Bob Meagher is Truist's Chief Executive Officer. He brings with him more than 25 years of sales, business development, operations and strategy experience, serving in a variety of positions in the technology and financial services sectors. He most recently served as President and CEO of CreateHope, Inc., prior to which he was the Executive Vice President of Emerging Businesses with Digital Insight Corporation, the leading U.S. provider of online banking services to mid-market banks and credit unions. Prior to Digital Insight, Meagher held executive positions at EDS, Ernst & Young and Kanbay, Inc. Bob holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and an MBA from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY.

As executive vice president and strategic advisor, Joe McDoniel focuses on leading cross-organizational projects that have a meaningful impact on DI's future results, such as reengineering, acquisition integration, and others that benefit from his uniquely broad knowledge of financial services technologies. Joe formerly served as Digital Insight's executive vice president of product, operations and engineering making several strong contributions in these areas. Prior to joining Digital Insight, McDoniel was founder and president of First Source Group, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in information technology projects. Before founding First Source, McDoniel was chairman and co-founder of First Pinnacle, Inc., a consulting company that provided services to over 100 financial institutions and major software product and service providers to the financial industry. McDoniel served as the senior vice president, technical services division for Alltel Financial Services (Systematics) where he was responsible for building, maintain, and supporting all of the company's software products. With more than 40 years of experience, McDoniel is a recognized authority on information technology for the financial services industry.

Deanna Ball is responsible for all Human Resources including developing and executing leadership and organizational development strategy and programs. Before joining Digital Insight in May, 2006, she worked for Health Net, Inc. as Director of Organization Effectiveness with responsibilities over the Human Resources, Leadership and Organization Development functions for several client groups. Prior to Health Net, she worked as both an internal and external Leadership and Organization Development consultant to companies in both the private and public sectors including, but not limited to: The United States Department of State; KPMG Consulting Group; Infonet Services Corporation (a subsidiary of British Telecom); The Federal Executive Institute; Kaiser Permanente and the Los Angeles Free Clinic. Deanna has also served as an adjunct instructor at Webster Weekend College teaching courses in Leadership Development, Group Dynamics and Compensation Management. Deanna earned her doctorate in Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology in Los Angeles, CA. She also holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Psychology and a Bachelors degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Organizational Behavior.

Bob Surridge has more than thirteen years of experience in the financial services industry. Before joining Digital Insight, Mr. Surridge held various positions at The Money Store, most recently as vice president of strategic implementation and development. He also served in other roles of the company, including vice president of direct lending operations, vice president of centralized lending, and vice president of sales for the central region. Throughout his various positions, Surridge managed the centralized lending as well as the direct lending operations. Prior to experience at The Money Store, Surridge was affiliated with Associates Financial and ITT Financial. Both are located in Salt lake City, Utah. Surridge's responsibilities included all aspects of the branch system, including real estate, sales finance contracts, collections, bankruptcies, and foreclosures. Mr. Surridge holds a bachelor's degree in computer science and mathematics from the University of Utah.
