Ingalls primary responsibilities include developing internal and external growth initiatives in order to dramatically increase revenues. He is championing several projects to elevate the company's image and awareness in the security marketplace. He is actively involved with the company's sales initiatives. Also responsible for identifying possible acquisition targets and negotiations to consummate merger transactions. Ingalls experience includes running a business intermediary firm focused on the western New York area with over 500 business sales, several hundred business valuation assignments and business planning services. Clients represented include companies in many different industries ranging from under one million to over ten million dollars in size.

In his current position, Mr. Caton is responsible for implementing and servicing the technical needs of the DSSI patented anti counterfeiting system with licensees. Joining Document Security Systems in 1987, he worked closely with Thomas Wicker and the late Ralph Wicker in the development of some of the most sophisticated anti counterfeiting technology in the world for documents such as currency, car titles, and travelers checks. His work also included new product development and the further refinement of existing patents. Mr. Caton has over 22 years experience in the pre-press and printing industry. Prior to officially joining DSSI, he was a part owner of Document Security Consultants. In this capacity he consulted for the Wicker Group and Thomas Wicker Enterprises while continuing his work for a variety of large printers and pre-press houses.

Terry Carlisano serves as Vice President of Sales for Document Security Systems. He has over 20 years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, and operations, and has been recognized for his exceptional organization building skills as well as his ability to motivate others. As Vice President of Sales, Mr. Calisano is responsible for revenue growth, new and existing business development, implementing strategic sales programs, finding new sales channels and opportunities across multiple industries, and managing DSSa?? national direct sales force. Prior to joining Document Security Systems, Mr. Carlisano was Manager, Global Accounts at WebEx Communications, Inc. He grew revenue directly or through channel partners for numerous accounts, and consistently surpassed his annual quotas. In addition to his background with large organizations, Mr. Carlisano has spearheaded two start-up companies.

Ms. Frederick is actively working with many clients and trading partners internationally to commercialize Document Security System, Inc.'s innovative technologies. For over 18 years she has worked with security printers and technology companies whose focus has been the protection of documents and products. Prior to joining DSS in January 2004, Ms. Frederick was an Associate of Sharon Carr Associates, Ltd., a security solutions consultant company for technology companies as well as brand owners and governments concerned with product and document security. Prior to becoming a consultant in 1997, Ms. Frederick worked in the high end security document industry including a position as Regional Sales Manager for Canadian Bank Note, a large printer of currency and security documents, and Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Ashton-Potter, a major printer of US and Canadian postage. In her role at DSS, Ms. Frederick develops and manages business relationships in Canada and Internationally. Ms. Frederick holds a B.Sc. degree from Carleton University, Ottawa.

Robert B. Fagenson is the Chairman and President of Fagenson & Co., Inc., a New York Stock Exchange member brokerage firm. Mr. Fagenson has been a Member of the New York Stock Exchange since 1973, and formerly served as a Director and Vice Chairman of the New York Stock Exchange. Mr. Fagenson also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Cash Technologies Inc (AMEX: TQ). Mr. Fagenson was appointed to our Board of Directors in September 2004, and was named the Chairman of the Board in January 2008.

Robin Pedace joined Document Security Systems as Director of Marketing and PR in December 2006. She is responsible for expanding and overseeing all of the company's marketing, public relations, and communications initiatives while developing strategic programs to grow the business nationally and internationally. Prior to DSS, Ms. Pedace was a Senior Manager with Sprint Nextel Communications where she handled internal marketing and communications for the Engineering and Operations, IT and Technology Development groups nationally. Before joining Sprint Nextel Communications, Ms. Pedace was Director of Marketing with CityNet Telecommunications where she was responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing programs to support channel sales and expand the company's reach through multi-media outlets.

A memberof Outside Counsel's board of directors, Ira joined IDT Corporation in January 2000 and has been President of IDT since 2001. Prior to joining IDT, Ira was a partner of Morrison & Foerster from February 1997 to November 1999, where he served as Chairman of the New York office's Business Department. He was previously an associate in the New York and Toronto offices of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. From 1992 to 1996 Ira served on the Securities Advisory Committee to the Ontario Securities Commission, and from 1991 to 1992 he also served as counsel to the Ontario Securities Commission advising on the implementation of the Multijurisdictional Disclosure System with the SEC. Ira received a J.D. from Columbia University.
