Mr. Wolstein has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Developers Diversified Realty since its organization in 1992. Mr. Wolstein has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company since May 1997. Prior to the organization of the Company, Mr. Wolstein was a principal and executive officer of Developers Diversified Group ("DDG"), the Company's predecessor. He graduated cum laude from both the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Michigan Law School. Following law school, Mr. Wolstein was associated with the law firm of Thompson Hine. Mr. Wolstein is currently a member of the Board of Governors and Executive Committee of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT); Board of Directors of the Real Estate Roundtable; Board of Trustees of Hathaway Brown School; Board of Trustees for Case Western Reserve University; Board of Directors for United Way of Greater Cleveland; Board of Directors of University Hospitals Health Systems; Board Member of the Greater Cleveland Partnership; Board Member of the Cleveland Development Advisors; and member of the Executive Committee and Board of Trustees of the Zell-Lurie Wharton Real Estate Center. He is also a current member of the Urban Land Institute, PREA, and the World Presidents' Organization. He has also served as past Chairman of the State of Israel Bonds - Ohio Chapter; a past Trustee of the International Council of Shopping Centers; President of the Board of Trustees of the United Cerebral Palsy Association of Greater Cleveland; Board of Directors and Executive Committee Member of the Cleveland Chapter of the Red Cross; Board Member of the Cleveland Chapter of the Anti Defamation League, and a member of the Board of the Great Lakes Theater Festival; The Park Synagogue; and the Convention & Visitors Bureau of Greater Cleveland. "Mr. Daniel Hurwitz was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer of Developers Diversified Realty in May 2007. He previously served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer since May 2005, and as Executive Vice President of Developers Diversified from June 1999 through April 2005. Mr. Hurwitz was on the Company's Board of Directors from May 2002 to May 2004.
Mr. Hurwitz is responsible for Developers Diversified's core revenue departments, in addition to management of the various disciplines related to the day-to-day operations of the Company. Moreover, he is a member of the Company's executive, management and investment committees.
Prior to joining Developers Diversified, Mr. Hurwitz served as Senior Vice President and Director of Real Estate and Corporate Development for Boscov's Department Store, Inc. Prior to Boscov's, Mr. Hurwitz served as Development Director for the Shopco Group, a New York City-based developer and acquirer of regional and super regional shopping malls.
Mr. Hurwitz is a graduate of Colgate University and the Wharton School of Business Management Program at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a frequent speaker at real estate industry functions, including the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute (ULI), and The University of Wisconsin-Madison James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate.
Mr. Hurwitz is a member of the Board of Trustees of U-Store-It, Inc. (NYSE: YSI) and serves on both their Audit and Executive Compensation committees; a director of Macquarie DDR Trust (ASX:MDT); a member of the Developers Diversified/Sonae Sierra Brasil Advisory Committee that oversees all venture activities in Brazil; a member of the Board of Trustees of Hawken School; a member of the Board of Regents for the University System of Ohio; and a member of the Leadership Board for the Neurological Institute at the Cleveland Clinic.
Professionally, he is a member of ICSC, a member of the ICSC Board of Trustees, and also serves as a co-chair of ICSC's Open-Air Centers Committee. He is also a member of ULI and serves as Vice Chairman of the CRC Blue Council. In addition, Mr. Hurwitz is a member of The Samuel Zell and Robert Lurie Real Estate Center at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where he serves in the Career Mentor Program.

"Christa A. Vesy was appointed as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer for Developers Diversified Realty in November 2006. Prior to her joining the company, she worked for The Lubrizol Corporation, where she served as manager of external financial reporting and then as controller for the additives business segment. Prior to that, Ms. Vesy worked for 11 years in the assurance and business advisory services group at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Ms. Vesy graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio. Ms. Vesy is a certified public accountant and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is also on the board of trustees for The Boys & Girls Clubs of Cleveland.

Mr. Oakes was promoted to Senior Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Investment Officer in December 2008. He joined Developers Diversified Realty as Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Investment Officer in April 2007. Mr. Oakes oversees the company's capital markets, public finance, funds management, acquisitions and dispositions, investor relations and investment initiatives. He also serves on the company's executive and compensation committees, and chairs the investment and operating committees. Prior to joining Developers Diversified Realty, Mr. Oakes served as senior vice president and portfolio manager at Cohen & Steers Capital Management, where he oversaw the firm's global and international real estate securities portfolios for the oldest and largest dedicated real estate securities fund manager. Previously he worked as a research analyst in global investment research at Goldman Sachs, where he covered U.S. REITs. Mr. Oakes earned his bachelor's degree at Washington University of St. Louis and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). "Joan U. Allgood was appointed Executive Vice President - Corporate Transactions and Governance in October 2005. Mrs. Allgood had previously served the Company as Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer & Secretary.
Her responsibilities include the execution of the Company's external growth strategy through document negotiation and management of the closing process for mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, and compliance with corporate governance policies and practices. Mrs. Allgood also serves as Corporate Secretary to the Company's Board of Directors. She was the Company's Vice President and General Counsel since its organization as a public company in 1993, and General Counsel of its predecessor entities since 1987. She was promoted to Senior Vice President in 1999.
Mrs. Allgood practiced law with Thompson Hine from 1983 to 1987 and is a graduate of Denison University and Case Western Reserve University School of Law.

"Mr. John Kokinchak was promoted to Executive Vice President of Property Management for Developers Diversified in March 2008. He had served as Senior Vice President of Property Management since 2006, and joined the Company as Vice President of Property Management, Specialty Centers in August 2004.
The 23-year industry veteran oversees property management, new business development, marketing & corporate communications and marketing initiatives for the Company's lifestyle, specialty center, and community centers in the United States and Puerto Rico.
Prior to joining Developers Diversified, Mr. Kokinchak served as Vice President of Property Management for Prism Asset Management Company, and held positions with the Shopco Group and Simon Property Group.

Mr. Zabell is responsible for overseeing the leasing and redevelopment efforts for all vacant spaces larger than 20,000 square feet within Developers Diversified's portfolio. Additional responsibilities include a focus on business matters relating to big box retailer bankruptcies. In this capacity he has participated on the unsecured creditors committee for two bankrupt retailers: Mervyns Department Stores and Circuit City. Before heading the Anchor Store Redevelopment department, he served as Vice President of Leasing - Caribbean Properties from 2005 - 2008, where he was responsible for the oversight and management of the leasing functions for a five million square foot retail portfolio located in Puerto Rico. Mr. Zabell has been with Developers Diversified since 2001 and a member of the Executive Committee since March 2008. Prior to joining Developers Diversified, Mr. Zabell spent several years with MCV Properties, Inc.; a Columbus, Ohio-based brokerage firm specialized in identifying and acquiring sites for freestanding, single tenant properties in the state of Ohio. Mr. Zabell is a graduate of the Max M. Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University, and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute. "Daniel M. Herman was appointed Senior Vice President of Development at Developers Diversified Realty in March 2006. Mr. Herman oversees Developers Diversified's wholly-owned development projects in the northern and southern region, as well as the company's redevelopment and expansion of existing assets. Prior to joining the company in September 2003 as Director of Development, Mr. Herman served in senior development roles with the Hemisphere Corporation, Visconsi Companies and Hausman Companies.
Mr. Herman earned his bachelor's degree in real estate - finance at The Ohio State University. He has held several state and regional leadership positions with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), of which he remains an active member. Francine Glandt was promoted to Senior Vice President of Capital Markets and Treasurer in March 2009. Kevin Moss joined Developers Diversified as Senior Vice President of Information Technology in December 2008. Mr. Moss oversees all of the company's technology initiatives, including building and managing a portfolio of business programs, aligning interdepartmental goals, improving operational efficiency, and contributing positively to the bottom line. Additionally, his department manages and maintains all computer software for the company, as well as keeps all programs operational and up to date. He previously worked for General Growth Properties, Inc. Marc Feldman was promoted to Senior Vice President of New Business Development in July 2009. Mr. Feldman had been Vice President of New Business Development since April 2008 and Director of Strategic Partnerships since August 2007, when he joined Developers Diversified. His department handles numerous lines of business, including managing the company's cart and kiosk program and leasing real estate to tenants on a temporary or seasonal basis. Mr. Feldman's group also oversees emerging areas, such as the company's solar power program, wireless technologies relationships and the advertising and sponsorship initiatives within Developers Diversified's portfolio. His department also recently introduced the Strategic Business Partner Program, which is designed to help other shopping center owners launch an ancillary income program. Prior to joining Developers Diversified, Mr. Feldman was a corporate sales executive for the Cleveland Cavaliers, where he secured sponsorships with blue chip companies such as UPS, Cadillac, Bacardi, Safe Auto Insurance and Cleveland.com. Mr. Feldman holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University and a Juris Doctor degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law. He is a member of the Ohio and Illinois Bar Associations, on the executive committee for the American Cancer Society of Greater Cleveland's annual golf classic, and also serves on the advisory board for an industry publication, Specialty Retail Report. In 2008, he was recognized in the Crain's Cleveland Business 'Forty under 40.'

"Bert L. Wolstein founded Developers Diversified Group, the predecessor to Developers Diversified Realty, in 1965. He served as Chairman from 1993 through 1996 and as Chairman Emeritus of the Company since 1997. Mr. Wolstein was a General Partner of The Wolstein Group, a real estate development company, and the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Heritage Development Company, a real estate development company.
Mr. Wolstein was owner and president of the Cleveland Force of the Major Indoor Soccer League from 1979 to 1988.
Mr. Wolstein was devoted to many civic and charitable organizations, including The Boys and Girls Club, Garfield Society of Hiram College, the President's Club of The Ohio State University, the State of Israel Bonds (Cleveland), the Jewish Welfare Fund, Cuyahoga Community College, the Ohio Building Authority,Park Synagogue and Soloman Schecter School.
Mr. Wolstein received numerous awards for his philanthropic efforts, including the Gold Medallion for Humanitarianism awarded to Mr. Wolstein and his wife, Iris, by the B'nai B'rith International, Citizen of the Year by the Cleveland Area Board of Realtors, Special Recognition Award presented by the Cleveland Touchdown Club for his outstanding contribution to Greater Cleveland sports, Distinguished Service Award from the Cleveland Theater District and Weatherhead Excellence in Management Award presented to Mr. Wolstein and his son, Scott, for their management of Developers Diversified. In October 2003, Mr. and Mrs. Wolstein were presented with the Samuel Mather Award, honoring them for their exemplary and generous support of University Hospitals of Cleveland. His extensive fundraising efforts also have benefited United Cerebral Palsy, The Ohio State University and The Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.

Craig Macnab joined National Retail Properties as Chief Executive Officer in February 2004, sharpening the company's investment focus on net-leased retail properties. He guided the company's 2005 acquisition of National Properties Corporation, a publicly traded company with a portfolio of high quality single-tenant properties. In 2008, he was appointed to the additional post of Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Prior to joining NNN, Mr. Macnab was Chief Executive Officer of JDN Realty from April 2000 to 2003, where he initiated and led the restructuring of the company including successfully refinancing its credit facilities, settling its class action litigation, and altering its business strategy to include becoming a grocery-anchored developer. JDN was acquired by Developers Diversified Realty.
Previously, Mr. Macnab was President of Tandem Capital, a private investment company that he founded in January 1997. Tandem Capital provided growth capital, primarily mezzanine debt, to small public companies and was acquired by Finova Capital in 1999.
Mr. Macnab's prior experience includes having been an investment banker for seven years at Lazard Freres and Company in New York and six years at JC Bradford where he was co-head of the merger and acquisition department.
Mr. Macnab serves on the Board of Directors of Per-Se Technologies, the leader in connective healthcare, and Developers Diversified Realty, the nation's leading owner of market-dominant community centers. He has a B.Com from the University of Witwatersrand and an MBA from Drexel University.

Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Dean S. Adler is CEO and Co-Founder of Lubert-Adler Partners, L.P. Dean is Head of the Investment Committee, and is responsible for leading the strategic direction of the team. Lubert-Adler Partners is headquartered in Philadelphia, with offices in New York, Los Angeles, Atlanta and London. Over the past ten years, Lubert-Adler has focused its activities in the following areas: Urban Multifamily Redevelopment – Lubert-Adler has teamed up with key operating partners in acquiring vacant office buildings in major urban markets and converting them to modern multifamily. Dean is also a partner in Independence Capital Partners, a family of funds totaling $7 billion in equity invested in real estate, private equity, corporate restructurings, venture capital and asset-based lending. Prior to Lubert-Adler, Dean graduated magna cum laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds a J.D. degree with honors from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and was an instructor at the Wharton School between 1981 and 1983. Subsequently, he worked at Ernst & Young, Baker and Hostetler and CMS. Currently, he is an Executive Committee Member and Research Sponsor for the Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center of The Wharton School and currently serves on the board of directors of Chrysler Financial Board Managers, Bed Bath & Beyond, Developers Diversified, and Cerberus affiliates, LNR and Abelco. He has been a keynote speaker for national real estate organizations such as the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Dean has served on numerous community boards including the UJA National Young Leadership Cabinet. He has served on the City of Philadelphia's Economic Development Summit. He lives in Gladwyne, Pennsylvania with his wife of twenty years, Susanna Lachs, and their daughters Anna and Sara. They are both involved with various philanthropic causes locally, nationally, and in Israel.
