For the last twenty years, Dr. John A. Bennett, MD, has been one of the most recognized businessmen in the Philadelphia area. A local and national leader in the healthcare and technology industries, Dr. Bennett is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Devon International Group. Dr. Bennett joined Delaware County Memorial Hospital as an emergency room physician in 1978. Three years later, he was elected to the hospital's Medical Executive Committee and made Director of Emergency Services. In June of 1984, he was elected president of the Medical Executive Committee. In 1984, he founded ATI Centers, Inc., which consisted of 13 outpatient diagnostic imaging and physical therapy centers located throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Fueled by immediate interest in the company, Dr. Bennett and a handful of employees set out to build a preferred provider organization with services to encompass all provider specialties and succeeded.

Mr. Clark is an experienced "hands-on" business leader with significant experience in financial reporting and controls, financial and corporate management information systems, and general corporate administration. He has had extensive business experience in healthcare services, including Multi-specialty Physician Practices, Third Party Administrators, Physician Search, Property & Casualty Insurance, in addition to his current service at Devon Health, which began in 1992. Mr. Clark received his B.S in Business Administration, Magna Cum Laude, from Widener University, and is a member of the AICPA and PICPA.

Mr. Hawk has thirty years of experience in the practice of law before state and federal courts in Pennsylvania, Ohio, New York, Illinois, Michigan, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. Mr. Hawk has developed expertise in managed health care law, real estate law, notes and mortgage drafting, litigation, contract formation and litigation, legal writing, trial practice, appellate practice, debt restructure, refinance, legal remedies, and business and judicial remedies in bankruptcy. In addition, Mr. Hawk has developed an expertise in mergers and acquisitions which includes the sale of businesses as stock transfers, asset transfers, and any combination thereof with real estate. In the recent past, Mr. Hawk has restructured $100 million dollars in debt for a variety of entities and holds the distinction of representing the largest number of individuals and entities with respect to matters pending before The Resolution Trust Corporation, commonly known as the "RTC," restructuring in excess of $100 million dollars in real estate, debt, and liabilities. Mr. Hawk is or has been general counsel to twenty-six entities and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of ATI Centers, Inc. and Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Devon Health Services, Inc. and Devon IT, Inc., all of which he formed, chartered, and represented. Further, Mr. Hawk is Chief Executive Officer of MMO Partners, a Pennsylvania general partnership and joint venture comprised of Medical Mutual of Ohio, an Ohio mutual insurance company, and Devon Health Services, Inc. Mr. Hawk is a member of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, Third Circuit Court of Appeals; Pro Hac Vice: Wayne County Circuit Court, Detroit, United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, Toledo, United States District Court for the Middle District of Ohio, Court of Common Pleas of Columbus, Ohio, United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Cook County Circuit Court, Chicago, United States District Court for the District of Maryland, and DC Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Hawk received a Bachelor of Arts in English from Villanova University and his Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law. Mr. Hawk is a licensed pilot (SEL).
