David C. Swanson has been Chief Executive Officer of R.H. Donnelley since May 2002. He was elected to the Board in December 2001 and served as Chairman from December 2002 to January 2006 and then was re-appointed Chairman once again in April 2006. Swanson has held increasingly senior management positions over the past 20 years since he joined the Company in 1985 as an Account Executive. Alan F. Schultz, 49, is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Valassis. He serves on the Valassis' Board of Directors as the Chairman of Valassis' Executive Committee.
