Drew Brown is a founding member of DMB and serves as a Managing Director on the DMB Board of Directors. Drew also serves as the Chief Executive Officer. As CEO, he is responsible for implementation of DMB's strategic direction and management of day-to-day company operations.

Dirk Ellsworth oversees DMB's corporate business applications and provides strategic technology guidance, planning and support for its various properties.

Mr. Kane is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of DMB Associates, Inc., a locally-owned and operated real estate development firm based in Scottsdale, Arizona, with real estate holdings that include commercial developments, master planned communities and recreational resort properties in Arizona, California, Hawaii and Utah. Mr. Kane provides strategic guidance with respect to the Company's operations, with particular focus on the Company's land use entitlement and zoning matters, and oversight of legal and risk management matters. Prior to joining DMB in 1998, Mr. Kane was a founding partner of the Phoenix-based law firm of Kane Jorden von Oppenfeld Bischoff & Biskind, P.L.C. Focusing in the areas of real estate, land use, planning, zoning and redevelopment, he provided strategic and legal guidance to a variety of major real estate development firms on entitlement and development issues. Mr. Kane holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Santa Clara and received his Juris Doctorate from Hastings College of Law at the University of California, and is a member of the Maricopa County and American Bar Associations and the State Bar of Arizona. He has served on numerous commissions and advisory groups, including the State Land Conservation Advisory Committee, Phoenix Arts Commission, the City of Phoenix Design Review Task Force and the North Mountain Village Planning Committee, and has been a member of Valley Partnership's board of directors. Since its inception in 2002, Mr. Kane served on the Transportation Policy Committee of Maricopa Association of Governments.

Michael DeBell is responsible for the general management of the Centerpoint mixed-use redevelopment project in Tempe, Arizona and the Superstition Springs project in Mesa, Arizona. Additionally, he maintains senior oversight of DMB's Health Clubs.

Andy Beams oversees corporate finance initiatives and provides strategic finance guidance and support for DMB's projects.

Brent Herrington is responsible for the DC Ranch and Silverleaf developments in Scottsdale, as well as Kukui'ula in Hawaii. He is also active in the El Rancho San Benito project in northern California and provides strategic oversight for DMB's country clubs, community operations and lifestyle programs companywide.

Irene Carroll serves as General Manager for One Scottsdale, a unique luxury retail, residential and lifestyle community in a mixed-use environment located in Scottsdale, Arizona. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the community's development and operations.

John Bradley serves as the General Manager of Verrado, a planned community in the foothills of the White Tank Mountains.

Karrin Kunasek Taylor is responsible for ongoing zoning and land use entitlement matters for DMB. She plays a key leadership role in the strategic oversight of obtaining and managing land use approvals for the company's properties.

Mary Alexander serves as DMB's general counsel. She oversees DMB's legal and risk management matters and provides guidance, training and legal support for DMB's properties and operations.

Mike Roberts is responsible for the entitlement of Kukui'ula, the resort recreational community located in Kaua'i, Hawai'i. In addition to his responsibilities at Kukui'ula, Mike is involved in the evaluation, planning and entitlements of new projects for DMB.

Nadine Corrigan oversees corporate marketing initiatives and provides strategic marketing guidance, planning and support for DMB's properties.

Nick Taratsas oversees DMB's development initiatives and provides guidance and support for DMB's development activities. Nick also manages the development activities for DC Ranch, a planned community located in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Terry Randall provides strategic guidance for development activities. He serves as the General Manager for DMB's Santaluz Project in San Diego, California, and serves as project liaison with Rancho Mission Viejo Company (RMV) for the Ladera Ranch Project and other joint investments with RMV.

Mark Sklar is a founding member of DMB and serves as a Managing Director on the DMB Board of Directors.

Kate Fosgett is the project services director for DMB Associates. She was born and raised in the Greater Bay Area and brings more than twenty-five years of administration and management experience to the team. Kate oversees the operational portion of the El Rancho San Benito project. Her primary duties are in the areas of administration, logistics and strategic planning. In addition, Kate acts as project manager for office expansions and serves as corporate liaison for both accounting and human resource functions.

David Smith has been with DMB Associates since May 2006. A lifelong Californian, most of David's free time is spent with his wife and three children. David dedicates much of his time supporting his community YMCA and enjoys all-too-infrequent white water kayaking excursions.

Bob serves in the capacity of Director of Forward Planning for DMB Associates Inc. and has been actively involved with the Verrado Community and the Town of Buckeye since 1999. His responsibilities at Verrado have included planning of major infrastructure, amenity components, multi level governmental entitlements and development activities. Bob has over 30 years experience in the consulting, homebuilding and development industries and serves as a member of the Buckeye General Plan Advisory Committee. He has spent the last 20 years in Arizona and has been involved with the economic growth curve of several valley communities. Bob hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Planning and is also actively involved with the Urban Land Institute.
