Dobson Communications Corp.

Stephen T. Dobson is the chief executive officer of CoreVault, Inc. He serves as vice chairman of the board of DWL Holding Company (CoreVault's parent), and as chief executive officer of Dobson and McLoud Telephone Companies. Additionally, Mr. Dobson has served as an officer and director of Dobson Communications Corporation since 1990. He holds a bachelor of science degree in Finance from the University of Central Oklahoma. Mr. Dobson has led and directed his management teams, providing telecommunication services and solutions to customers for the past 19 years. Under Mr. Dobson's direction, CoreVault is poised to compete in on-line backup and recovery solutions for a broad range of consumers in an unlimited geographic service environment.

Bruce R. Knooihuizen has served as our Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Treasurer since he joined us in February 2008. From 1996 until February 2008, Mr. Knooihuizen was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dobson Communications, a provider of rural and suburban wireless telephone services. From 1994 to 1996, Mr. Knooihuizen was Chief Financial Officer and Secretary for The Westlink Co. in San Diego, a wireless provider which was formerly an operating unit of US West. Previously, he was Treasurer and Controller of Ameritech Cellular from 1990 to 1994; Director, Accounting Operations of Ameritech Applied Technologies from 1988 to 1990; and Controller of Ameritech Properties in 1988, all located in Chicago. From 1980 to 1988, he held various financial and accounting positions with The Ohio Bell Telephone Company. Mr. Knooihuizen received his B.S. in Finance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and his M.B.A in Finance from the University of Cincinnati.

Robert A. Schriesheim has served as a director since May 2006 and as executive vice president and chief financial officer since October 2006. From 2002 until October 2006, he was a general partner of ARCH Development Partners LLC, a technology venture capital fund. From 1999 to 2002, he was executive vice president of corporate development, chief financial officer, and a director for London, England-based Global Telesystems, Inc., a $1 billion revenue publicly traded provider of telecommunications services to businesses throughout Western and Central Europe and Russia, backed by George Soros and affiliates, where he led the financial restructuring and sale of the company. Previously, he held various executive positions at SBC Equity Partners, Ameritech, AC Nielsen, and Brooke Group Ltd. He also currently serves on the boards of publicly-traded Alyst Acquisiton Corp., MSC.Software Corp., Skyworks Solutions Inc., several private technology companies and served on the board of Dobson Communications until its sale to AT&T.
