Prior to founding Perfect Commerce, Sandy Kemper spent more than 10 years at UMB Bank where he most recently served as Chairman and CEO, as well as President and CEO of UMB Financial Corporation, an $8 billion bank holding company. In addition to his responsibilities at Perfect Commerce, Kemper recently served as Chairman of the Open Network for Commerce Exchange (ONCE), which was formerly known as the Global Trading Web Association. Additionally, Kemper serves on the following corporate boards: Commerce Net, The Veterans Corporation, Pioneer Service Company, Kemper Realty Company, Stagecoach Incorporated, UMB Financial Corporation and UMB Bank of Kansas City.
