Ditech Networks Inc.

Todd joined Ditech Networks in June 2005 through its acquisition of Jasomi Networks, and became CEO in September 2007 after holding several senior level positions. With over 10 years of leadership experience in the technology industry, Todd has helped establish Ditech as the leader in voice quality solutions for the global telecom market. Previously, Todd was President and CEO of Jasomi, where he was instrumental in leading the company to be a thought leader in IP communications and positioning the company to win several awards as the provider of VoIP session border controllers. Todd also served as CTO for Zi Corporation and successfully founded several Canadian high-tech firms including Call Genie, a pioneer in voice search. Todd holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from University of Calgary and has also obtained several patents.

Lowell Trangsrud joined Ditech Networks in 2001 from Tandem Computers and Compaq Computers, where he worked from 1990 until 2001 (Compaq acquired Tandem in 1995). In his last position at Compaq, Mr. Trangsrud served as the Vice President for the Business Critical Solutions Group, managing over 1700 people in operations that spanned the U.S., Europe, Asia and Australia. Among his other managerial roles, Lowell served as Vice President of Manufacturing for High Availability System Manufacturing. In that role, he had P&L responsibility for two manufacturing facilities in the U.S. and Scotland, which produced $1.6 billion in revenue. From 1973 to 1990, Lowell worked for Sperry Corporation and Honeywell, serving in a variety of engineering and management roles. Lowell has a B.S. in electronics from North Dakota State College of Science, a B.A. in Management, a B.S. in Business Administration, and has completed an Executive Management Program at Harvard University.

Bill joined Ditech Networks in 1997 as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and was promoted to Executive Vice President in May of 2004. He is responsible for the company’s global financial strategy and day-to-day financial and accounting operations. While serving as CFO of Ditech Networks, he was instrumental in the company’s IPO and secondary offering, as well as driving growth through internal development, participating in several merger and acquisition transactions. During his tenure, he has overseen the areas of finance, human resources, facilities and information technology. Bill’s extensive financial and operational background also includes Chief Financial Officer of Conductus, where he was in charge of coordinating a secondary public offering. He also held the position of CFO at Ramtek, a publicly-traded company, for one year. Prior to his corporate experience, Bill spent 10 years in public accounting, working the last 5 years for Coopers and Lybrand. He specialized in emerging-growth companies and public clients. A Certified Public Accountant, Bill received a B.S. in Accounting from San Jose State University.

Age 45. Mr. Avis has been a director of IMPAC since February 1998. Mr. Avis is a Managing Partner of Summit Partners, L.P., a private equity and investment firm, where he has been employed since the firm s founding in 1984. Currently, Mr. Avis also serves as a director of Ditech Communications Corporation, a telecommunications equipment company and Powerwave Technologies, a developer and manufacturer of radio frequency power amplifiers for wireless communications applications. Mr. Avis holds an M.B.A. degree from Harvard Business School and a B.A. degree in Political Economy from Williams College.
