Dr. Mike McCoy had a private practice of obstetrics and gynecology for over 20 years, and has an extensive background in Health Information Technology, including several years' use of an electronic medical record in his private practice. He was the Chief Medical Information officer at a multi-hospital system in metro-Atlanta prior to joining Eclipsys, Inc. as a Vice President and Medical Director. Dr. McCoy then was an Executive Director and Senior Consultant with Superior Consultant and ACS-Healthcare Solutions, focusing on clinical transformation and management consulting. Dr. McCoy received his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia, is a Fellow of The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and Board Certified by the ABOG.

Ms. Predmore brings more than 25 years of healthcare operational and technical expertise gained from senior level management positions with United HealthCare in Dayton, OH and Birmingham AL; MedPartners in Ft. Lauderdale, FL; VIVRA Specialty Network and Per-Se Technologies in Atlanta, GA and HCA Physician Services in Nashville, TN. She oversees all client services activities including training and implementation of digiChart products and services, as well as customer support and technical documentation. Ms. Predmore holds a Bachelor of Information Technology Degree from American Intercontinental University.

As Technical Operations Manager, Doug Eubank is responsible for the delivery and availability of digiChart OB-GYN, including the supporting technology infrastructure and hosting environment. Mr. Eubank is responsible for business continuity and disaster recovery planning. He creates administrative processes to ensure the security, integrity and preservation of customer data at the highest level possible. Mr. Eubank's serves as digiChart's HIPAA Security Officer, maintains a HIMSS Membership, and certifications as a Microsoft MCSE and Cisco CCNA. He previously led Technical Operations at Help 4 Life and Cummings Signs. Mr. Eubank holds a Bachelor's Degree from The University of Alabama.

Earl Smith leads digiChart's Sales team and all sales operations nationwide. He brings over 20 years experience in developing high-performance sales teams and strategies within the electronic medical record and healthcare information technology industries. Most recently he served as a Vice President, Sales Support at Eclipsys Corporation, Boca Raton, FL. Mr. Smith began his healthcare career as a R. N. and Head Nurse of ICU at Sisters of Charity Hospital; Buffalo, NY. He earned degrees from State University College at Buffalo and Trocaire College.
