Stephen Everett joined DCA in 1998. From 1993 to 1997, Mr. Everett was a Vice President with the renal care division of Vivra, Inc. then the second largest provider of dialysis services in the United States, and was responsible for oversight, deal structuring, physician recruitment and practice management. Mr. Everett had similar responsibilities in 1998 in his affiliation with Renal Physician Partners, engaged in consulting and management in the renal healthcare field.
