Christopher Poinsatte was appointed Executive Vice President-Chief Financial Officer for the Airport in September 2003. Mr. Poinsatte is responsible for business and financial planning, budgeting, accounting, information systems, debt financing, treasury and federal funding. Mr. Poinsatte has spent about half of his career in the private sector and half in the government sector. Prior to joining the Airport, he was the Chief Financial Officer of NextJet Technologies, Inc., a start-up transportation management and logistics software company located in Dallas. Before that position, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) where he developed DART's $2.9 billion financing program for its capital expansion program. Mr. Poinsatte is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and a Certified Public Accountant in Texas.

James M. Crites serves as Executive Vice President for the Operations Division of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. He oversees the activities of Asset Management, Energy and Transportation Management, Operations, Planning, Department of Public Safety, Environmental Affairs, and Airport Development and Engineering. Mr. Crites joined the staff at DFW on October 30, 1995 to serve as the Director of Planning and Marketing Research. He provided key leadership in planning and support for development of facilities and assessment of new business opportunities as part of the recently completed and highly regarded Airport Development Plan. Prior to this, Mr. Crites worked in several key management positions at American Airlines, Inc. including Managing Director, Airport Services and Managing Director, Financial Planning. Mr. Crites graduated from the University of Illinois after earning a Bachelor of Science in business administration and subsequently earned a master's in operations research while attending the Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, California.

Linda Valdez Thompson is the Executive Vice President of Administration and Diversity at DFW International Airport. In her role, she has responsibility for Human Resources, Procurement and Materials Management, Risk Management, Small & Emerging Business, and Internal Communication and Diversity. Phil Ritter is the Executive Vice President of Governmental and Stakeholder Affairs for DFW International Airport. Mr. Ritter is responsible for overseeing public policy at the international, federal, state and local level, community relations and media relations. Mr. Ritter's professional career includes 20 years with Texas Instruments as the Senior Vice President of Public Affairs with global responsibility for government and community relations. Prior to joining Texas Instruments, Mr. Ritter served on the staff of the Texas Senate Jurisprudence Committee and as an attorney with Sun Exploration and Production Company in Dallas. Mr. Ritter currently serves as Chairman of the Board for the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, is a member of the Board of Governors of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra and a trustee of the Dallas Foundation. Prior to these positions, Mr. Ritter served as a Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) Board member, which included a period of service on the Regional Transportation Council of the North Central Texas Council of Governments. Mr. Ritter received an undergraduate degree in Urban Studies and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Maryland, as well as a Masters of Public Affairs from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin. Bernice J. Washington's corporate experience spans more than three decades in the pharmaceutical industry. Ms. Washington was the highest-ranking woman of color in the U. S. sales/marketing organization at the time of her retirement from Bayer Healthcare Diabetes Care in April 2008. Her responsibilities included sales and marketing of diabetes blood glucose products to key clients such as CVS, Wal-Mart, Walgreens, Kroger and HEB. She is a nationally recognized successful businesswoman with a solid background in sales/marketing and management. Ms. Washington is president and CEO of BJW Consulting Group, LLC. The firm specializes in human relations management and business development strategies that help companies build better organizations by building better people. She is a Certified Master Coach by the Behavioral Coaching Institute in New York. Ms. Washington is a sought-after television and radio talk show commentator and has been featured in movies, magazine articles and news stories. She joined the DFW Airport Board in July 2008. Ms. Washington earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Missouri; is a registered Medical Technologist, MT (ASCP) Research Hospital and Medical Center-Kansas City, Missouri; and has a Bachelor of Science in Bacteriology/Microbiology from Southern University-Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Her background in the sciences has been coupled with an extraordinary speaking ability to create an unshakable platform for her dual professions in health care management and motivational speaking. Civic involvement is a personal passion for Ms. Washington.

Ms. Reyes is first generation American of Hispanic parents and was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. After fulfilling her obligation in the Marine Corps where she received training as a public affairs liaison, she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of New Orleans in December of 1985. Relocating to Dallas from New Orleans in 1990, Ms. Reyes saw the possibility of "making a difference." As a reflection of her desire to improve the quality of life in her community, she quickly became involved in the political process as well as numerous diverse community boards. She has been extensively recognized for her volunteerism as well as her business acumen and the ability to work with people across party lines to reach a desired objective. Ms. Reyes is the former President of the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce where she was responsible for all aspects of the Chamber operations. During her tenure, she marketed the chamber so successfully that she obtained ten new corporate partners in one year. She also created and implemented the first International Business Expo now known as "Viva Dallas" and significantly increased the Chamber's revenues and decreased expenses. Prior to joining the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Ms. Reyes owned a technology company specializing in document imaging. Her firm was one of the first minority owned firms to offer these services in North Texas and 1995 was recognized as "Business Woman of the Year" by the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Reyes served as the logistics Chair for the 2006 Dallas Mega March where in two weeks, she organized and implemented the necessary elements to successfully handle the estimated 500,000 people who attended the march. In 1997, Ms. Reyes ran for the Dallas City Council receiving a tremendous amount business and community support. She received all major endorsements including the Dallas Morning News.

Forrest Smith served as senior partner at Bell, Nunnally & Martin LLP in Dallas, from 1994 to 2008. Prior to joining Bell, Nunnally & Martin, Mr. Smith served as managing partner at Arter & Hadden in Dallas from 1988 to 1994, and as president of the Greater Dallas Chamber of Commerce from 1984 to 1988. He began his career at Mobil Oil Corporation in Dallas, serving as tax counsel from 1952 to 1983. Mr. Smith joined the DFW Airport Board in March 2008. Mr. Smith attended Lon Morris Junior College in Jacksonville, Texas and received his B.A. from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. He later attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, earning both a Juris Doctor degree and an LLM degree. He was admitted to practice law in the state of Texas in 1955. Coinciding with his professional employment, Mr. Smith also received several state appointments. He was appointed by the lieutenant governor of Texas to the Texas Small Business Stationary Source Compliance Program Advisory Panel in 1992. The governor appointed him to the Texas Select Committee on Tax Equity, on which he served from 1987 to 1989. Francisco Hernandez, Jr. is a criminal law specialist certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Hernandez is a dual citizen of the United States and Mexico. He has family, friends and professional contacts in both countries. His home and law firm are located in Fort Worth. Mr. Hernandez joined the DFW Airport Board in May 2006. He served as secretary of the board from February 2008 through March 2009. He was named vice chair in April 2009. Mr. Hernandez worked personally with Vicente Fox's campaign for President of Mexico. He has also helped bridge the gap between Mexico and U.S. business practices as an expert in the area of international relations and politics. In addition to running his law firm, Mr. Hernandez also serves as an associate municipal judge and as a commissioner (appointed by the lt. governor) on the Texas Ethics Commission. Prior to establishing his own firm, he served in the Texas State Capitol as special legislative counsel for Senator Mike Moncrief and Representative Doyle Willis. He was an in-house legislative attorney for Southwestern Bell Telephone Company as well as a staff attorney for a large metropolitan law firm. Early in his career, he worked in Washington, D.C., at the U.S. Congress and the U.S. Department of Justice. Mr. Hernandez has authored several legal articles and presented seminars in the United States and Mexico. A few of the honors he has received include being named Man of the Year by the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, Outstanding Young Leader by the Jr. Chamber of Commerce, and one of 40 Under 40 by the Fort Worth Business Press. He is involved in numerous community activities and has been honored for his volunteerism. Mr. Hernandez received his Juris Doctorate from the Catholic University of America's Columbus School of Law in Washington, D.C. and his undergraduate degree from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth. He and his wife, a native of Holland, have four children. Thanks to their multinational heritage, the children are trilingual, speaking English, Spanish and Dutch. Mr. Hernandez' interests outside of his family and his law practice include politics and soccer.

Lillie Biggins, a 30-year veteran of health care, has served as the vice president of operations at Harris Methodist Fort Worth since 1997. Ms. Biggins has responsibility for enhancing the performance of Harris Methodist Fort Worth with regard to cost effectiveness, clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. She oversees major departments such as Emergency Services, Trauma Services and Restorative Services. Before working at Harris, Ms. Biggins demonstrated administrative effectiveness serving as chief nursing officer at Columbia Plaza Medical Center of Fort Worth and as vice president of East Campus Operations at Plaza Medical Center of Fort Worth. She also has 21 years of health care experience between John Peter Smith Hospital and Parkland Memorial Hospital. Ms. Biggins is a diploma graduate of John Peter Smith School of Nursing. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Masters of Science from Texas Woman's University in Denton. She held an appointment of assistant clinical professor in Hospital Administration from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas for six years and is currently adjunct faculty at the University of Texas at Arlington. Ms. Biggins is a member of a number of professional organizations including the American College of Health Care Executives, American Organization of Nurse Executives, Texas Nurses Association, American Nurses Association and Sigma Theta Tau. She joined the DFW Airport Board in May 2005, was named vice chair in March 2006 and chair in February 2008. She also serves on the Board of the American Heart Association, Workforce Solutions for Tarrant County Board, the American Cancer Society Board, the North Texas BOLD Initiative Advisory Board and the University of Texas at Arlington Nursing Advisory Board.

Thomas C. Leppert recently retired as chairman of the board and chief executive officer of The Turner Corporation. The Turner Corporation, with revenues of $8.4 billion in 2006, is, through its subsidiaries, the leading general builder in the United States. Before joining Turner, Mr. Leppert served as trustee of the estate of James Campbell. The Estate has over $2 billion in real estate assets, distributed broadly by both property type and geographic location throughout the United States. Other past positions include president and chief executive officer of Castle & Cooke Properties, Inc., vice chairman of Pacific Century Financial Corp. and its largest subsidiary, Bank of Hawaii. Previously, he was a principal with the international consulting firm McKinsey & Company and was a national partner with the Trammell Crow Company. In 1984, Thomas Leppert was appointed by President Reagan as a White House Fellow. Assigned both to the Department of the Treasury and the White House staff, he focused primarily on banking, finance, and international trade issues. As a Fellow, and in these assignments, he traveled throughout Europe and the Eastern Bloc countries of the Soviet Union, Poland, and Hungary. Mr. Leppert graduated cum laude with a Bachlor's degree in economics and accounting from Claremont McKenna College in 1977, where he served as the student body president in addition to other activities. He received his Master's degree in business administration, with distinction, from Harvard Business School in 1979 and was selected by the faculty for membership in the Century Club. Mr. Leppert is on the Alumni Board of Directors at Harvard Business School, the Board of Trustees of Claremont McKenna College, where he is Vice Chairman and sits on the Executive Committee, and the Baylor University Healthcare System. In 2006, he was the recipient of the Global Cross Millennium Award for Corporate Environmental Leadership, presented by Global Green USA, and the Torch of Conscience award from the American Jewish Congress.
