Bill Byham is cofounder, chairman, and CEO of DDI. Bill works to establish the vision, values, and strategic direction of the company. He supervises major DDI product development and consulting projects.

Bob can provide new ideas, quotes, commentary, and an expert opinion on identifying potential leaders, assessment leadership, performance management, organizational change, executive assessment and leadership development. Bob has been a senior leader in DDI for over 20 years and has led the growth of DDI from a $7 million company to a $100 million company. In 1982, Bob became senior vice president of DDI's regional operations and was promoted in 1990 to chief operating officer. Bob has led DDI through an organizational transformation from being product-focused to sales-focused, through a sales-focused period, to its current customer and market focus.

Bill spent 13 years in the pharmaceutical industry in various financial management roles. He later cofounded an entrepreneurial software business for the special education market.

David can provide quotes, commentary, and an expert opinion regarding trends in global leadership, employee retention, training and selection, as well as talent and succession management. David Tessmann-Keys has an extensive background in organizational development consulting, spanning Australia, Asia, Europe and the US. As a principal consultant, David has managed large-scale projects focusing on such areas as full organizational reengineering, succession management, selection, and leadership/workforce development. Prior to his appointment as Senior Vice President International Operations, David held the position of Managing Director of DDI Australia. Prior to joining DDI, David built an eclectic professional background spanning both organizational consulting within private, government and not for profit sectors to clinical psychological practice within the correctional and psychiatric arenas. David is a registered psychologist.

Scott Erker, Ph.D. is the Senior Vice President of DDI's Selection Solutions. Scott's global perspective of workforce selection comes from his work with organizations around the world on personnel hiring strategies ranging from large-volume hiring for start-ups to steady-state selection system operations including measuring return on investment.

Based in Indiana USA, David is an Organization and Leadership Development expert with 35 years experience serving at a senior level in corporate strategy, quality, as well as corporate HR for a leading US multi-national manufacturing firm. David has a unique appreciation for strategically integrated approaches to performance improvement and organization effectiveness. David's rich experience in large system change has included, providing leadership to several global change initiatives focused on: Performance Management, New Product Development, Diversity Engagement, Functional Excellence, Leadership Development, and Quality Operating Systems. He brings expertise in process design, development, deployment and assessment to large system change efforts. David has a particular talent and passion for coaching and learning facilitation. He has extensive experience of training and certifying organization leaders in these roles as internal change agents. In addition to his US experience, David has coached, trained and certified leaders in India , China , Mexico , Canada and the UK . He is certified as a Master Trainer with Achieve Global and Development Dimensions International (DDI) and is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Dawn has created a solid reputation for high-quality, high-energy facilitation in creative problem solving, tactical/strategic leadership, and behavioral assessment, as evidenced by over 10,000 participants who have rated both her "facilitation skill" and "content knowledge" as 4.9 out of 5.0. In addition to working as an Associate with CPSB and CEO Consultants, she is also a Master Trainer/Contractor with Development Dimensions International (DDI). Dawn has authored a number of research and feature articles and has served as an editorial board member of a national research journal. She has been active on several productivity-related regional/state boards and national committees and is often asked to create and provide unique keynotes, interactive workshops, team rallies and retreat sessions. Dawn utilizes CPS to help clients develop new products, services, processes, and strategies. She is also qualified to Administer, Score and Interpret VIEW. Dawn currently lives in Greensburg, Pennsylvania.

John Verdone is currently a Senior Consultant for Development Dimensions International, Inc. (DDI). He is also one of America's leading Corporate Trainers and Facilitators having worked with audiences at all levels across a wide spectrum of industries and subject matter. John's areas of expertise include the fields of Leadership and Executive Development, Selection and Assessment, and Increasing Organizational Performance. John is also a dynamic speaker able to capture and hold the attention of any group.

As a Senior Consultant, Susan Humphrey is responsible for employing a unique combination of human process skills to create an atmosphere among clients in which innovation can flourish in technology, people, markets, and ideas. Susan brings over 15 years of progressive human resource management experience in the telecommunications industry to Light Speed. In her role as Director of Human Resources for Continental Cablevision (now Media One), she was responsible for developing an HR strategy which supported and achieved the desired business results for cable television and newly integrated high-speed data and telephony services. Susan's passion centered on the district training center charged with needs assessment, program design, delivery and evaluation for customer care, technical performance and leadership development. She designed leadership and management development processes, such as Supervising for Quality Customer Encounters and The Leaders' Edge. In addition, Susan has produced numerous training videos. She was instrumental in partnering with the HR community to accelerate change, integrate new business, and ensure consistent management practices for over 800 internal customers, creating an environment for innovation to occur. As organizations continue to develop ways to optimize profits and limit corporate liability the amount of time between mergers, acquisitions and restructuring shrinks. Just as an organization begins to stabilize in the midst of change, another transition begins. A company's greatest strength can easily become a weakness. Susan's talents focus on the belief that for innovation to occur the business and technical systems must be in harmony with human process skills. Through effective use of business, technical and human systems, people who make up the workforce can learn to maintain a foundation for moving the business forward in the midst of constant change. Susan earned her bachelors degree from Virginia , Commonwealth University in Mass Communications. She has completed graduate work in Human Resource Development at George Washington University. In 1992, the Rotary Foundation selected her for the International Professional Group Study Exchange. She is certified as an instructor for Interaction Management, Development Dimensions International, and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. She is also a certified mediator for conflict management. Her professional affiliations include the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), Leadership Jacksonville, and Jacksonville Community Council Inc. (JCCI).
