David C. Swanson has been Chief Executive Officer of R.H. Donnelley since May 2002. He was elected to the Board in December 2001 and served as Chairman from December 2002 to January 2006 and then was re-appointed Chairman once again in April 2006. Swanson has held increasingly senior management positions over the past 20 years since he joined the Company in 1985 as an Account Executive. He was named Executive Vice President of Sales in 1995, Executive Vice President and General Manager of Proprietary Operations in 1997 and Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy in 1998 in conjunction with the company's spin-off from Dun & Bradstreet as an independent public company. He became President of Donnelley Directory Services in 1999 and served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company from December 2000 until May 2002. Swanson is the current Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Yellow Pages Association (YPA) and has served on the Board since December 2003.

R. Barry Sauder has served as Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer since January 2008. Prior to joining RHD, Mr. Sauder served as Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of InfraSource Services, Inc., a specialty contractor servicing electric, natural gas and telecommunications infrastructure, from April 2004 to October 2007. Mr. Sauder is a certified public accountant. Gretchen Zech joined R.H. Donnelley in June 2006. She is responsible for strategic management and direction of all human resources and labor relations functions for the company. Before coming to R.H. Donnelley, Gretchen was group vice president, human resources, for Gartner, Inc., a global information technology research and consulting firm, where she was responsible for managing company human resources efforts. Earlier in her career, she held various senior leadership roles in human resources with The Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company, Bloomingdale's, and Best Buy. Zech holds a degree from The University of Michigan, as well as executive education program certifications in negotiation and labor relations from Harvard University and The University of Michigan, respectively. She is credentialed as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR).
Mark Hianik was appointed Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of R.H. Donnelley on April 16, 2008. Prior to joining the company, Hianik was Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Tribune Company, a Chicago-based media company. Prior to joining Tribune, Hianik was a corporate and securities partner with Wildman, Harrold, Allen & Dixon, a national law firm. Before attending law school, Hianik, a Certified Public Accountant, was an auditor for Arthur Andersen in Chicago. Hianik received his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois and his J.D. from Loyola University of Chicago.

Alan F. Schultz, 49, is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Valassis. He serves on the Valassis' Board of Directors as the Chairman of Valassis' Executive Committee. The company is a respected leader within the marketing services industry and is well known for its innovative promotional media properties. Under his leadership, Valassis increased its revenue from $762.2 million in 1998 to $2,242.2 in 2007. In 2007 Schultz led the company through a $1.2 billion acquisition and integration of ADVO, Inc., the nation’s leading direct mail media company. The combined company has 7,000 employees in 28 states and nine countries. Valassis has received more than 30 awards for excellence in business ethics, quality, innovation and employee life-balance practices. Schultz serves on the Board of Directors of the The Ad Council, The American Advertising Federation and R.H. Donnelly and is regarded as an industry pioneer in building convergence among the promotion and advertising industries. He has served as a Director of Valassis since December 1995 and was elected CEO and President in June 1998, and appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors in 1998. Prior to these appointments, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 1996 to 1998 and held numerous leadership positions in sales, marketing, operations and finance with the company.
