound Care Certification program. Dr. Driver has a keen interest in clinical research, and as such she has acted as principal investigator in over 30 clinical research trials. Dr. Driver has written and reviewed articles in leading journals of wound care and diabetes management and has lectured extensively both nationally and internationally on topics of wound care, diabetes and limb preservation.
