Mr. Singh is responsible for business development activities for the company's products and bears overall responsibility for the company's operations in the USA. He joined Pharming in 2000 and has over ten years of successful business development, product development and corporate communications experience in the biotechnology industry. Mr. Singh has held management and consulting positions at various biotechnology companies, including at Hyseq Pharmaceuticals Inc (now Nuvelo Inc), Bio-Rad Laboratories Inc and Millipore Corporation. He has also been on the research staff of Harvard Medical School and the Howard Hughes Medical Institute at Stanford University. Mr. Singh holds a bachelors degree from Williams College and a masters degree in Biological Sciences from Stanford University.

Mr. Hoffman has been a Director of Millipore since 1976 and is currently a Member of the Audit and Finance Committee and the Management Development and Compensation Committee. Mr. Hoffman received an undergraduate degree from Harvard College in Engineering and Applied Physics, a Masters degree in economics from Cambridge University and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. In 1963, as an M.I.T. Fellow in Africa, Mr. Hoffman joined the East African Common Services Organization. In 1966, Mr. Hoffman joined International Finance Corporation (investment banking affiliate of the World Bank). From 1969 to 1974, Mr. Hoffman served as a Director of Hambros Bank, Ltd., London, England. From 1975 to 1981, Mr. Hoffman was a Director, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of George Weston, Ltd., and was appointed President of its Resource Group in 1981. From 1982 until 1984, when he undertook his current activities as an independent investor and consultant, Mr. Hoffman served as Managing Director of Guinness Peat Group p.l.c., engaged through subsidiaries worldwide in merchant banking, insurance brokerage, leasing, property, energy and other management and financial service activities. Mr. Hoffman is currently Chairman of Cambridge Research Group Ltd., a development capital and technology transfer company in Cambridge, England and of Guinness Flight Venture Capital Trust PLC, London. Mr. Hoffman also serves as a Director of George Weston Limited, Toronto; Advent International Corporation, Boston; and Hermes Focus Asset Management Limited, London.

Phil Theodore was named Senior Vice President and General Counsel of John H. Harland Company in 2006. He replaces John Walters who will retire in early 2007. He is responsible for all of Harland's legal and corporate governance activities. Theodore brings almost 30 years of legal experience to Harland, most recently as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Serologicals Corporation prior to its acquisition by Millipore Corporation earlier this year. He joined Serologicals in 2004 after a 22-year career with King & Spalding LLP, where he specialized in mergers, acquisitions, corporate governance and corporate finance. Theodore received his bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee and his law degree from the University of Cincinnati.

Dr. Edward Scolnick earned his MD degree from Harvard Medical School and received 2 years of Internal Medicine Training at the Massachusetts General Hospital. He spent 15 years at the National Institute of Health where he made seminal discoveries on the nature of genes that cause cancer in humans. He then spent 22 years at the Merck Research Labs where he was head of Research from 1985 to 2002. Since then he has been at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard as Director of the Stanley Center for Psychiatric Research, which is directed at understanding the causes of Schizophrenia and Bipolar illness and finding new ways to treat these illnesses.

Mr. Donald B. Melson joined Analogic Corporation as Vice President and Corporate Controller since March 2006. Mr. Melson was previously Vice President and Corporate Controller of Millipore Corporation, a publicly held global manufacturer of products and services for biopharmaceutical manufacturing and life science laboratories, from 2000 to 2006. Prior to this position, Mr. Melson held a number of financial management positions in Millipore Corporation and W. R. Grace & Co.

Dr. Dennis Harris is a co-founder of Microchip Biotechnologies and he is currently Chief Scientific Officer at Millipore. Dr. Harris is an experienced senior manager who has spent the majority of his career developing and implementing business strategies for life science companies to maximize their research and development efforts and ability to bring innovation to customers. In his various roles, he has initiated and led portfolio acquisitions and negotiated technology collaborations. Dr. Harris is a member of the Board of Directors for Biolog Inc. Prior positions include Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer at Serologicals Corporation, Executive Vice President of Research and Development at Vitra Bioscience, Senior Vice President at Aclara Biosciences, and Vice President of Research and Development at Amersham Pharmacia Biotech, now part of GE Healthcare. Dennis started his career as a development scientist of molecular biology kits and reagents. He also has extensive background in DNA sequencing and laboratory automation systems. Dr. Harris earned his B.SC. Hons. in Biochemistry and Ph.D. from the University of Sussex, England. He has authored 17 papers.

Dr. Bruce Bonnevier joined Millipore Corporation as Global Vice President of Human Resources in January 2006. Prior to joining Millipore, Dr. Bonnevier served as Vice President of Human Resources for Hillenbrand Industries and Shipley Company, and held a variety of Human Resources as well as Quality Management positions with Rohm and Haas, Michelin Tire Corporation, Union Carbide Corporation and Reynolds Metals Company. Dr. Bonnevier holds a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems from The Fielding Institute, M.S. in Dynamics of Organization from University of Pennsylvania, M.A. in Statistics and Operations Research from Pennsylvania State University, and a B.S. in Mathematics and Statistics from Pennsylvania State University.

Mr. Sam joined Millipore in March 2003 as Vice President of Corporate. Mr. Sam came to Millipore from Elan Corporation, where he was Vice President of Quality for the Drug Delivery Business Unit. Prior To Elan Corporation, Greg Sam was Vice President of Quality at Dura Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Sam also served in quality positions at Watson Laboratories, Rhone-Poulenc Rorer, Wyeth-Ayerst International and Ortho Diagnostic Systems. Earlier in his career, Greg Sam was a research scientist at Ortho Diagnostic Systems, E.I. Dupont De Nemours and Company, and the National Foundation for Cancer Research. Mr. Sam holds a B.S. degree in biology from Pennsylvania State University.

Robert M. Levenson, Esq. is a Maryland attorney involved in real estate and financial transactions for almost 20 years. Mr. Levenson currently serves as a Vice President with LandAmerica 1031 Exchange Company, a division of a Fortune 1000 company focused on tax-deferred exchanges for business and investment clients. In his career, Mr. Levenson has participated in more than 180 real estate transactions valued at over $140 million. His experience includes working as a real estate broker, a lender, a broker of existing mortgages on the secondary market, a principal/small developer, a property manager, and performing document review as part of a legal team on a large acquisition for a NYSE-listed REIT. Mr. Levenson also has experience working for Aspen Systems and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Devin has a special interest in spinal cord injury, because his brother-in-law is a C-4/5 quadriplegic. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences with an emphasis in Neurology, Physiology & Behavior from the University of California, Davis, and he currently works as a Manufacturing Scientist at Millipore. He enjoys spending time with his family, painting, and playing basketball.

George Scott is IQuum's Director of Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs. George has over 20 years experience in QA/RA management. He has held quality management consulting and auditing positions at BSI Americas, TUV Rheinland of North America and Quality Management Services, as well as operational positions at Boston Biomedica, Millipore Corporation, and Kontron. George holds a B.S. in Medical Technology from Southeastern Massachusetts University and M.S. in Health Sciences/Microbiology from Northeastern University. He is a RAB Quality Systems Auditor and a QSQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA).
