Mr. Wolstein has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Developers Diversified Realty since its organization in 1992. Mr. Wolstein has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company since May 1997. Prior to the organization of the Company, Mr. Wolstein was a principal and executive officer of Developers Diversified Group ("DDG"), the Company's predecessor. He graduated cum laude from both the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Michigan Law School. Following law school, Mr. Wolstein was associated with the law firm of Thompson Hine. Mr. Wolstein is currently a member of the Board of Governors and Executive Committee of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT); Board of Directors of the Real Estate Roundtable; Board of Trustees of Hathaway Brown School; Board of Trustees for Case Western Reserve University; Board of Directors for United Way of Greater Cleveland; Board of Directors of University Hospitals Health Systems; Board Member of the Greater Cleveland Partnership; Board Member of the Cleveland Development Advisors; and member of the Executive Committee and Board of Trustees of the Zell-Lurie Wharton Real Estate Center. He is also a current member of the Urban Land Institute, PREA, and the World Presidents' Organization. He has also served as past Chairman of the State of Israel Bonds - Ohio Chapter; a past Trustee of the International Council of Shopping Centers; President of the Board of Trustees of the United Cerebral Palsy Association of Greater Cleveland; Board of Directors and Executive Committee Member of the Cleveland Chapter of the Red Cross; Board Member of the Cleveland Chapter of the Anti Defamation League, and a member of the Board of the Great Lakes Theater Festival; The Park Synagogue; and the Convention & Visitors Bureau of Greater Cleveland. Mr. Wolstein is a four-time recipient of the Realty Stock Review's Outstanding CEO Award. In 2007, he received the Malden Mills Corporate Kindness Award from Project Love, a Cleveland-based organization whose mission is to promote kindness, caring and mutual respect among, for and through our children.

"Mr. Daniel Hurwitz was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer of Developers Diversified Realty in May 2007. He previously served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer since May 2005, and as Executive Vice President of Developers Diversified from June 1999 through April 2005. Mr. Hurwitz was on the Company's Board of Directors from May 2002 to May 2004. Mr. Hurwitz is responsible for Developers Diversified's core revenue departments, in addition to management of the various disciplines related to the day-to-day operations of the Company. Moreover, he is a member of the Company's executive, management and investment committees. Prior to joining Developers Diversified, Mr. Hurwitz served as Senior Vice President and Director of Real Estate and Corporate Development for Boscov's Department Store, Inc. Prior to Boscov's, Mr. Hurwitz served as Development Director for the Shopco Group, a New York City-based developer and acquirer of regional and super regional shopping malls. Mr. Hurwitz is a graduate of Colgate University and the Wharton School of Business Management Program at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a frequent speaker at real estate industry functions, including the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute (ULI), and The University of Wisconsin-Madison James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate. Mr. Hurwitz is a member of the Board of Trustees of U-Store-It, Inc. (NYSE: YSI) and serves on both their Audit and Executive Compensation committees; a director of Macquarie DDR Trust (ASX:MDT); a member of the Developers Diversified/Sonae Sierra Brasil Advisory Committee that oversees all venture activities in Brazil; a member of the Board of Trustees of Hawken School; a member of the Board of Regents for the University System of Ohio; and a member of the Leadership Board for the Neurological Institute at the Cleveland Clinic. Professionally, he is a member of ICSC, a member of the ICSC Board of Trustees, and also serves as a co-chair of ICSC's Open-Air Centers Committee. "Christa A. Vesy was appointed as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer for Developers Diversified Realty in November 2006. Prior to her joining the company, she worked for The Lubrizol Corporation, where she served as manager of external financial reporting and then as controller for the additives business segment. Prior to that, Ms. Vesy worked for 11 years in the assurance and business advisory services group at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Ms. Vesy graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio. Ms. Vesy is a certified public accountant and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is also on the board of trustees for The Boys & Girls Clubs of Cleveland. "

Mr. Oakes was promoted to Senior Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Investment Officer in December 2008. He joined Developers Diversified Realty as Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Investment Officer in April 2007. Mr. Oakes oversees the company's capital markets, public finance, funds management, acquisitions and dispositions, investor relations and investment initiatives. He also serves on the company's executive and compensation committees, and chairs the investment and operating committees. Prior to joining Developers Diversified Realty, Mr. Oakes served as senior vice president and portfolio manager at Cohen & Steers Capital Management, where he oversaw the firm's global and international real estate securities portfolios for the oldest and largest dedicated real estate securities fund manager. Previously he worked as a research analyst in global investment research at Goldman Sachs, where he covered U.S. REITs. Mr. Oakes earned his bachelor's degree at Washington University of St. Louis and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT).

William H. Schafer was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in October 2005. Mr. Schafer had been Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Developers Diversified Realty since May 1999 and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Developers Diversified since the Company's IPO in 1993. Mr. Schafer joined the Company's predecessor entities as Chief Financial Officer in April 1992. Prior to his joining Developers Diversified, Mr. Schafer held various positions with the Cleveland office of Price Waterhouse LLP beginning in 1983 and serving as a Senior Manager from July 1990 until he joined Developers Diversified. Mr. Schafer graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration. Mr. Schafer is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a member of the Board of The Gathering Place.

"Joan U. Allgood was appointed Executive Vice President - Corporate Transactions and Governance in October 2005. Mrs. Allgood had previously served the Company as Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer & Secretary. Her responsibilities include the execution of the Company's external growth strategy through document negotiation and management of the closing process for mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, and compliance with corporate governance policies and practices. Mrs. Allgood also serves as Corporate Secretary to the Company's Board of Directors. She was the Company's Vice President and General Counsel since its organization as a public company in 1993, and General Counsel of its predecessor entities since 1987. She was promoted to Senior Vice President in 1999. Mrs. Allgood practiced law with Thompson Hine from 1983 to 1987 and is a graduate of Denison University and Case Western Reserve University School of Law. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio Bar Association, Cleveland Bar Association, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the American College of Real Estate Lawyers. In 2008, she was acknowledged as one of 12 'Women of Note' in Crains Cleveland Business. "

"Mr. John Kokinchak was promoted to Executive Vice President of Property Management for Developers Diversified in March 2008. He had served as Senior Vice President of Property Management since 2006, and joined the Company as Vice President of Property Management, Specialty Centers in August 2004. The 23-year industry veteran oversees property management, new business development, marketing & corporate communications and marketing initiatives for the Company's lifestyle, specialty center, and community centers in the United States and Puerto Rico. Prior to joining Developers Diversified, Mr. Kokinchak served as Vice President of Property Management for Prism Asset Management Company, and held positions with the Shopco Group and Simon Property Group. In addition to being a senior certified shopping center manager, Mr. Kokinchak also holds the designation of senior certified leasing specialist. Mr. Kokinchak currently is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) management and marketing conference planning committee, as well as the certified leasing specialist test and certified shopping center manager committees. During 2008-2009, he is serving as the Dean for the ICSC University of Shopping Centers-School of Open Air Centers. Mr. Kokinchak serves on the advisory board of Specialty Retail Report, an industry publication. "

Paul Freddo was promoted to Senior Executive Vice President of Leasing and Development in December 2008. He joined Developers Diversified as Senior Vice President of Development-Western Region in August 2008. He oversees the leasing, development, development leasing, peripheral development and anchor store redevelopment departments within the company. In addition, Mr. Freddo serves on the company's executive, investment, operating, and internal compensation committees. Prior to joining Developers Diversified, Mr. Freddo served as Vice President and Director of Real Estate for JCPenney. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Adelphi University. "Richard E. Brown was appointed Executive Vice President - International in October 2006. In this role, Mr. Brown is responsible for managing relationships with Developers Diversified's international partners and pursuing new international business opportunities on behalf of the Company. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Brown had served as Executive Vice President of Real Estate Operations since October 2005, overseeing Property Management, Property Accounting, Information Technology, Joint Venture Relations and Risk Management. From March 2002 to October 2005, Mr. Brown served as Senior Vice President of Real Estate Operations, and prior to that as Senior Vice President of Asset Management and Operations. Mr. Brown, a 20-year shopping center industry veteran, joined Developers Diversified in January 2000. Prior to joining Developers Diversified, Mr. Brown served as Vice President of Asset Management for Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based PREIT. Prior to his tenure with PREIT, Mr. Brown served as Vice President of Retail Asset Management for The Balcor Company. Mr. Brown is a graduate of Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada, is a chartered accountant (Canada) and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). "

"Robin R. Walker-Gibbons was appointed Executive Vice President of Leasing in October 2005. Ms. Walker-Gibbons joined Developers Diversified Realty in April 1995 as a leasing manager in the Company's Charlotte, North Carolina office and in November of that same year was promoted to Vice President of Leasing and relocated to the Company's Cleveland headquarters. Ms. Walker-Gibbons was further promoted to Senior Vice President of Leasing for the Southeast Region in March 2005. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Walker-Gibbons was President of Aroco, Inc., a retail brokerage and tenant representation firm based in Alabama. Ms. Walker-Gibbons is a graduate of the University of Alabama and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). She was the Associate Dean of the ICSC University of Shopping Centers School of Leasing from March 2006 through March 2007. She served for one year as Dean of the ICSC University of Shopping Centers School of Leasing, her term ending March 2008. She is also a member of the Commercial Real Estate Women, Inc. of Cleveland. "Timothy J. Bruce was appointed Executive Vice President of Development at Developers Diversified Realty in October 2005. Mr. Bruce had served as Senior Vice President of Development since September 2002. Mr. Bruce oversees the development department for Developers Diversified's nationwide retail real estate portfolio. Prior to joining Developers Diversified, Mr. Bruce, a 20-year shopping center industry veteran, served as Senior Vice President, Director of Leasing for Acadia Realty Trust in New York, where his responsibilities included all aspects of leasing and redevelopment of the Company's 10-million square foot portfolio of community and neighborhood shopping centers. Mr. Bruce earned his Bachelor of Architecture from the School of Architecture at the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Master of Management from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern University. Mr. Bruce is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). "

"Mr. Vodicka was promoted to Senior Vice President of Leasing for the Western Region at Developers Diversified in March 2005. He had served as Vice President of Leasing for the Western Region since March 2002 and prior to that, as Assistant Vice President of Leasing for the Midwest Region and as Regional Leasing Manager. Before joining Developers Diversified in October 1999, Mr. Vodicka was a Leasing Representative for the Richard E. Jacobs Group, a Cleveland-based shopping center management company. Bryan P. Zabell was promoted to the Senior Vice President of Leasing - Anchor Store Redevelopment in July 2009. Previously he served as Vice President of Leasing Anchor Store Redevelopment since September 2008. Mr. Zabell joined Developers Diversified in 2001 and has been a member of the company's executive committee since March 2008. Mr. Zabell is responsible for overseeing the leasing and redevelopment efforts for all vacant spaces larger than 20,000 square feet within Developers Diversified's portfolio. Additional responsibilities include a focus on business matters relating to big box retailer bankruptcies. In this capacity he has participated on the unsecured creditors committee for two bankrupt retailers: Mervyns Department Stores and Circuit City. Before heading the Anchor Store Redevelopment department, he served as Vice President of Leasing - Caribbean Properties from 2005 - 2008, where he was responsible for the oversight and management of the leasing functions for a five million square foot retail portfolio located in Puerto Rico. Mr. Zabell has been with Developers Diversified since 2001 and a member of the Executive Committee since March 2008. Prior to joining Developers Diversified, Mr. Zabell spent several years with MCV Properties, Inc.; a Columbus, Ohio-based brokerage firm specialized in identifying and acquiring sites for freestanding, single tenant properties in the state of Ohio. Mr. Zabell is a graduate of the Max M. Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University, and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute. He was acknowledged as one of Tomorrow's Newsmakers in the July 2009 issue of Real Estate Forum.

Craig A. Schultz was appointed Senior Vice President of Tax for Developers Diversified Realty in March 2009 after previously serving as Vice President of Tax since March 2005, and Director of Tax since November 2002. In his role, he has overall management responsibility for all areas of tax including strategic structural tax planning, implementing business initiatives, tax accounting and reporting, and tax compliance. Prior to joining Developers Diversified, Mr. Schultz worked for 10 years at Deloitte & Touche as a Senior Tax Manager, specializing in partnership taxation with an emphasis on real estate tax matters. Mr. Schultz holds a master's degree in Taxation from the University of Akron and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University. He is a certified public accountant (CPA) and is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Trusts (NAREIT), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Ohio Society of CPAs (OSCPA).

"Daniel M. Herman was appointed Senior Vice President of Development at Developers Diversified Realty in March 2006. Mr. Herman oversees Developers Diversified's wholly-owned development projects in the northern and southern region, as well as the company's redevelopment and expansion of existing assets. Prior to joining the company in September 2003 as Director of Development, Mr. Herman served in senior development roles with the Hemisphere Corporation, Visconsi Companies and Hausman Companies. Mr. Herman earned his bachelor's degree in real estate - finance at The Ohio State University. He has held several state and regional leadership positions with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), of which he remains an active member. A 20-year veteran of the shopping center industry, he has also served as president of the Northern Ohio Chapter of the International Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives and as a member of the Task Force of the State Comprehensive Wetlands Strategy in Ohio. David J. Favorite was promoted to Senior Vice President of Property Management in February 2009. Mr. Favorite joined Developers Diversified in 2003 as Vice President of Operations. In 2005 he became Vice President of Property Management, Community Centers. He has more than 32 years of experience in the real estate industry, having previously held property management positions with the Edward J. DeBartolo Corporation and Forest City Commercial Management, where he served as Vice President of Operations for the last 15 years of his 20-year tenure with the company. Mr. Favorite graduated from Bowling Green State University with a BS in marketing. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, is a former State of Ohio ICSC Operations Manager, and previously served on the ICSC CSM Committee. He is on the board of trustees for Benedictine High School. He also recently served on the facilities committee for the Cleveland-area Ronald McDonald House.

Erik Christopher was appointed Senior Vice President of Development Leasing in March 2008. He had served as Vice President of Development Leasing for the company since August 2006. In his role, Mr. Christopher serves as a liaison between the development and leasing departments, and manages the leasing effort for Developers Diversified's growing development pipeline. He previously worked for Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT), where he was vice president of leasing. Prior to that, he was vice president of leasing and development at Newman Development Group. He also has experience on the retail side of the real estate business, having worked in the real estate department of Gap, Inc., as a senior real estate representative covering the Northeast. Mr. Christopher is a graduate of Towson University in Towson, Maryland, and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He serves on the Board of Directors of Applewood Centers, Inc.

Francine Glandt was promoted to Senior Vice President of Capital Markets and Treasurer in March 2009. She joined Developers Diversified in March 2003 as Director of Capital Markets and was promoted to Treasurer and Vice President of Finance in March 2007. In her role, Ms. Glandt works with the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer, and the Chief Financial Officer to raise capital to meet Developers Diversified's investment needs and to strategically plan the financial course for the Company. Ms. Glandt also manages treasury operations, investor relations, and relations with capital providers and rating agencies. Prior to joining Developers Diversified, Ms. Glandt was Vice President of Capital Markets at JDN Realty Corporation. Prior to her employment with JDN, Ms. Glandt was Assistant Vice President of Investor Relations at United Dominion Realty Trust. Ms. Glandt earned her undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Manitoba, and an MBA in finance from the University of Toronto. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Mortgage Bankers Association, CFA Institute and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Mr. Stern joined Developers Diversified Realty in September 1995 as Director of Leasing Northeast. He was promoted to Director of Peripheral Development in October 1999 and then to Vice President of Peripheral Development in March 2005. In March 2009, he was promoted to his current position. In his role, he oversees the Company's portfolio of excess land and generates new income from the sale, ground leases or creation of multi-tenant buildings on the pads of the Company's shopping centers. Prior to joining Developers Diversified, Mr. Stern was Director of Retail Leasing for CMS Companies, a wealth management and real estate investment firm based in Philadelphia. He was also a leasing manager for the Core Group, a real estate investment and development company based in New York City and Philadelphia. Mr. Stern graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science from the Smeal College of Business. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers

Kevin Moss joined Developers Diversified as Senior Vice President of Information Technology in December 2008. Mr. Moss oversees all of the company's technology initiatives, including building and managing a portfolio of business programs, aligning interdepartmental goals, improving operational efficiency, and contributing positively to the bottom line. Additionally, his department manages and maintains all computer software for the company, as well as keeps all programs operational and up to date. He previously worked for General Growth Properties, Inc. His career there spanned 22 years and included various property management positions at the property and regional levels, as well as serving as the company's first Chief Information Officer. Most recently he held the position of Senior Vice President, Operations for GGP International. Mr. Moss has a degree in business administration from Drake University. He is a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Marc Feldman was promoted to Senior Vice President of New Business Development in July 2009. Mr. Feldman had been Vice President of New Business Development since April 2008 and Director of Strategic Partnerships since August 2007, when he joined Developers Diversified. In this role, Mr. Feldman oversees the new business development department. His department handles numerous lines of business, including managing the company's cart and kiosk program and leasing real estate to tenants on a temporary or seasonal basis. Mr. Feldman's group also oversees emerging areas, such as the company's solar power program, wireless technologies relationships and the advertising and sponsorship initiatives within Developers Diversified's portfolio. His department also recently introduced the Strategic Business Partner Program, which is designed to help other shopping center owners launch an ancillary income program. Prior to joining Developers Diversified, Mr. Feldman was a corporate sales executive for the Cleveland Cavaliers, where he secured sponsorships with blue chip companies such as UPS, Cadillac, Bacardi, Safe Auto Insurance and Cleveland.com. Mr. Feldman holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University and a Juris Doctor degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law. He is a member of the Ohio and Illinois Bar Associations, on the executive committee for the American Cancer Society of Greater Cleveland's annual golf classic, and also serves on the advisory board for an industry publication, Specialty Retail Report. In 2008, he was recognized in the Crain's Cleveland Business 'Forty under 40.'

"Marc Hays joined Developers Diversified in 2002 and became Senior Vice President of Leasing – Specialty Centers in March 2006. His leasing responsibilities for the specialty center portfolio cover new developments and redevelopments. Formerly Leasing Manager for Talbots, Mr. Hays has also worked for Border's, Urban Retail Properties and General Growth Properties. Mr. Hays is a graduate of John Carroll University. "

Nan Zieleniec was appointed Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Developers Diversified Realty in August 2005. Ms. Zieleniec has an extensive Human Resources background. Prior to joining Developers Diversified Realty she served 15 years as the Vice President of Human Resources at Associated Estates Realty Corporation, a multi-family real estate investment trust in Cleveland. She also served as the Manager of Human Resources at Fidelity Investments in Cincinnati and the Director of Employment/Employee Relations at Sami/Burke, Inc., also in Cincinnati.

Mr. Dorsky has been a Vice President of Leasing at Developers Diversified since November 1995 and was promoted to Senior Vice President of Leasing - Northern Region in March 2005. Prior to joining the Company, he was an Assistant Vice President and Senior Leasing Associate for Cleveland-based Hausman Companies. Mr. Dorsky earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in business from Macalester College and a master's degree in social administration from Case Western Reserve University - School of Applied Social Science.

Timothy J. Lordan joined Developers Diversified Realty as Vice President of Funds Management in July 2007 and was promoted to his current role in March 2009. He oversees the management, operations and transactional activity of the Company's institutional investment funds. Mr. Lordan is also responsible for working with Developers Diversified Realty's institutional investors to develop and execute business strategies. Mr. Lordan has eight years experience in corporate finance and investor relations, including five years with The Rouse Company, where he was Vice President and Director, Investor Relations. Prior to that, he worked for 10 years at KPMG where he specialized in real estate transactions and REIT accounting. While at KPMG, Mr. Lordan worked with major real estate entities raising capital through private placements and public equity and debt offerings. Mr. Lordan is a certified public accountant and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Mount Saint Mary's University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He has previously served as Treasurer and Director of the Arc of Howard County Maryland, Director of the Columbia Foundation, and a Trustee of the Trinity School, in Baltimore, Maryland.

"Mr. Bill Read, a 17-year retail industry veteran, most recently served DDR as the Southeast Regional Director of Leasing, and has had leasing accountability for 6 southeastern states and more than 9 million square feet of real estate. In addition to his existing responsibilities, Mr. Read will focus on projects outside the southeast region and on special projects created by the company. Commenting on the promotion of Mr. Read, Daniel B. Hurwitz, DDR's Executive Vice President said, ""Bill has been an outstanding contributor to the DDR leasing effort for the last nine years, his experience and knowledge of leasing and development will allow us to increase revenue and value on a national level."" Mr. Read is a graduate of Roanoke College where he received a bachelor degree in Economics. "Bert L. Wolstein founded Developers Diversified Group, the predecessor to Developers Diversified Realty, in 1965. He served as Chairman from 1993 through 1996 and as Chairman Emeritus of the Company since 1997. Mr. Wolstein was a General Partner of The Wolstein Group, a real estate development company, and the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Heritage Development Company, a real estate development company. Mr. Wolstein was owner and president of the Cleveland Force of the Major Indoor Soccer League from 1979 to 1988. Mr. Ahern is a Principal and founder of The Townsend Group, and serves as Chief Executive Officer of the firm. He has 17 years of institutional real estate consulting experience, and 19 years of direct real estate experience. Prior to founding Townsend, Mr. Ahern was the Vice President of a real estate investment bank after being in the private practice of law. Dr. Volker Kraft is Director of Commercial Project Management for ECE, where he is responsible for commercial real estate project management in Central and Eastern Europe. Dr. Kraft is also a Managing Director of ECE Investment International GmbH, with responsibility for the development of an institutional real estate fund management platform in Europe. Prior to joining ECE in 2008, Dr. Kraft was a Director of Allianz Capital Partners GmbH, a private equity firm located in Munich, Germany, where he was a member of the management team and the internal investment committee from 2001. During that time, Dr. Kraft served as a member of the Advisory Board and Shareholders' Committee of Germany-based Bartec GmbH, Bad Mergentheim, an electronic components company, and as a member of the Supervisory Board of Scandlines AG, Rostock, a ferry services company also based in Germany. Dr. Kraft graduated with a degree in business administration and received his doctorate in finance from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.

Craig Macnab joined National Retail Properties as Chief Executive Officer in February 2004, sharpening the company's investment focus on net-leased retail properties. He guided the company's 2005 acquisition of National Properties Corporation, a publicly traded company with a portfolio of high quality single-tenant properties. William B. Summers, Jr. had been the Non-Executive Chairman of McDonald Investments Inc., an investment banking, brokerage and investment advisory firm, from 2000 until retiring in 2006. From 1994 until 1998, Mr. Summers was the President and Chief Executive Officer of McDonald Investments Inc. and from 1998 until 2000, Mr. Summers was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of McDonald Investments Inc. Mr. Summers is also currently a director of Wilson Greatbatch Technologies, Inc. and RPM International Inc., and a member of the Advisory Board of Molded Fiber Glass Companies and the Board of Executives of the New York Stock Exchange.

Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Dean S. Adler is CEO and Co-Founder of Lubert-Adler Partners, L.P.  Dean is Head of the Investment Committee, and is responsible for leading the strategic direction of the team.
