Benedict P. Rybicki began his career with the firm in 1991 and became a director of the firm in 1998. He is an audit director who specializes in merger and acquisition engagements, finance and mortgage banking companies, and closely-held corporations in the auto dealership and construction industries.

Janice M. Fortin began her career with the firm in 1986 and became a tax director in 2006. She specializes in employee benefits and has extensive experience in the compliance and planning aspects of profit-sharing and 401(k) plans, including:

M. Jackson Morris has served the firm in the capacity of director since 1975. A specialist in closely held corporations, Mr. Morris has extensive experience in the areas of auto dealerships, mortgage banking, construction, and manufacturing. In addition to providing technical expertise to clients, he functions extensively as a proactive business consultant.

James A. Koepke specializes in large general contractors, specialty contractors, large and small manufacturers, architectural firms, marketing companies, and government entities. He is currently responsible for developing accounting and auditing policies, continuing education, and monitoring the firm's compliance with professional standards.

Timothy D. Gunn has been with the firm since 1998 and became audit director in 2008. He is responsible for the supervision of various audit, review, compilation, and consulting engagements in the areas of manufacturing, construction, service, not-for-profit, retail, and municipalities. He has 12 years of public accounting experience.

Joe DeGennaro began his career with the firm in 1976 and became a director in 1983. He is director in charge of the tax department and is a past member of the firm's Management Committee. He is a specialist in the areas of corporate, partnership, and individual taxation, and has extensive experience in business formation as well. His specific expertise encompasses the manufacturing and construction industries, non-profit, tax exempt entities, real estate, and related fields.

Michael J. DePoli began his career with the firm in 1984 and became a director in 1995. He specializes in closely held corporations and has extensive experience with dealers of major equipment, trucking and equipment lessors, manufacturers, specialty and general contractors, and various professional and service industries. He has also managed several client acquisitions.
