John H. Hammergren is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of McKesson Corporation. He has been a director of McKesson since 1999 and was elected President and CEO in 2001 and Chairman in 2002. He joined McKesson in January 1996. Under Hammergren's leadership, McKesson has emerged as the leading provider of supply, information and care management solutions designed to reduce the cost and improve the quality of healthcare. During his tenure, the company has more than doubled its revenues to $102B, expanded into new markets and advanced to number 18 on the Fortune 500. It has also experienced a cultural transformation driven by the establishment of a set of core values, a commitment to continuous process improvement, and a collaborative approach to serving its customers. Last year Hammergren co-authored the book, “Skin in the Game,” where he describes the history of our health care system, provides an explanation of its current state, and outlines the great strides that he sees being made in the near future. This year Hammergren became the chairman of the Healthcare Leadership Council, a coalition of chief executives of the nation’s leading health care companies and organizations. In addition, he has been named one of Modern Healthcare's 100 Most Powerful People in Healthcare five years in a row. Hammergren is a member of the Hewlett Packard board of directors. He is also a director of Nadro, S.A. de C.V., a leading pharmaceutical distributor in Mexico. Hammergren earned a BA in business administration from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from Xavier University in Cincinnati.

Paul C. Julian is Executive Vice President and Group President of McKesson Corporation. He has senior operating responsibility for more than $98 billion of the company's fiscal 2008 $101.7 billion in revenues and the majority of McKesson's businesses. He oversees U.S. and Canadian pharmaceutical distribution, medical-surgical distribution, specialty pharmacy, retail automation and pharmacy outsourcing. During his tenure as president of McKesson Pharmaceutical, the company's largest operating business, McKesson re-gained its position as the largest North American pharmaceutical distributor, rising from the third largest to become the largest wholesaler over a three-year period. Julian oversaw the largest operations and technology upgrade in McKesson's history, and spearheaded widespread company adoption of Six Sigma. Today, McKesson is often cited for its U.S. corporate productivity leadership. Additionally, he has helped bring new capabilities into the McKesson portfolio including acquisitions in pharmaceutical packaging, pharmaceutical and medical-surgical distribution, informatics, an enlarged stake in Mexican distributor NADRO and in medical products e-commerce. Julian has led many of McKesson’s progressive moves in recent years, including the development of the company’s Health Mart independent retail pharmacy franchise network and the company's creation of the TogetherRx and Rx Savings Access prescription drug discount cards, both innovative efforts to help seniors save money on their prescription medicines. After joining McKesson in 1996 as executive vice president of McKesson Health Systems, the company's distribution business for hospitals, Julian went on to become president of McKesson's medical-surgical business. From 1997-2000 he oversaw a 50 percent increase in medical-surgical distribution revenues and a doubling of operating profit. Also during that time, McKesson signed an unprecedented 20-year distribution agreement with Premier Provider Select for its non-acute care business. Julian became president of McKesson's distribution, retail automation, pharmacy outsourcing and services for payors in 2000. A highlight of the period to follow was the 2003 decision by the Department of Veteran's Affairs to move its pharmaceutical distribution business away from another distributor to McKesson. In 2004, Julian was named to his current position as group president of the corporation. Previously, he held a variety of senior management positions in health care companies, notably Owens & Minor and Stuart Medical, Inc. Within five years, he rose from Stuart Medical, Inc. sales manager to group vice president and chief operating officer. Julian serves on the boards of NADRO, Parata Systems, Cancer Clinics of Excellence (CCE), the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Wholesalers (IFPW), as past Chairman, and the Healthcare Distribution Management Association (HDMA), where he serves as Chairman. He is a 1978 graduate of Salem State College in Massachusetts, where he earned a B.S. degree.

Jeff Campbell is Chief Financial Officer of McKesson Corporation. Jeff Campbell has responsibility for all financial functions of the Corporation. Prior to joining McKesson in 2003, Campbell served as senior vice president, chief financial officer of AMR Corporation and its subsidiary American Airlines. Campbell joined AMR/American Airlines in 1990 and held a range of financial and general management positions, including managing American's European operations based in London for several years. Prior to AMR, Campbell was a CPA with Deloitte, Haskins and Sells. Campbell holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Stanford University and an M.B.A. degree from Harvard University. Campbell is a member of the board of directors of Hexcel Corporation and the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce.

Fred Reller has responsibility for the full scope of Human Resources' functions, from talent acquisition and management to employee relations, compensation, benefits employee education, diversity, change management, organizational effectiveness and other HR activities. In addition to working closely with the McKesson Provider Technologies Executive Committee, Reller will also collaborate with Paul Kirincic, Executive Vice President, Human Resources in San Francisco, to ensure alignment across McKesson Corporation. Reller has nearly 20 years of solid HR generalist and leadership experience, serving at senior levels in major business units of global companies such as Whirlpool Corporation and Nortel Networks. Reller joined McKesson in September 2004.

Jorge L. Figueredo is Executive Vice President of Human Resources of McKesson Corporation. The responsibilities of this position include talent acquisition, training and organizational development, compensation and benefits, diversity, community relations, and corporate communications and branding. Prior to joining McKesson, Figueredo served as senior vice president of human resources at Dow Jones Inc., where he helped transform human resources into a strategic business function. He also played a leadership role in managing Dow Jones’ merger with News Corp. Prior to joining Dow Jones, Figueredo spent 22 years at Liz Claiborne, most recently as president of Liz Claiborne’s international division. Recognized as one of the 100 most influential Hispanics by Hispanic Business Magazine in 2004, Figueredo holds a B.A. from Fairfield University and an M.B.A from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Laureen E. Seeger is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of McKesson Corporation. As the corporation’s chief legal officer, Seeger oversees the Law Department for McKesson and its subsidiaries. Prior to her appointment in March 2006, Seeger was Vice President and General Counsel of McKesson Provider Technologies (MPT), McKesson’s health care information technology solutions business. Prior to McKesson, Seeger was with the Atlanta law firm of Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP from 1992 to 2000, where she was Partner-In-Charge of the Technology Litigation Section, and was with the firm of Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue from 1986 to 1992. She earned a law degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1986 and received a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 1983.

Marc Owen, Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Business Development, joined McKesson in 2001. At McKesson he is responsible for overall corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and business development. In addition, he is responsible for McKesson’s operations in Mexico and Asia Pacific. Prior to joining McKesson, Owen was a senior partner at McKinsey, advising pharmaceutical manufacturers, healthcare providers, distributors and technology companies, including McKesson, for more than a decade. He was a founding partner responsible for establishing McKinsey's presence in Silicon Valley and a leader of McKinsey's Business Technology office globally. Owen was also chief executive officer of MindCrossing. Owen currently sits on the boards of Nadro, S.A. de C.V, Proventys, and MedVantx. Owen, who was born and raised in Wales, holds a law degree from Oxford University and an MBA from Stanford University.

Mikael Ohman is responsible for directing strategic growth initiatives and business development activities for McKesson Provider Technologies. His responsibilities include the evaluation and development of new business opportunities, mergers and acquisitions, strategic affiliations, joint ventures and business partnerships, as well as evaluation of investment opportunities. With extensive experience in healthcare information technology, Mikael joined McKesson in 2004 as senior vice president for strategic planning. He previously worked at Cerner Corporation, where he was responsible for global business operations. Prior to Cerner, he spent six years as a consultant with McKinsey and Company in Stockholm, Sweden, and Atlanta. While at McKinsey, Mikael worked with a large number of companies on a variety of strategic and operational issues. Mikael's career also includes tenure at EDS and at the Swedish Embassy in Moscow.

Ms. Janis Moebus, M.A., CRC, CCM, Vice President, Product and Outcomes. Ms. Moebus joined McKesson in July 2006 as Vice President, Product and Quality Management. She is responsible for overseeing McKesson’s services product management; translating market and customer needs into prioritized business cases; managing the services roadmap; and ensuring that the performance of the program offerings exceeds contractual requirements. Before joining McKesson, Ms. Moebus was a Senior Vice President at SHPS, where was responsible for shaping care managements services strategy to employer, private insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid markets. She also led the SHPS Healthcare Product Management function and was responsible for a team who led the development of total absence management, disability management, utilization review, case management, disease management, demand management, health information website, audio library, health-risk assessment, lifestyle coaching and wellness. Other healthcare experience includes management positions at eBenX and Corvel Corporation. Ms. Moebus received a Bachelor of Arts from Augsburg College and a Master of Arts from University of St. Thomas, both in Minnesota.

Dave Breit, sound and staging engineer, is a member of the Board of Directors of the Trinity Music Group, Inc. He lives in Beaver Falls with his lovely wife Sheryl and their son Marty. He provides audio engineering services for various musical groups and organizations in western Pennsylvania, such as the Trinity Music Group, Rivertown Productions, the River City Brass Band, Beaver Area Jaycee?s, Granati Brothers as well as many of the area?s high schools and local bands. He currently works as the Chief Technology Officer and Founder of BxVideo Solutions and Nomad Networks. He brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in various Western Pennsylvania technology companies to TMG and the associated groups. Dave's talents and experience in new business initiatives, stems from his years at Marconi Communications (formerly FORE Systems , McKesson Automation, American Cimflex (formerly American Robot) and Soundex Studios Inc. At Marconi, Dave was Director of Technology R&D over the Global Managed Services division. There he managed and designed the integration of Marconi's Global Call Centers with standardized data and telephony systems to help scale the global division to a $110 million revenue a year P&L. Dave joined Automated Healthcare (now McKesson Automation) during the initial startup operations and oversaw IT, Installation Services, Customer Services and Customer Relations. Automated Healthcare grew with his leadership until it was purchased in 1997 by McKesson. At American Cimflex, Dave managed Global Customer Services and Project Management for the Robotics and Vision Inspection divisions to deliver numerous global automation projects for Ford Motor Company, Sulzer Brothers, Emersion Electric and various military organizations. Founder of Soundex Studios Inc, Dave provided leadership in the design of various audio and video studios, consulting on acoustics and room architecture, as well as custom communications system design and engineering.

David J. Adams is the Chief Executive Officer of InteliTap and serves as Chairman on the Company's Board of Managers. David has served in a number of senior management roles in technology and logistics firms with explosive growth. Prior to joining InteliTap™, David was SVP of Corporate Strategy and Technology at TrenStar, Inc. During this period David directed the corporate strategy and direction of TrenStar as it grew from a $2M startup to $57M industry leader. He is the former vice-president of operations at McKesson Corporation, a Fortune 35 company, where he managed the day-to-day operations of a $1 billion supply chain. David helped to position leading supply chain technology companies Viewlocity and i2 Technology. At the beginning of his career David held planning and operations positions at Pepsi-Cola, Frito-Lay and the U.S. Navy. He received a B.A. in Economics from The Virginia Military Institute, a Masters of Business Administration from Troy State University and a Masters of Science in Operations Research from The Naval Postgraduate School.

With more than 18 years of business systems implementation experience in the manufacturing and software consulting industries, Tom has assisted over 75 companies in a wide range of industries including electro-mechanical, plastics and extrusions, steel and iron, robotics, vacuum technology, food and beverage, distribution, power generation and building products. In addition to Adonix X3, Tom has worked with a number of other mid-market manufacturing packages including Intentia, MANMAN and Symix. His employment within the manufacturing community includes stints with McKesson, Thermal Industries, Leybold and Lukens. Tom's specialties include user needs, analysis and problem-solving, international manufacturing and distribution including foreign trade and foreign transit methods and contracts, master scheduling in Just-in-Time and Kanban inventory environments, multi-plant planning and scheduling, material procurement, customer relationship management, accounting, and all systems and technologies related to ERP. His professional affiliations are with the American Production & Inventory Control Society (APICS), National Association of Purchasing Management (NAPM) and Purchasing Management Association (PMA). Tom earned his MBA from Duquesne University.

Andy D. Bryant is executive vice president, Finance and Enterprise Services, and chief administrative officer of Intel Corporation. He is responsible for financial operations, human resources, information technology and e-business functions and activities worldwide. Bryant joined Intel in 1981 as controller for the Commercial Memory Systems Operation and in 1983 became Systems Group Controller. In 1987 he was promoted to director of Finance for the corporation, and was appointed vice president and director of Finance of the Intel Products Group in 1990. Bryant became CFO in February 1994, and was promoted to senior vice president in January 1999. Bryant expanded his role to Chief Financial and Enterprise Services Officer in December 1999. In October 2007, Bryant was named Chief Administrative Officer. Prior to joining Intel, he held positions in finance at Ford Motor Company and Chrysler Corporation. Bryant holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Missouri and an master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Kansas.

Dr. Lawrence was appointed to our Board in December 2006. Dr. Lawrence is the Retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc. and Kaiser Foundation Hospitals (KFHP/KFH). Dr. Lawrence currently serves on the Boards of Agilent Technologies, Raffles Medical Group of Singapore, McKesson Corporation, and the RAND Health Advisory Board, among others. He also serves in advisory roles to the biotechnology industry. He has been a consultant to Dynavax since May 2005. Dr. Lawrence joined Kaiser in 1981. He was named chief executive officer of KFHP/KFH in 1991 and chairman of its Board in 1992. Prior to that, he served as vice chairman and chief operating officer as well as a key executive in Kaiser Permanente divisions in Oregon and Colorado. He retired on December 31, 2002. Dr. Lawrence is a graduate of Amherst College (BA), the University of Kentucky (MD), and the University of Washington (MPH). He is Board Certified in General Preventive Medicine (the Johns Hopkins University and the University of Washington). He is a member of Alpha Omega Alpha (Medical Honorary Society) and the Institute of Medicine (National Academy of Sciences).

Previously, he served as CFO of Heller Ehrman, LLP an international law firm. Independently, Morrison founded The Ladder Group, a Menlo Park, Calif.-based corporate turnaround organization. Morrison also served as executive vice president and CFO of Consolidated Freightways Corporation, where he was responsible for corporate finance, business planning, information technology, financial reporting, tax, internal control and administration. He was vice president and treasurer of CNF Inc., where he most notably led the public spin-off of the company's largest subsidiary, Consolidated Freightways. Morrison also executed a variety of innovative and complex private and public financings while serving as treasurer of McKesson Corp. He held a variety of general management, finance, planning and business development posts at CNF and Federal Express/Tiger International and its subsidiaries. Morrison received his bachelor's degree from Stanford University and his Master's in Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California. Morrison, a former Trustee of the $20 billion Central States Teamsters Pension Fund, is currently a member of Financial Executives International and the Turnaround Management Association.

Jane E. Shaw has been a director of Intel since 1993 and is Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Board. Dr. Shaw retired in June 2005 from the position of Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Aerogen, Inc., a company developing drug-device combination aerosol products for patients with respiratory disorders. She was President and Chief Operating Officer of ALZA Corporation, a pharmaceutical company from 1987 to 1994. Dr. Shaw is a director of McKesson Corporation.

Ms. Knowles retired from Atlantic Richfield Company (“ARCO”) in 2000 and was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 1996 until 2000 and a director from 1996 until 1998. She joined ARCO in 1972. Ms. Knowles is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Fidelity Funds. She has been a director of the Company since March 2002. She is the Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Finance Committee.
