Chuck Ristau, chief financial officer (CFO), is responsible for all accounting, financial planning, cash management and financial reporting activities. He brings to Digital Insurance a broad range of financial experience, a broad range in capital funding and strong development expertise. Before joining Digital Insurance, Ristau served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for WorldCrest Group, Inc. where he created the initial financial infrastructure and managed all aspects of finance including accounting and reporting, financial forecasting, treasury, risk management and financial systems. He was a key member of the senior management team responsible for setting overall strategy and monitoring operating results, and led the company's development efforts in mergers, acquisitions and strategic alliances. Ristau has also served as the firm controller with Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., senior vice president and CFO with Telesis Medical Management, Inc., executive vice president of finance with Merit Behavioral Care Corporation, as well as a manager of special acquisition services with Deloitte & Touche, LLP. Ristau holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Dayton, and is a certified public accountant. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants and Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Usilton joined DaVita as Group Vice President and part of the Executive Team in August 2004. In the public sector, he has been part of the Executive Teams of CIGNA, 3M, HealthAmerica, and Vivra Inc. He was part of the Executive Team that took HealthAmerica public in 1984 and later sold the company to Maxicare in 1987. As chairman and chief executive officer, René Lerer is responsible for Magellan's strategic direction and the operations of the company. Prior to assuming his current role, he served as president and chief operating officer, with responsibility for Magellan's three lines of business - behavioral health, radiology and specialty pharmaceuticals; all operations, including its care management centers; and many of the company's enterprise-wide functions, including clinical, information technology, product development, and marketing and communications. René has more than 20 years of health care experience. Prior to joining Magellan in 2002, he was a co-founder and president of Internet HealthCare Group, a health care technology venture fund. Earlier in his career he served as chief operating officer of Prudential Healthcare nationally and as president of The Travelers Health Network. He also served as senior vice president of operations, pharmacy and disease management with Value Health, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange-listed specialty managed care organization. René holds a bachelor's degree in Psychobiology from Oberlin College and a doctor of medicine degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is board-certified in internal medicine.
