Chris Curran, a Partner at Diamond and the firm’s Chief Technology Officer, co-leads Diamond’s Service Lines as well as the firm’s Business Design and Performance Improvement service line. He works closely with senior client management on their most complex and strategic technology issues, helping to define the IT organization, deploy technology governance and management practices, and develop business and technical architectures. In addition, Chris also directs investments to maintain and enhance the capabilities of Diamond’s technology strategists and architects. Chris has global experience in designing and leading the implementation of high-value technology initiatives that create tangible value for his clients, most recently in the property and casualty insurance and health insurance industries. Chris helped spearhead Diamond’s "Digital IQ Study," in which 456 C-level business and technology executives express their beliefs about IT’s role in economic competition. David Baker is a partner with Diamond. As chief architect and knowledge leader in enterprise architecture, Dave develops business and technical blueprints for implementing strategic initiatives. Dave’s specialties include identifying leading-edge technologies, guiding innovation projects, defining and justifying strategies for applying technology and leading architecture assessment and implementation efforts (including blueprint development, architecture organization, skills, governance, metrics and tool selections). Dave has worked in a variety of roles for Diamond’s clients, including chief technical architect and acting chief technical architect. Dave has over 24 years of design, development, instructional and managerial experience in key technologies and architectures. His experience includes mobile application architectures, service-oriented architectures, enterprise application integration, business-to-business and business-to-consumer e-commerce, community sites and content aggregation. He also has experience in customer service technologies, wireless operator enterprises, communication networks and relational databases. Dave built his expertise through consulting experience at Technology Solutions Company as well as in research and development positions at Dell Computer Corporation and International Business Machines. He is a certified Federal Enterprise Architect. Karl Bupp is a co-founder of Diamond Technology Partners, and chief financial officer and treasurer of Diamond. He has significant management experience in financial planning and control functions, primarily in high-technology and high-growth public companies. Karl serves on Diamond's management committee, the group that guides the client-serving operations of the company, including revenue and profit contribution. He has also served as a consultant on client projects for Diamond, providing business case development and financial analysis support. Prior to joining Diamond, Karl was corporate controller and director of planning and treasury services for Technology Solutions Company. Previously, he held various financial management and analyst positions with MCI Telecommunications Corporation. He served as director of business analysis for MCI's Business Services segment, where he was responsible for the financial analysis and review of new products and promotional offerings. During his eight years with MCI, he also held positions in receivables management, special billing, corporate business analysis and corporate planning and budgeting.

Robert “Mike” DeCuyper is a partner with Diamond. He works in Diamond’s solutions delivery practice. He is experienced in using technology to solve business problems and has more than 19 years of industry and consulting experience across a broad range of industries. He also has experience in nearly every vertical industry in business. During his career at Diamond, Mike has held various leadership roles in a number of client situations, including acting chief information officer and chief operating officer. Prior to Diamond, Mike gained consulting experience as a technical architect and senior principal at Technology Solutions Company. He also spent nine years in various management and technical positions related to the design, development and implementation of major information systems at Textron Aerostructures, Georgia-Pacific and Programs Unlimited. Education and Affiliation Mike holds a bachelor of arts degree in business administration with a major in information systems from Georgia State University.

Bill McClayton is Diamond’s Managing Director of Finance and Administration, responsible for the firm’s finance, legal, planning, marketing, information technology, and facilities worldwide. Bill also serves on the Office of Chairman, the group that guides the operations of the company, including revenue and profit contribution. Bill joined Diamond in April 2001, after a distinguished 35-year career at Arthur Andersen. Among his responsibilities, McClayton led Andersen’s Chicago-based financial markets practice for ten years. In addition, McClayton served public and private audit clients primarily in the professional services and financial services industries. A Chicago, Illinois resident, Bill is active in various civic and charitable organizations, including the board of trustees of the Ravinia festival and the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago. Ed Brady is a Diamond partner and additionally is the firm’s Chief People Officer, responsible for Human Resources and Recruiting for the Firm. Before assuming his current role, Ed was a practice partner and he focused on helping clients in North America and Europe develop and execute technology-enabled growth and profit enhancement strategies in the business-to-business and consumer markets across a variety of industries including retail, telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing and agribusiness. In particular, Ed has specialized in generating, evaluating and defining new business concepts that have a basis in technology, including the internet and wireless. Among his accomplishments, Ed helped establish Diamond in the United Kingdom and across Europe during a two-year overseas assignment in London. Prior to joining Diamond, Ed was a senior consultant at Andersen Consulting, and additionally worked in motorsports marketing at the Ford Motor Company. Education and Affiliation Ed holds a master of management degree with concentrations in marketing, management strategy and international business from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Georgetown University. Stephen Warrington is Managing Director of Diamond’s UK activities. He has extensive experience in leading management advisory businesses and has worked extensively in the UK and continental Europe serving top management of major companies. Stephen’s principal industry focus in financial services, covering retail and investment banking, insurance, asset management and cards. His functional expertise includes strategy, marketing, operations and broad performance transformation programs. Anand Rao is a partner with Diamond with over 16 years of industry and consulting experience, helping senior executives structure, solve and manage critical issues facing their organizations. His has worked extensively on both business and technology issues across a wide range of industry sectors including, financial services (retail, corporate, and investment banking, payments, and insurance), telecommunications (mobile and fixed-line), aerospace, retail, and resource sectors. While at Diamond Anand has advised leading financial services organizations and global telecommunications companies. His work has included risk management and compliance, customer value management, multi-channel integration, segmentation and proposition development. Prior to joining Diamond, Anand was a consultant at Mitchell Madison Group/marchFirst at their Australian office. Prior to that, Anand was Chief Research Scientist at the Australian Artificial Intelligence Institute, a boutique research and software house developing real-time knowledge-based systems for aerospace, defense, and telecommunications clients. He was also instrumental is setting up Agent Oriented Software, a software house specializing in advanced decision support systems. Anand has also co-edited four books on Intelligent Agents and has published over fifty papers in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence in major journals, conferences, and workshops. Andrew Dye is a Partner in Diamond’s Financial Services practice who also co-leads the firm’s Mobilization and Execution service line. He has 20 years of experience advising executives in several industries—including payments, banking, and insurance—on their most challenging strategic and operational issues, and on improving the return on their technology investment. Andrew specializes in capability planning and delivery for improved sales and servicing, IT strategy and governance, enterprise architecture, organizational design, multi-channel customer experience, information management, product development and launch, and program execution. He has particularly deep experience in helping corporations achieve large-scale business transformation that delivers competitive advantage and measurable financial return. Before joining Diamond in 1996, Andrew was Vice President at an international strategy consultancy in Washington D.C., and he began his career with Andersen Consulting in Detroit. Education Andrew holds a Master of Management degree with concentrations in finance and management strategy from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, graduating with distinction. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in financial administration from the Broad School of Business at Michigan State University, where he graduated summa cum laude.

Bill Pappas is Managing Partner of Diamond’s Capital Markets segment within the firm’s Financial Services practice. He has spent more than 19 years helping clients focus on the value of creating and leveraging enterprise business architectures, by charting the optimum path toward a more efficient, strategy-enabling future state. Bill has led several successful enterprise-wide initiatives to develop architecture roadmaps in areas such as trade processing, regulation and compliance, and new business launches. Bill has served in numerous client facing roles including acting as the interim head of business architecture for a Fortune 100 company, helping the firm navigate a transformation effort that aligned corporate planning, portfolio management, and enterprise architecture to increase the efficiency of technology innovation and provide better traceability to business goals. Charlie, a partner in Diamond’s Financial Services practice, has more than 16 years of consulting experience across banking, wealth management, payments, and capital markets firms. His expertise resides in complex organizational transformations, especially those related to M&A integration and those resulting from alternative sourcing strategies. Charlie has extensive experience in sourcing strategy development and implementation, IT assessment and strategy development, and organizational design and change management strategies. He has led and overseen a variety of complex, enterprise-wide programs across a variety of large financial services institutions. Charlie also co-leads Diamond’s Global Sourcing Advisory practice. Chris O’Brien is a Partner in Diamond’s Public Sector practice with an impressive track record as Chicago’s Chief Information Officer and as a consultant. His accomplishments include improving the performance of large public and private sector companies through strategy development, process re-engineering and technology implementation. Prior to joining Diamond in 2006, Chris was appointed to the cabinet-level position of Chief Information Officer by Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daley in 2000. In that position Chris oversaw a $150 million-plus annual technology program and led a variety of successful initiatives, including: • Implementation of a $25 million ERP system that provides for electronic procurement of goods, web-based bidding, and electronic routing of hiring and budgetary approvals. • Development of cityofchicago.org, a web e-commerce portal, enabling citizens to conduct transactions (pay tickets, apply for permits, etc.) and receive personalized content. That site generates 3 million hits per month, $40 million annually in revenue and was a winner of Government Technology Magazine’s "Best of the Web Award." • Delivery of an award-winning customer service (311) application and call center that handles 3.5 million citizen calls annually and provides the Mayor with critical metrics on City service. The service won Harvard’s 2003 “Innovation in Government Award.” • Assumed control of City’s 35,000-line telecom network in 2004; reduced annual costs by $3 million through line reductions, contract re-negotiations and process improvements. • Outsourced support of more than 15,000 personal computers at 500 City facilities; achieved largest customer satisfaction improvement ever recorded by Gartner; recognized by Forbes Magazine as the “Most IT Flexible Partnership” (Spring, 2003). • As the leader of Mayor Daley’s effort to bring ubiquitous wireless broadband service to every neighborhood in Chicago, Chris developed the strategy, business model and request for proposal for a high-speed WI-FI network to serve Chicago’s businesses, residents and tourists. Prior to his tenure as CIO, Chris held positions as Managing Deputy CIO of the City of Chicago and as a consultant at two major management consulting firms. Christopher Hughes is a partner in Diamond’s Retail & Distribution practice. Over his fourteen years in the consulting and software industries, Chris has worked to devise and implement growth strategies for clients in the face of market and technological disruptions. He has focused on the areas of business and marketing strategy, new venture development, profit improvement, and large-scale program management, and he has broad industry experience including automotive, B2C e-commerce, financial services, computer hardware and services and telecommunications. Prior to joining Diamond, Chris was an associate vice president with GMI Software, Inc. (now a Sungard company). Chuck is a partner with Diamond. He has more than seven years of management consulting experience within insurance and financial services. Chuck has helped his clients evaluate and apply technology to achieve operational efficiencies, optimize capital allocation, broaden their customer base and pursue market growth strategies. Chuck’s consulting work leverages his operational background, financial skills and practical implementation experience. Chuck concentrates on assisting clients to improve the financial and operational performance of their business by designing and implementing programs with measurable results toward a shared vision. Chuck has significant experience in managing large transformation program efforts, involving incentive management, policy and agent administration, and portal implementations. In addition, Chuck has extensive experience in helping clients take corrective actions on transformation programs that have significant variances from stated program business, budget, and timeline objectives. Prior to joining Diamond, Chuck worked with a financial services firm in managing projects, including technology assessment, strategy, reengineering, system and business process design, and implementation. Doug King is a partner in Diamond’s Solution Delivery practice. He has extensive experience working with clients to implement new business ventures, develop e-commerce platforms and align organization, process and technology initiatives to realize improvements in cost, revenue, and quality. He has served on numerous projects as program manager, project manager, or project architect. He recently contributed on an e-Commerce engagement for an insurance company which included policy processing, CRM, an agent portal, and supporting infrastructure. Doug has more than 16 years of experience in managing system implementation projects for a broad variety of clients across multiple industries, including energy, insurance, aerospace, and manufacturing. He has been responsible for successfully implementing Web-based, e-commerce solutions and mission critical ERP systems. Jamie Yoder, managing partner and co-lead of Diamond’s insurance practice, has more than 17 years of experience advising senior executives on critical IT strategy, enterprise architecture and IT management issues. He has led multiple engagements in linking business and IT strategy, from strategy definition and planning through execution and successful realization of the projected benefits. Recently Jamie led multidisciplinary teams that collaborated with one of the nation’s largest multi-line insurers to make strategic use of technology. His leadership included defining the business aligned IT strategy, conceiving an information and analytics strategy to transform business operations, optimizing the infrastructure and operations environment, and managing large scale transformation programs such as agent and incentive management. More broadly, Jamie has advised business and technology executives of U.S. and international companies on the implications and opportunities for using technology to address a range of issues. His experience includes helping clients enhance the customer experience, improve channel management, create value through information and analytics, and increase IT efficiency and effectiveness through application rationalization, strategic enterprise architectures, and technology investment management. Jeff Hesse is the managing partner of Diamond’s financial services practice. He has worked with a wide range of major retail banking, credit card, and investment banking clients and has extensive experience helping clients design and execute their most critical strategies. In addition to his deep financial services experience, Jeff launched and led the firm’s Public Sector practice, serving as a trusted advisor to government CIOs and the heads of various local, state and federal agencies. Erik is a Partner in Diamond’s Public Sector practice with a proven track record advising some of the world’s top companies and agencies on strategic and operational issues. His clients range from global investment banks to federal government agencies to large not-for-profits, and his areas of expertise include strategic planning, sourcing strategy, IT assessment and governance, organizational design, and behavioral economics. Much of Erik’s client work revolves around using leading-edge analytical techniques to solve difficult problems at the intersection of business and technology. His experiences range from working to improve the digital divide in a low-income neighborhood of Sao Paulo, Brazil, to developing a global sourcing strategy for one of the world’s top investment banks. Erik has written for Public CIO magazine and has been quoted in the publication regarding his research and experience in IT portfolio management as it pertains to U.S. government agencies. John Ebersole is an accomplished executive consultant with a proven track record of improving business performance by working with senior executives to set strategies, build and execute plans as well as identify and remediate performance gaps. Mr. Ebersole works directly with Senior Executives to define and implement business strategies that leverage market and customer analysis and insights, technology-enabled operating capabilities and new organization models to improve business performance. Kelly Vendetti is a partner in Diamond’s Financial Services practice, with a focus on the capital markets, and has 20 years of experience in identifying and delivering bottom line business value. In addition to driving engagements at some of the firm’s key clients, Kelly was instrumental in launching the Women’s Forum and many other people related initiatives. Prior to joining Diamond, Kelly’s focus was IT program management, performance and capacity planning, financial planning, and software development for a variety of companies. She also spent two years as an independent consultant, assisting clients in the design, development, and delivery of customized solutions to improve costs, revenue, and productivity. She also worked at EDS as a systems engineer and project manager. She also holds a Bachelor of Science, with dual concentrations in mathematics and computer science, from the University of Notre Dame. Lloyd Smith is a partner with Diamond. He has more than 10 years of experience in marketing, management and the design, construction and implementation of information systems. He also has experience in strategy formulation and implementation in a wide range of industries. Lloyd’s areas of expertise lie in computer information systems and business management. In a recent project engagement, Lloyd implemented a reduced instruction set computer-based (RISC) processor technology for the Department of Defense that was the largest RISC system in the state. Prior to joining Diamond, Lloyd was a systems engineer and marketing representative with IBM Corporation where he gained significant experience in the chemical, public sector and manufacturing industries. Previously, Lloyd was a consultant in the strategic services practice at Andersen Consulting. He participated on several client engagement teams responsible for designing market entry strategies and improving profitability. Matt Hester is a partner in our Enterprise practice. With more than 15 years of management and consulting experience, Matt has a deep background in leadership and project and technology management. He is skilled at motivating, managing, and leading organizations through change in various industries, including the healthcare, insurance, retail, and government sector. Matt has extensive experience in leadership and program management and has led both business and technology teams in organizational change and operational improvement engagements for clients across many industries. Prior to joining Diamond, Matt spent eight years in the military where he gained invaluable experience in leadership and managing organizational change as a person responsible for teams of 36 to 200 during a time of vast restructuring and international uncertainty. He also gained experience in project management and peer leadership as the planner and manager of operational projects for the entire U.S. Army installation at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii, and for a 4,400-person infantry brigade. Education and Affiliation Matt earned his degree in computer science from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Matt currently lives in Angiers, NC, with his wife and two children.

As a partner in Diamond’s Financial Services practice, Mike Heindl has extensive experience leading the development of business and operational strategies as well as defining and deploying critical technology and process improvement solutions. Mike’s professional experience has focused primarily on the Financial Services industry, where he has particular expertise in payments processing, call centers, retail banking, commercial banking, and trust and investment services. Paul Blase is Managing Partner of Diamond’s Enterprise practice and co-lead of Service Lines for the firm. He also co-leads Diamond’s Business Design and Performance Improvement service line and the firm’s Behavioral Economics practice, which uses principles of behavioral economics to improve sales, marketing, product/pricing, and service operations. He has more than 15 years of consulting experience specializing in business and technology strategy development and large-scale transformation program design and management. Paul has deep project experience across the financial services, insurance, building products, retail, travel, and hi-tech industries in areas such as distribution, marketing, product/pricing, claims, finance, valuations, and information technology. His project work includes creating innovation concept, growth, and market entry strategies and business development plans, developing customer experience, multi-channel, distribution and marketing strategies, designing operations improvement plans, helping companies define how to create an information advantage, and designing and managing multi-year transformation programs that span business and technology functions. Paul has recently led the insurance component of Diamond’s proprietary consumer retirement readiness research that resulted in the firm’s "Retirement Study 2008." He also recently researched opportunities for telematics to reduce auto claims frequency and severity, as detailed in his whitepaper, "Cars and Trucks Are Talking: Why Insurers Should Listen." Paul Frank, a Partner in Diamond’s Insurance practice, co-leads the firm’s Mobilization and Execution service line, which focuses on designing and leading achievable change programs that preserve the integrity of the strategy. He is part of Diamond’s team of experts who concentrate on IT cost management and IT cost effectiveness. Paul has more than 18 years of experience in technology strategy development, complex program management, and advising CIOs on issues related to “running IT as a business.” Paul’s experience spans key insurance segments including commercial, personal, life, and disability on the carrier side as well as in the commercial brokerage space. Rachel Parker Rachel Parker is a partner in Diamond’s Financial Services practice. She has over 13 years of consulting experience across investment and retail banking, high-tech, telecommunications, and utilities industries. In the last five years, she has worked in both the US and EU focusing on financial services regulation and compliance. Her work has also included developing business plans and financials for new product offerings as well as operational and organizational redesign to improve profitability. In the financial services domain, she has contributed to large international financial services institutions by defining the strategic objectives, program structure and implementation plans to meet demanding timetables. Rachel has also published an article on the key questions that each banking organization will be challenged to address as a result of the CSE/Basel regulations. Rick Barto is a partner in our Insurance practice. He has more than 15 years of consulting experience defining, leading and managing high-impact projects in insurance and financial services industries. Rick’s core areas of expertise lie in large-scale program management, enterprise implementation and deployment, and business process design. His insurance experience has been focused in commercial P&C around strategic business design and operational improvement. Additionally, Rick has financial services experience working with investment banking and credit card clients to design/manage compliance & risk management programs, deliver global application systems, and introduce IT governance disciplines. Thomas E. Weakland joined the firm as a Principal in February of 1994 and became Managing Partner of Diamond s Global Sourcing Practice in 2002 and Managing Partner of the firm s Healthcare practice in 2005. He has more than 20 years of experience helping organizations develop, manage and extract significant benefits through better aligning their business strategies with their technology capabilities. Mr. Weakland is considered a leading authority on strategic sourcing and has been widely quoted in The Wall Street Journal, Reuters and numerous other publications as well as National Public Radio and BBC Radio. Prior to joining Diamond, Mr. Weakland served as senior consultant for General Electric Consulting and as a principal at Technology Solutions Company.

Vaughn Kauffman is a Partner in Diamond’s healthcare practice. He has extensive experience in advising senior executives on strategic technology and planning, management of complex change programs and implementation of enterprise architecture solutions. His work in developing business strategies and delivering solutions that leverage technology has had a major impact in helping clients grow their businesses and improve their operations. Among his accomplishments, Vaughn has global experience in leading high-value technology initiatives that deliver tangible benefits for his clients, most recently in the health insurance and financial services industries. His expertise includes IT strategy development, program management, technology architecture and governance, and performance management. He has also done work in the areas of service operations, channel strategy development and consumerism in healthcare. Prior to joining Diamond in 1995, Vaughn was a consultant for Andersen Consulting, where he worked for financial services and insurance clients. Bill Abbott, a Partner who has been with Diamond for 15 years, co-leads the firm’s Information Advantage service line. He has deep experience in the areas of organization and process design, including system design and implementation, financial and operational modeling, marketing analytics, and activity-based process and product costing. He has helped clients in the communications, insurance, healthcare, financial services, quick-service restaurant, manufacturing, distribution, and education industries. Bill also co-founded and co-leads Diamond’s Information and Analytics Center (DIAC). Bill has led and contributed to several Diamond intellectual capital projects. He recently collaborated with Professor Dan Ariely of MIT on "Predictably Irrational Customers," a paper in which the authors propose a set of ideas and an approach to apply behavioral economics principles to improve online marketing. Education Bill holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in finance from Indiana University at Bloomington. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Bowling Green State University and started his career as a certified public accountant.

Andrew Lippman is a senior research scientist at MIT and director of the Digital Life Resarch Program. His research group is the Media and Networks group at the MIT Media Laboratory, and he recently began the Viral Communications Program that focuses on roadmapping the industry by considering the technical, socal, economic and regulatory aspects of communications, broadly conceived. Part of this means building ways to independently connect unlimited numbers of people and gizmos without an infrastructure and without restriction. His analogy is the opportunity created by PCs versus mainframes, or autos versus railroads. He has taught at MIT for 25 years in positions ranging from professor to his current position, and his courses included digital video and the technology and policy of media. He received his BS and MS degrees from MIT and a PhD from EPFL (Lausanne.)

Caroline Calkins directs research, analysis, and content development in support of innovation programs at Diamond. Prior to joining Diamond, Caroline spent 10 years as a management consultant focusing primarily on business strategy. She also worked for a dot-com start-up and as an independent consultant. She holds a bachelor's in English from Cornell University, an MBA from Cornell's Johnson Graduate School of Management, and a Maitrise en Administration et en Gestion from the Universite Catholique de Louvain-la-Neuve in Belgium.

Julia Potter is Senior Director of Marketing & Communications for Diamond Management & Technology Consultants, a global management and technology consulting firm (Nasdaq: DTPI). Over her more than 20-year career in the consulting industry, she has created and implemented strategic marketing and communications programs designed to improve valuation, build credibility, increase market share, develop relationships, and build brand and awareness. Vince Barabba is the chairman of Kings County Ventures and the Market Insight Corporation. He retired in 2003 as the general manager of corporate strategy at the General Motors Corporation. He was recently appointed chairman of the State of the USA, a non-profit corporation with an educational mission to provide quality information, including quantitative indicators, to the American public on key changing societal, economic, and environmental conditions. Mr. Barabba twice served as director of the U.S. Bureau of the Census and is the only person to have been appointed to that position by U.S. Presidents of different political parties. Between his government service and GM assignments he served as the manager of market research for the Xerox Corporation and director of market intelligence for Eastman Kodak. Mr. Barabba was the co-founder of Decision Making Information and from 1969 to 1973 provided electoral information to political campaigns from City Hall to the Presidency. He has also served on the board of directors for the Marketing Science Institute and the National Opinion Research Center of the University of Chicago. In recognition of his performance in the private and public sectors he was recently inducted into the Market Research Hall of Fame. Paul D’Alessandro, a Partner at Diamond, co-leads the firm’s Customer Impact service line. He has an extensive background in high-tech product and telecommunications Experience Design (xD). Paul’s approach to xD is based on the creation of unique customer experiences that blend the physical place (home, workplace, retail, etc.) with virtual environments (online communities, mobility solutions, word-of-mouth networks). By combining a deep understanding of customer analytics, xD, market assessment/segmentation, and branding/positioning/messaging, he brings to his clients a fresh perspective on the development of technology-dependent strategy and new product/service design. Scott McMillen is a Partner leading the Diamond UK Insurance Practice, one of the founders of Diamond Technology Partners, and the Lead of the UK Technology competency. Scott has deep consulting experience including new venture development, full life cycle system implementation and large scale change management transformation programmes. Scott has more than 16 years of consulting experience across various industries, including primarily direct marketing and insurance. Scott works with senior executives to validate their business strategy and build the corresponding IT strategic foundation and roadmap. In addition to defining strategies, Stacy has significant experience in customer care and also has led large multi-disciplinary program management efforts, both in a systems implementation role and in a process implementation role. Stacy has more than 15 years of consulting experience across various industries, including healthcare, high tech, and insurance. Prior to joining Diamond, Stacy was a manager with Andersen Consulting. While at Andersen, Stacy began her career as a technical architect and later moved into process reengineering. Tariq is a Partner of the UK practice and leads Diamond’s cards and payments practice internationally. In addition, Tariq is active serving European retail and corporate banks and insurance companies. His work spans market entry and growth strategy, proposition design and launch, information analytics and data strategy, and operations transformation and performance improvement. Tariq is also responsible for Diamond’s work in the European private equity sector – supporting private equity houses in pre-deal commercial and IT and operations due diligence and in post-deal performance improvement of portfolio companies. Education and Affiliations Prior to joining Diamond, Tariq was a consultant in the Paris office of the Mitchell Madison Group, serving financial services institutions across continental Europe. He holds a Doctorate in Physics from Oxford and an MBA from Insead.

Tom Lebamoff is a partner of Diamond with over 17 years of international consulting experience working with global firms. He is a visionary in the areas of beverage alcohol online marketing, e-retailing, and complex item management across the three-tiered distribution system. In addition to Tom’s industry depth in distribution, he is a trailblazer in complex program management, ERP delivery assurance and the transformational impact of technology on manufacturing, logistics, supply-chain, and customer service. Tom has managed a variety of large-scale transformational programs, as well as development of strategic IT roadmaps, enterprise architectures, ERP rescues, and helping clients assess the value of new technologies across the customer and supplier value-chain. His client leadership and the relentless focus on business value and deep expertise in IT has resulted in millions of bottom line savings for his clients. In addition, Tom is a thought-leader who has created several white papers and frameworks for ERP delivery assurance, complex program management, IT cost containment, IT value attainment, and the overall transformation of IT around the organization, governance function, infrastructure and the enterprise architecture. Tom joined Diamond from Drinks, Inc., a beverage alcohol retail and marketing company, where he was the Chief Information Officer. Previously, Tom was an associate partner in Andersen Consulting’s Technology Practice, and before that he served as vice president of the largest chain of beverage alcohol retail stores in Indiana, where he was responsible for the co-management of its employees as well as overall customer satisfaction. Education and Affiliation Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, where he was recognized for his academic achievement by the Vice Chancellor and the Industrial Engineering honor society.

Vinod Nair, the Managing Partner of Diamond’s India practice, has been a trusted advisor to clients throughout India, Europe and South Africa on a range of strategic and operational issues over the past 10 years. Now based in Mumbai, Vinod’s clients include leading international companies in the mobile and fixed telecommunications, technology, media, and manufacturing sectors, as well as potential investors in the private equity sector. His expertise includes corporate and business unit strategy, investment assessment and due diligence support, market entry strategy and marketing execution, operational performance improvement and new business launches. In the telecommunications arena Vinod has worked with leading fixed and mobile operators in Europe on such issues as successful market entry strategies for mobile operators, market segmentation and proposition development for voice and data offers, development and validation of fixed/mobile convergent solutions, analytical marketing techniques to improve customer lifetime values and mobile application strategies for handset vendors. Vinod joined Diamond in 1999 and played a key role in establishing the firm’s UK practice. Prior to that, Vinod worked for McKinsey & Company in India and South Africa with a focus on helping clients improve their operational capabilities. He has also worked with OC&C Strategy Consultants in London, serving clients in the telecom, media and private equity sectors. Education and Affiliation Vinod has a Bachelor of Technology (B. Credited with changing the way the world uses computers by pioneering the Graphic User Interface (GUI), Dr. Kay spoke on the perils and opportunities on an increasingly tech-dependent society. Dr. Kay was a member of the University of Utah Advanced Research Project Agency (ARPA), where he participated in the original design of ARPAnet, a forerunner of the Internet. He has taught at MIT, and at his Open School in West Hollywood where he teaches children to use computers. Arnold R. Weber, President Emeritus of Northwestern University, has an impressive combination of experience in the fields of academia, public service, and business. He served as president of Northwestern from 1985-1994. His distinguished career also includes posts as president of the University of Colorado; provost and professor of economics and public policy at Carnegie Mellon University; and dean of the Graduate School of Industrial Administration at Carnegie Mellon. Mr. Weber has also served as president of the Civic Committee of The Commercial Club of Chicago, the leading business and civic organization in the metropolitan area, from 1995-1999. Mr. Weber board experience is expansive, having previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of Burlington Northern Santa Fe Inc., PepsiCo Inc., Tribune Co., John Deere & Company, Aon Corp. and Inland Steel. During his career Mr. Weber served as a member of the faculty at the Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago. He also served in the federal government as a Presidential appointee and as an economic advisor. He has been inducted into the National Academy of Arbitrators and the National Academy of Public Administration, is a Laureate of the Lincoln Academy of Illinois and a member of the Academy of Arts and Sciences. Mr. Weber is the author of eight books, as well as numerous monographs and articles on economic policy, industrial and labor relations, and higher education.

Donald R. Caldwell is founder and chairman of Cross Atlantic Capital Partners. Don oversees the operations of all of Cross Atlantic's offices and focuses a significant amount of his time on the growth of the Cross Atlantic franchise through fund raising, network development, and deal flow. He works closely with several portfolio companies, including: Brainspark, Kanbay, Mobile Cohesion, and Rubicon Technology. Prior to the formation of Cross Atlantic in March 1999, he was president and chief operating officer of Safeguard Scientifics, Inc. (NYSE: SFE). Additionally, he served as chairman of Safeguard's investment committee and led the formation of SCP Private Equity Partners (a $265 million late stage venture investment fund) and Pennsylvania Early Stage Partners (a $50 million seed and early stage fund). Don held a number of executive and financial positions, including chief administrative officer of a predecessor company of Cambridge Technology Partners, Inc. (NASDAQ: CATP), a provider of information technology consulting and software development; and partner in the national office of Arthur Young & Co., a predecessor of Ernst & Young, LLP. Prior to joining Safeguard, Don held an executive position of a predecessor company of Cambridge Technology Partners, a provider of information technology consulting and software development; and was a partner in the national office of Arthur Young & Co., a predecessor to Ernst & Young, LLP. Don serves on several boards of publicly and privately held companies and civic organizations, including Diamond Cluster, Inc. (NASDAQ: DTPI), Quaker Chemical Corporation (NYSE: KWR), Kanbay International (NASDAQ: KBAY), Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts (Chairman), Philadelphia Orchestra Association, and the Committee for Economic Development. Don is a CPA in the State of New York and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Babson College and an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Harvard University. Ed Anderson is currently a founder and President of iPointSystems, a startup in software infrastructure for Lottery transactions. He was CEO of Ambrosia Solutions, a wireless restaurant software company, and TorchQuest, an analytic application software company. Prior to that, Ed was CEO of CompuCom Systems for 6 years in Dallas and COO of Vanstar (formerly ComputerLand in Pleasanton, CA.

John Perry Barlow is a retired Wyoming cattle rancher, a former lyricist for the Grateful Dead, writer and cofounder of the Electronic Frontier Foundation. In 1990, Barlow and Mitchell Kapor founded the Electronic Frontier Foundation, an organization which promotes freedom of expression in digital media. He wrote the widely distributed "Declaration of Independence of Cyberspace" as well as "The Economy of Ideas," regarded by some to be a seminal work on the future of copyright. As a consequence of these and other essays, he is called the "Thomas Jefferson of Cyberspace" by "Yahoo!" magazine.

Mel Bergstein is the Chairman of the Board of Diamond Management & Technology Consultants, Inc. (Nasdaq: DTPI), a premier management and advisory firm serving Global 2000 clients worldwide. Mel co-founded Diamond in 1994 and served as CEO until April, 2006. Under his leadership, Diamond grew into a leading, publicly held consultancy, working collaboratively with a long list of blue-chip clients to develop and implement growth strategies, improve operations and capitalize on technology. Prior to founding Diamond, from 1989 to 1993, Mel served in executive management roles at Technology Solutions Company and Computer Sciences Corporation. His consulting career unfolded first during 21 years with Arthur Andersen & Company's consulting division (now Accenture). A partner in that firm from 1977 to 1989, Mel managed major client responsibilities. He served as Managing Director of worldwide technology from 1985 to 1989, was elected to the board of Arthur Andersen twice during that period, and also served as Chairman of the firm's Consulting Oversight Committee. Mel currently serves on the Board of Directors of Simon Property Group and is Chairman of that board's Compensation Committee. In addition, he is a member of the Advisory Board of Cross Atlantic Partners, a venture capital fund focused in Europe, and serves on the Board of Overseers of the University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago; a Trustee of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, and a Trustee of the Ravinia Festival. Mel is also an active member of the Commercial Club, the Economic Club, the Standard Club, and the Chicago Club.

Pauline A. Schneider has served as a Director of the Company since December 2003. Ms. Schneider has been a partner at the law firm of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP since 2006. Prior thereto, Ms. Schneider was a partner at the law firm of Hunton & Williams LLP from 1985 to 2006. Ms. Schneider specializes in public finance and real estate. Ms. Schneider also serves as a director of Pepco Holdings, Inc. and is active on the boards of several not-for-profit organizations ranging from the arts to student loans to public policy. Ms. Schneider is 66 years old.

Sam Skinner was appointed White House Chief of Staff by President George W Bush after holding the position of Secretary of the Department of Transportation. Mr Skinner was President of the Commonwealth Edison Company and its holding company Unicom Corporation, one of the largest electric utilities in the US. He was then Chairman, President and CEO of USF Corporation a leading transportation and logistics company before retiring in May 2003. Mr Skinner has more than 20 years experience in the legal profession, part of which he served in the office of the US Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois and as US Attorney. While practicing law he also served as Chairman of the Regional Transportation Authority of north-eastern Illinois, the second largest mass transportation district in the US. He is a former member of the BHP Limited North American Advisory Board. Mr Skinner currently consults on complex litigation matters, government matters, transportation issues and corporate governance. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois and the DePaul University Law School.
