"In January 2004, Kim VanGelder was appointed Chief Information Officer. In this position, she reports to Antonio Perez, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. The Board of Directors also elected her a corporate vice president. Since joining Kodak in 1984, VanGelder has held a variety of positions in Information Technology. For several years, she led the Corporate group responsible for defining Kodak’s global IT architecture and standards. In 1996, she was appointed Director of the Global ERP Competency Center, where she built the organization responsible for supporting Kodak’s worldwide Enterprise Resource Planning implementation. VanGelder holds a B.S. in Mathematics from the Rochester Institute of Technology. She is a member of the Dean's Council for RIT's Golisano College, the SUNY Brockport Advisory Council, and The Community Foundation."

"Michael L. Marsh is general manager of Inkjet Printing Solutions in the Graphic Communications Group, a position to which he was named in January 2009. He rejoined Kodak in 2008 as chief operating officer of Inkjet Printing Solutions, which is based in Dayton, Ohio. In February 2009, the Board of Directors elected him a corporate vice president. Mr. Marsh originally joined Kodak as an attorney in the Legal Department, following career stints in the Monroe County District Attorney’s Office and in private practice. Between 1998 and 2000, he was the assistant to Kodak’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He subsequently held general management roles in Document Imaging and the former Health Group, which Kodak divested in 2007. Mr. Marsh left Kodak as part of the divestiture, and continued in a management role with Carestream Health, the successor business, until rejoining Kodak in 2008. Mr. Marsh has a J.D. from The Cornell Law School and a B.A. from Queens College of the City University of New York."

Patrick M. Sheller is the Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer, Eastman Kodak Company. As Corporate Secretary, he is responsible for ensuring that the Board of Directors has the proper advice and resources for discharging its fiduciary duty under law, and ensuring that the records of the Board's actions reflect that the Board has done so. Mr. Sheller also will lead the company's efforts to comply with government and New York Stock Exchange mandates and to identify and adopt best practices in the corporate governance arena. Mr. Sheller continues to serve as Kodak’s Chief Compliance Officer, responsible for ensuring that Kodak’s compliance and enterprise risk management programs and policies meet the highest legal, regulatory and ethical standards and monitoring the company’s adherence to these standards. He reports to Joyce Haag, Kodak’s General Counsel. Mr. Sheller joined Kodak in 1993 as Marketing, Antitrust & Litigation counsel to the company’s former Health Group and has held several roles within Kodak’s Legal Department. From 1999 to 2004, he served as Kodak’s Chief Antitrust Counsel. In this role he managed the company’s antitrust compliance program and provided antitrust advice on various business transactions and conduct, including acquisitions, divestitures joint ventures, and intellectual property licensing. From 2000 to 2004, Mr. Sheller was on assignment to Kodak’s European, African & Middle Eastern Region (EAMER), where he provided commercial legal advice to Kodak’s EAMER businesses. He returned to Kodak’s Rochester headquarters in 2004 to assume business development and operating roles in Kodak’s Health Care Information Systems business, prior to the divestiture of the Health Group in May 2007. Prior to joining Kodak, Mr. Sheller was in private law practice with the firm of McKenna & Cuneo (now McKenna, Long & Aldridge) in Washington, D.C., where he specialized in antitrust and health care law. From 1986 to 1989, he worked for the Federal Trade Commission in Washington, D.C., where he served as an Antitrust Attorney Advisor to Chairman Daniel Oliver and as a Staff Attorney in the Commission’s Bureau of Competition. Mr. Sheller is a graduate of St. Lawrence University and Albany Law School of Union University. He is a member of the Ethics & Compliance Officers Association, the American Corporate Counsel Association, and the Antitrust Section of the American Bar Association.

"Terry R. Taber joined Kodak in 1980. In January 2009, he was named Chief Technical Officer reporting to Kodak Chairman and CEO Antonio M. Perez. The Board of Directors elected him a corporate vice president in December 2008. Mr. Taber was previously the Chief Operating Officer of Kodak’s Image Sensor Solutions (ISS) business, a leading developer of advanced CCD and CMOS sensors serving imaging and industrial markets. Prior to joining ISS in 2007, Mr. Taber held a series of senior positions in Kodak’s research and development and product organizations. During his 28 years at Kodak, Mr. Taber has been involved in new materials research, product development and commercialization, manufacturing, and executive positions in R&D and business management. Mr. Taber’s early responsibilities included research on new synthetic materials, an area in which he holds several patents. He then became a program manager for several film products before completing the Sloan Fellows program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He returned from MIT to become the worldwide consumer film business product manager from 1999 to 2002, and then became an Associate Director of R&D from 2002 to 2005, followed by a position as the director of Materials & Media R&D from 2005 to 2007. Mr. Taber received a B.S. degree in Chemistry from Purdue University and a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the California Institute of Technology. He also received an M.S. in General Management from MIT as a Kodak Sloan Fellow. In 2003, he was elected to the Board of Trustees at Roberts Wesleyan College and Northeastern Seminary. "

Dr. James C. Stoffel, 62, is a retired Senior Vice President, Chief Technical Officer, and Director of Research and Development of Eastman Kodak Company, a film and digital imaging company. He held this position from 2000 to April 2005. He joined Kodak in 1997 as Vice President, Director Electronic Imaging Products Research and Development and became Director of Research and Engineering in 1998. Prior to joining Kodak, he was with Xerox Corporation where he began his career in 1972. His most recent position with Xerox was Vice President, Corporate Research and Technology. Dr. Stoffel has been a member of our Board since August 2003 and is a member of the Finance Committee and the Management Development and Compensation Committee. Dr. Stoffel is also a director of Harris Stratex Networks, Inc. and a trustee of the George Eastman House museum. He serves on the Advisory Board for Research and Graduate Studies at the University of Notre Dame and is a member of the advisory board of ASTRI, Hong Kong.

"Philip Faraci was named president and chief operating officer, Eastman Kodak Company, in September 2007. As President and COO, Mr. Faraci is responsible for the day-to-day management of Kodak’s two major digital businesses: the Consumer Digital Imaging Group (CDG) and the Graphic Communications Group (GCG). Mr. Faraci had been President of CDG and a Senior Vice President of the company. He joined Kodak as Director, Inkjet Systems Program in December 2004. In February 2005, he was elected a senior vice president of the company. In June 2005, he was also named Director, Corporate Strategy & Business Development. He reports to Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Antonio M. Perez. Prior to Kodak, Mr. Faraci served as Chief Operating Officer of Phogenix Imaging and President and General Manager of Gemplus Corporation’s Telecom Business Unit. Prior to these roles, he spent 22 years at Hewlett-Packard, where he served as Vice President and General Manager of the Consumer Business Organization and Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Inkjet Imaging Solutions Group. Mr. Faraci holds a BA in applied mechanics from the University of California, San Diego and is a graduate of the University’s Executive Program for Scientists and Engineers."

Robert J. Keegan is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. He was elected chairman effective July 1, 2003, and chief executive officer Jan. 1, 2003. Prior to joining Goodyear, Keegan was president of the Consumer Imaging business and an executive vice president of Eastman Kodak Company in Rochester, N.Y. Keegan began his Kodak career in 1972 with distribution and marketing staff assignments in Rochester. He held a series of positions in finance and marketing in the United States and Europe before being named general manager of Kodak New Zealand in 1986. Returning to Rochester in 1987, he was named director of finance for the Photographic Products Group. In 1990, he was named general manager of Kodak Spain. In 1991, he was named general manager of Consumer Imaging for Kodak's European, Middle Eastern and African Region. In November 1993, he was elected a corporate vice president. In 1995, Keegan left Kodak to join Avery Dennison Corporation, in Pasadena, Calif., as executive vice president and global strategy officer. In July 1997, he returned to Kodak as president of Kodak Professional and was elected a corporate vice president. In October 1997, Keegan was appointed president of Consumer Imaging and elected a senior vice president. He became an executive vice president of Kodak in January 2000. Keegan received a bachelor of science degree in mathematics from LeMoyne College in Syracuse, N.Y., and a master of business administration degree in finance from the University of Rochester. Keegan and his wife Lynn have two children.

"In March 2009, Diane McCue was named general manager for Printing Plates in the Graphic Communications Group. From November 2005 to February 2009, Ms. McCue was general manager for Paper and Output Systems. The Kodak Board of Directors elected her a corporate vice president in December 2005. Previously, Ms. McCue was vice president Marketing, Digital Printing Solutions SPG in the Graphic Communications Group. In August of 2004, she was named general manager, Latin America, Digital and Film Imaging Systems, and prior to that she was Sales general manager for North America Professional and Latin America Consumer and Professional Markets. Prior to this position, she was general manager, Americas Region and vice president, Kodak Professional -- the largest and most dynamic sales and marketing region. She was named to this position in December 2002. Ms. McCue has held the role of general manager Output Solutions for Kodak Professional. Her other preceding positions in Kodak Professional were as general manager Digitization Systems and Solutions and Sensitized Imaging, general manager, Sensitized Imaging, director, Product Line Management, Color Negative Films and Papers and Executive Assistant to the President of Kodak Professional. Prior to this she held several leadership assignments in Manufacturing and the Supply Chain. Ms. McCue joined Kodak in 1979 as a Systems Analyst. Ms. McCue earned a BS in Computer Science and Business Administration from SUNY Brockport and an MBA in Finance from William E. Simon Graduate School of Business, University of Rochester. She also participated in the Strategy Formulation and Implementation at University of Michigan as well as the General Management Program at Columbia Business School. Diane is a board member of the Brockport College Foundation."

Jeremy R. Salesin is Managing Director, Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions. He is responsible for leading Kodak’s corporate development function, including all mergers and acquisition, joint venture, and divestiture activities. Mr. Salesin leads deal negotiation, valuation, and due diligence activities on transactions, as well as developing strategy with business units for acquisitions and divestitures to deliver on strategic objectives. He reports to Frank Sklarsky, Chief Financial Officer. In April 2009, the Board of Directors elected him a corporate vice president. Mr. Salesin joined Kodak in February 2001 as a Director in Kodak’s Corporate Business Development group. In 2006, he was named Managing Director and Co-Head, Corporate Business Development. Mr. Salesin has led a number of acquisitions, including Ofoto, Scitex Digital Printing, and National Semiconductor’s Image Sensor Business. He has also led or had significant involvement in many of the company’s divestitures, including the health imaging and light management films businesses. Prior to joining Kodak, Mr. Salesin served in a variety of management, business development, and legal roles at various Silicon Valley companies, including as Director of Business Affairs, General Counsel, and Secretary for LucasArts Entertainment Company, a global developer and publisher of interactive entertainment software. Mr. Salesin began his career at the law firm of Graham & James in San Francisco, where he specialized in intellectual property transactions and maritime litigation. Mr. Salesin is a graduate of Oberlin College and the University of Michigan Law School. He is a member of the California Bar.

John O'Grady is Regional Managing Director, Consumer & Commercial, Europe, Africa and Middle East and Vice President, Eastman Kodak Company. From May 2007 to December 2008, he was Chairman Eastman Kodak S.A., Managing Director Europe, Africa and Middle East, Consumer Businesses. Up until May 2007, Mr. O'Grady was Director, U.S. and Canada Sales and Vice President, Consumer Digital Group. He became Director, U.S. and Canada Sales and Vice President, Digital and Film Imaging Systems in 2004. Previously, he served as General Manager of the company's digital imaging business in the Americas Region. He joined Kodak in 1997 following a 12-year career at Verbatim, and has held key business development and regional management positions in Kodak's digital imaging businesses. Mr. O'Grady graduated from the University of Limerick in Ireland with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics in June 1990.

Michael Korizno is Regional Managing Director, Consumer & Commercial, Americas and Vice President, Eastman Kodak Company. From November 2005 to December 2008, Mr. Korizno was General Manager, Americas Region, Consumer Digital Imaging Group and Film, Photofinishing & Entertainment Group. In this position he was responsible for all sales, marketing, and operations of the region, which included U.S., Canada, and Latin America. From June 2004 to November 2005, he was Vice President, Worldwide Sales Operations, Digital & Film Imaging Systems. Mr. Korizno joined Kodak in 1997 serving as the Worldwide Sales Manager for the Storage business. In 1999, he was named Regional Business General Manager, D&AI, Americas Region. In 2000, he became General Manager, Worldwide Digital Sales. In February 2003, Mr. Korizno was elected a Vice President of Eastman Kodak Company and also in 2003, served as General Manager, Worldwide Digital Sales based in Geneva, Switzerland. Before joining Kodak, Mr. Korizno was a vice president of sales for Verbatim Corporation. He also served as vice president Sales and Marketing at Sony Corporation in the recording media division. Mr. Korizno has a Bachelor's Degree from Pennsylvania State University and attended Pennsylvania State University's MBA program.

Suzanne D. Welch is the Director of Worldwide Total Compensation and Vice President, Human Resources, Eastman Kodak Company with responsibility for Kodak s compensation and benefit programs worldwide. In 2003, Ms. Welch served as Vice President, Business and Technology Strategy, Corning, Inc. with responsibilities for assessing early stage marketing opportunities, marketing technology capability, and facilitating the work of the Growth and Strategy Council for Corning, Inc. Suzanne was also a member of the Chairman s Diversity Council. Suzanne joined Corning in April 1999 and in the following year was appointed corporate vice president. She led Corning s Corporate Marketing during the institution of market led strategy in the company s businesses, the revision of the corporate brand identity, and the launch of eBusiness. Prior to joining Corning, Ms. Welch was vice president of international development for PictureVision, Eastman Kodak Company s industry-leading Kodak PhotoNet online service. Prior to her most recent position at Kodak, Suzanne was brand manager for the Kodak Picture Network and general manager of Internet Marketing. Previous experience includes key sales and marketing positions in the company s Business Imaging Systems Division, as well as key roles in human resources and communications. She also served as a federal government lobbyist for Kodak. Ms. Welch has served on the boards of a number of non-profit organizations, including the United Way of the Southern Tier, Smeal College at Penn State University, and the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra. Ms. Welch received a bachelor s degree in political science from Eisenhower College and attended the Executive Development Programs at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and at Northwestern University.

"Gustavo Oviedo is General Manager, Worldwide Sales and Customer Operations, Consumer Digital Imaging and Graphic Communications Groups and Vice President, Eastman Kodak Company. In this role he oversees worldwide sales and customer support for the company's Consumer Digital Imaging (CDG) and Graphic Communications (GCG) Groups. From March 2007 to December 2008, Mr. Oviedo was Asia Pacific Region Managing Director, Eastman Kodak Company. He also served as Managing Director, Asia Pacific Region for Kodak’s Graphic Communications Group, a position he assumed in 2006 following Kodak's acquisition of Kodak Polychrome Graphics (KPG). In this role, Oviedo was responsible for the entire Kodak business and strategic product portfolio in the region. The Board of Directors elected him a corporate vice president in December 2007. Mr. Oviedo’s international career spans more than 25 years working in Latin America, Asia and Europe, and includes deep industrial operations management experience. Before joining Kodak (KPG), he spent over 20 years with Schneider Electric, a leader in electromechanical and electronic products, where he held positions of increasing responsibility in country management and his portfolio included distribution, logistics, sales and marketing, business development, and strategic mergers & acquisitions. Mr. Oviedo earned a business degree from The Universidad del Salvador, Buenos Aires, Argentina. His diverse education includes participating in advanced management programs at Duke University, Dartmouth University, and the Schneider Professional Manager program – a six-month program organized by universities in Paris, Amsterdam, Kuala Lumpur, and Singapore. He is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French."

Mr. Berman was appointed to his current position in January 2002 and was elected a vice president of the company in February 2002. In March 2005, he was elected a senior vice president by the Board of Directors. In this capacity, he is responsible for the design and implementation of all human resources strategies, policies and processes throughout the corporation. He is a member of the Eastman Kodak Company Executive Council, and serves on the company’s Senior Executive Diversity and Inclusion Council and Ethics Committee. He works closely with Kodak’s CEO, Board of Directors and Executive Compensation and Development Committee on all executive compensation and development processes for the corporation. Prior to this position, Mr. Berman was the Associate Director of Human Resources and the Director and divisional vice president of Human Resources for Global Operations, leading the delivery of strategic and operational human resources services to Kodak’s global manufacturing, supply chain and regional operations around the world. He has held a variety of other key human resources positions for Kodak over his 25 year career, including the Director and divisional vice president of Human Resources for the global Consumer Imaging business and the Human Resources Director for Kodak Colorado Division. Mr. Berman’s work has been published by Human Resources Management (University of Michigan); Cornell University’s Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies, and the American Productivity and Quality Center. He has spoken at numerous conferences, including the California Strategic Human Resource Partnership; the Department of Navy Roundtable on Human Capital; the Conference Board’s Human Resources Conference; the Shell Diversity Conference; and the Out and Equal Conference. Bill has over 25 years of software development, management and entrepreneurial experience. He is currently Vice President of Engineering at Orbital Technologies . Bill has worked with companies such as Kodak Eastman (Rochester) and Canadian Airlines. He is experienced with a multitude of software and hardware platforms spanning desktops to enterprise systems. Bill has considerable expertise in leading teams of developers, configuration management and version control. He excels at leading by example and finding creative solutions to technology problems. Bill holds Computer Science and MBA degrees.

Carol Rosenzweig, founder and owner of Spreadsheets & More, has spent the past 20 years in the Rochester, New York area. Her experience includes managerial positions in Supply Chain, Marketing and Logistics for the Eastman Kodak Company and for Hover-Davis, Inc. Carol uses her extensive business experience and her knowledge of Microsoft Office to save you time and money by automating repetitive tasks, creating tools to analyze and present information and providing training and support. Carol will also provide the hands-on help you need to get through peak work loads. Carol has an MBA from Vanderbilt University and a BA from Cornell University. She has attended the Leadership Development Program at the Center for Creative Leadership.

Cecil Quillen is the former General Counsel of Eastman Kodak Company where he was a Senior Vice President and member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Quillen is a registered patent attorney and currently a Senior Advisor at Cornerstone Research, an economic consulting firm.

Before moving to Pagosa Springs full time with her husband Fred in 2002, Ceil was employed with Eastman Kodak Company in Northern Colorado for over twenty-six years. As a human resources manager (nationally certified at the Senior Professional in Human Resources level through the Society for Human Resource Management), she was responsible for all areas including employee relations, wage and salary administration, investigating instances of discrimination or harassment, coaching and education of all supervisory levels, insuring fair process, strategic planning, employee disciplinary procedures, and, occasionally, litigation. For a number of years, she managed workers compensation administration for the Kodak Colorado Division In addition, she monitored proposed legislation, proposing draft amendments and lobbied in conjunction with the Colorado Self Insurers Association. She had filled a number of other human resources roles at the Kodak Colorado Division including recruiting for various professional level positions, doing university relations work, and managing unemployment insurance. Ceil has volunteered as a dog walker since August 2003 and became acquainted with the Humane Society through that experience along with participating in a number of adoptathons and in 2004, she started serving on the Humane Society Advisory Board. She also served as a loaned executive to the United Way of Loveland Berthoud.

Chris brings extensive experience to his role as chief executive. Before joining CoreStreet, Chris acted as Senior Vice President and General Manager of CA's (NYSE: CA) $500 million storage management business unit. Previously, Chris served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of pre- and post- sales consulting for CA North America. Broderick has a strong technology background, having started his career as a systems engineer and application developer for such organizations as Paragren Technologies, Wang Laboratories, and Eastman Kodak. Broderick holds a B.S. in both Aerospace Engineering and Mathematics with a specialization in encryption from the University of Maryland, and did his graduate work in Electrical Engineering at George Mason University.

Darlene attended Catholic Schools for 8 years in Rhode Island. She relocated to Rochester out of college, accepting a position as an Industrial Engineer at Eastman Kodak Company. Darlene is currently a Kodak Operating System (Lean Thinking) Manager at Kodak, supporting the Health Group. She and her husband have 2 daughters, Amy and Ashley, who attend Bishop Kearney High School, and a son, Scott, who has recently enlisted in the Army National Guard. This is her fourth year on the Monroe County Catholic School Board. She is active in her parish St. Salome's, where she serves on the Parish Finance Council, leads Children's Liturgy of the Word, and helps count the collection. In her spare time she enjoys photography, taking up to 200 rolls of film per year. She also enjoys reading, gardening and hosting exchange students. Darlene and her husband have hosted students from France, Denmark, Taiwan, Spain and South Korea.

Gary Roth is a seasoned veteran of the construction industry with over 40 years of experience and knowledge under his belt. Mr. Roth came to LeChase in 1988, and his strengths in managing project costs, scheduling and handling manpower have made him an invaluable member of the team ever since. Mr. Roth is currently the executive in charge of concrete structures at LeChase. Mr. Roth's achievements in the construction arena include the completion of projects with clients including the Turning Stone Casino, Highland Hospital , Eastman Kodak and Strong Memorial Hospital . He has also been instrumental in the building of many parking garages at locations such as Greater Rochester International Airport, University of Rochester , Rochester General Hospital , Church Street in Saratoga and Jamestown . Prior to LeChase, Mr. Roth was the district superintendent and foreman for CECO Corporation in Syracuse , New York . Before this position, Mr. Roth worked as a carpenter for many years with various contractors. Mr. Roth is a member of many affiliations both nationally and locally. He is the president of the Construction Industry Association of Rochester, as well as a trustee of the UNICON (Unions and Businesses United in Construction ) board.

Gregory Garth, MD graduated with his Bachelors of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University in 1973. After working as an engineer for Eastman Kodak Company for five years, he return to Pennsylvania State University's Medical School where he obtained an MD in 1981. Dr. Garth's post-graduate training was conducted as an active duty United States Army officer at Madigan Army Medical Center from 1981 to 1986, specializing in otolaryngology head and neck surgery. Dr. Garth remained on active duty until 1990. After practicing medicine privately from 1990, Dr. Garth recently joined Boone Regional Ear, Nose and Throat Associates, PLLC were he works part time and has joined HCCS staff as a contractor part time since 2005.

Mr. McBride is a 20-year veteran of the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining Gloucester Pharmaceuticals, he was a business development consultant providing services to clients on a variety of business development issues including the development of business development strategy, identification and evaluation of possible licensing and product acquisition opportunities and transactional support. Prior to starting his consulting practice Mr. McBride was Global Head of Oncology Licensing at Pharmacia Corporation. There he was responsible for the Company's oncology licensing activities including the development of the Company's oncology licensing strategy and oncology-related in-license, out-license and product divestiture transactions. Before Pharmacia he served as Executive Vice President, Business Operations and Chief Financial Officer at CytoTherapeutics, Inc. Mr. McBride's previous positions include Vice President, Business Development and Treasurer at Phytera, Inc., Vice President, Commercial Development at Sparta Pharmaceuticals, Vice President, Business Development at US Bioscience, and various positions with Eastman Kodak and Atlantic Richfield Company. Mr. McBride has a BS in Biochemistry and an MS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Merri-Lou grew up on a farm in the open spaces of Chautauqua County, NY, learning to treasure that environment from an early age. Currently a city-dweller, and is retired from management of the worldwide presentation technologies group at Eastman Kodak Company. Concern over the expansion of urban sprawl has brought her to the Genesee Land Trust. Merri-Lou is also an active volunteer at the Humane Society at Lollypop Farm and the Rochester Animal Services, believing strongly that "all things are connected." She is also a Habitat For Humanity volunteer, Member of the Rochester Audio-Visual Association and VP/Board member of the Alfred Alumni Concert Choir. For the Trust, she serves on the Steering, Legislative, and Special Events Committees.

Mr. Michael Glass serves as Vice President with eVisory. As a nationally recognized expert in document conversion and digital document management, he has more than 15 years experience designing and implementing state and local government imaging and information system applications. Mr. Glass has extensive experience in government applications and was one of the first to design a large scale imaging application within government for access via the WEB. Mr. Glass's experience includes leadership roles at Eastman Kodak Company, Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) and I-Net. He has more than 25 years experience in imaging, ERM, micrographics and records management. His experience in project management, system design, process management, document management services, including operations, sales, product development and management, marketing, strategic planning and acquisitions/alliances. His contacts within the industry enable him to assist our clients in obtaining the highest quality products are the lowest price. His extensive knowledge of various storage architectures, retrieval and distribution of electronic and film-based information includes Computer Output Laser Disk (COLD), Compact Disk (CD), Computer Output Microfilm (COM), as well as engineering drawing/source document scanning and microfilming. Glass' work is represented in the Smithsonian's Computing Hall of Fame.

Mike is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Novus Business Services. Inc. Novus provides a variety of business transactions related services, executive level interim staffing services, and business infrastructure improvement project implementation services. Novus was founded to provide, through its associates, strategically innovative measurable results to its small to larger business clientele. Mike received his BS degree in Accounting from Norfolk State University and completed the Harvard Graduate School Of Business Program for Management Development (PMD) in 1996. Mike has over twenty years of finance, operations, and strategic planning experience in the manufacturing, electric utility, consumer products, government defense, and government intelligence industries. Among his other responsibilities at Novus, he also serves as the Transactions Practice Leader. Mike's professional history includes serving as the Vice President & C O O of the Commercial & Government Systems Unit of Eastman Kodak Company, the Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Dynatec International, and the CFO, of the Commercial Nuclear Fuel Unit of Westinghouse Electric Corp. Mike has also consulted in private practice and sits on the advisory board of a start up electric energy company. Mike has over ten years of domestic and international deal structuring and M&A experience, among them the leadership of Westinghouse's bid to acquire the United States Enrichment Corporation, while at Kodak, the strategic acquisition of a Canadian enterprise and the transactions completed and currently in process at Novus Business Services.

Monte holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis in metallurgy. He has over 25 years of industrial experience, having held various project engineering and production management roles with Eastman Kodak Company and Alluminum Company of America. As a senior project engineer, he was responsible for the administration of several multimillion dollar projects, conception through operation.

Hi, I'm Pete Sollame, one of the Youth Coordinators here at The United Church of Christ in Webster. My background includes, working in the past for The Greater Rochester Y.M.C.A.'s, Scouting and I am presently employed by Eastman Kodak Co., Health Imaging Division.

Scott Signore is a co-founder and principal of Matter Communications. After years of senior positions at large and small agencies and several corporate PR and marketing communications positions, Scott founded Matter Communications with the goal of making a more meaningful impact on his clients' business. Prior to starting Matter Communications, Scott was senior vice president at FitzGerald Communications, where he managed some of the company's highest profile accounts including ADT, Andes Networks, TyCom and Texas Instruments. In addition to senior positions at PR agencies, Scott has held in-house sales and marketing positions at Eastman Kodak and Agfa Corporation. At Agfa, Scott managed all PR, marketing and product communications activities for the Desktop Digital Imaging Group. Prior to that role, he was PR manager with both domestic and global responsibilities, including managing the company's worldwide agency relationship and executing international product launches. Scott has also worked at both Shandwick International and Miller/Shandwick Technologies as part of high-profile consumer and business-to-business technology account teams.

Susan Wylie joined Kodak in 1999 as a lawyer in Kodak's Consumer and Professional Imaging business. In December 2008, she was elected Assistant Corporate Secretary, and she reports to Patrick M. Sheller, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer. Ms. Wylie was previously Chief Counsel for Kodak's Graphic Communications Group. In that role, she was responsible for the overall management and coordination of commercial legal work in support of worldwide business operations, supervising and coordinating legal matters based in the United States and internationally, and providing counsel on business development and strategies. In January 2004, Ms. Wylie was appointed Lead Attorney in Kodak's Health Group and Kodak's Entertainment Imaging business in the Europe, Africa and Middle East Region (EAMER). In May 2005, she went on a one-year assignment as the General Counsel and Director of Public Affairs in EAMER. Prior to joining Kodak, Ms. Wylie was a partner with Buchanan Ingersoll Professional Corporation in Pittsburgh, P.A. Ms. Wylie earned a B.A. in Architecture from Princeton University and received her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame.

"Mr. Love joined the Eastman Kodak Company in October of 1997 as director, Treasury Operations. He was appointed Assistant Treasurer in December of 1999 with responsibilities for domestic and international treasury operations, including operations of Kodak’s Treasury Center in the UK, currency and commodity risk management, and financing. Mr. Love was elected Treasurer on October 2, 2000. As Treasurer, Mr. Love is responsible for global treasury operations and strategy, insurance risk management, financing, capital markets, Credit and Collections, and worldwide pension investments. Prior to joining Kodak, Mr. Love worked two and a half years for RJR Nabisco Company as Senior Director, Treasury, responsible for international treasury operations. Before joining RJR Nabisco, he worked 11 years at IBM holding various positions in corporate treasury, finance, and information systems management. Previous to IBM, he worked for six years at the Research Institute of America holding several positions in accounting and information systems. Mr. Love earned an MBA in Finance from Fordham University and a BS in Computer Science from Mercy College."

Mr. Lewis, 70, is a Senior Fellow at New Mexico State University. Mr. Lewis is the former U.S. Ambassador to South Africa, a position he held from December 1999 to July 2001. Prior to his ambassadorship, Mr. Lewis was President and CEO of National Public Radio Corporation, a position he held from January 1994 until August 1998. He was President and CEO of C&P Telephone Company, a subsidiary of Bell Atlantic Corporation, from 1988 to 1993, after having served as Vice President since 1983. Mr. Lewis held several positions in the public sector prior to joining C&P Telephone Company. Mr. Lewis previously served as a director of Eastman Kodak Company from May 1998 to December 1999. He is a director of Colgate-Palmolive Co.

Mr. Parrett, age 63, has been a director of the Company since June 2008. Until May 2007, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. Mr. Parrett joined Deloitte in 1967, and served in a series of roles of increasing responsibility. Mr. Parrett serves as a director of the Blackstone Group LP and chairman of its Audit Committee. He is also a director of Eastman Kodak Company and UBS AG.
