What do you and the average agency president have in common? While some guys will regale you with tales of their latest jaunt to an exotic Mediterranean isle or a new $500 putter, Warren finds clients are most comfortable chatting about ways to create new revenue streams, build market penetration with DRTV, or craft a product launch. Of course, precious few direct agency CEOs had the good fortune to build corporate sales revenues as vice president of marketing for multiple organizations. Understanding where clients are coming from through personal experience has helped DMW build a national reputation as an organization expert in all facets of direct marketing for a variety of industries including home equity; dot-coms; utilities; and health, life, and property and casualty insurance. Warren serves on the ECHO Committee of the DMA and is the founding president of the Direct Marketing Agency Council. He is also active in the DMA's Insurance and Financial Services Council and the Professional Insurance Marketing Association (PIMA). Warren is a frequent and highly rated speaker at industry conferences.

Josie joined the agency in 1992 and was quickly promoted through the financial ranks, rising to Vice President and CFO. As DMW's Executive Vice President and CFO, Josie oversees the agency's financial strategic planning as well as managing the agency's operations, including Information Technology, Human Resources and Facilities Management. Additionally, she has implemented a new client reporting and support system that allows the agency to more efficiently manage its client relationships. Her hands-on management style has garnered support and respect from her colleagues and contacts at all levels.

In addition to serving as past Chairman of the Education Committee of the DMA's Insurance/Financial Services Council, Linda has taught direct marketing at the college level and is a Chartered Life Underwriter. Linda is a graduate of Wellesley College, and received her Master's degree from the University of Chicago.
With over 25 years of experience in direct response marketing, Linda oversees direct marketing program design, management and implementation of multi-media programs for numerous DMW insurance, financial services, and retail clients. She has been instrumental in the development of the Agency's event-driven continuity programs, including turning-65 Birthday programs, seminar mailings, conversion/retention efforts and non-converted lead projects. Linda began her career at National Liberty Marketing, where she worked in both creative and marketing positions. Prior to joining DMW in 1993, Linda was Vice President of Marketing Services for Monumental General Insurance Group where she managed affinity programs for financial institutions, and established the company's first database.

Renee Mezzanotte brings more than two decades of direct marketing experience to DMW. A key strategist with years of experience in account planning and management as well as media and database marketing, she has spearheaded the development of numerous successful customer acquisition and retention programs across a variety of industries and markets. Renee is currently responsible for strategy development and overall account management for DMW's financial services, insurance, and technology clients, including AIG Canada, Goal Financial, AAA Mid-Atlantic, and Sterling Commerce. Prior to joining DMW, Renee worked with such noteworthy brands as Nextel, MCI, Fleet, Advanta, ADT Security Services, NutriSystem, PECO, Time-Warner, and many others. In addition to her account management experience, Renee has directed both media and marketing information functions. In that role, she was instrumental in the development of sophisticated media and database capabilities that focused on leading-edge applications of customization and personalization strategies as a means of reaching highly desirable target audiences.

Diane comes to DMW after serving as Membership Manager for the Channel 10/36 Friends the fund raising arm of WMVS/WMVT (Milwaukee Public Television). In her long history of serving the station (starting as an acquisition volunteer!), her responsibilities have included nearly everything from membership campaigns to on-air auctions to pledge production and membership cultivation. Diane served on The Team Approach Advisory Committee from 1997 until March 2000. She co-chaired the 1999 Team Approach Forum, and spoke at the 1998 and 1999 forums. She also spoke at the PBS Development Conference in 1997 and 1999, and is a member of the National Society of Fund Raising Executives.

Erica brings an international perspective to DMW, with more than 18 years of experience in direct marketing worldwide. Erica has worked with Kluwer Academic Publishers Group, Hunter Douglas Europe, and Reader's Digest. Immediately prior to joining DMW, she spent seven years at the International Fund for Animal Welfare. As Marketing Manager Planned/Committed Giving, she raised $18 million a year, directing marketing programs in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., The Netherlands, Germany, Australia, and South Africa. Erica is a member of the AFP, and has given numerous presentations on building sustainer programs. She most recently finished sections on planned giving and international fund raising for A Handbook for Fund Raisers.
