Peter Goettner is a General Partner at Worldview Technology Partners, a venture capital firm in Palo Alto, CA. He has 15+ years of operational experience, including nearly a decade at the senior management level. Prior to Worldview, Mr. Goettner was the Co-Founder and CEO of DigitalThink, an e-learning company that pioneered the on-demand delivery of enterprise software. DigitalThink completed a very successful public offering in 2000 and was subsequently acquired by Convergys in 2004. Before founding DigitalThink, Mr. Goettner ran the marketing and business development groups at Knowledge Revolution (acquired by MSC Software) and Silicon Microstructures. Previously, he was a consultant in Accenture's supply chain management group. Mr. Goettner earned an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and a B.S. in electrical engineering from theUniversity of Michigan.
