Dollar Financial Corp.

Jeffrey Weiss has served as Dollar Financial’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since an affiliate of Bear Stearns & Co. Inc. acquired the company in May 1990. Until June 1992, Mr. Weiss was also a Managing Director at Bear Stearns with primary responsibility for the firm's investments in small to mid-sized companies, in addition to serving as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for several of these companies. Mr. Weiss is also the author of several popular financial guides.

Larry Taylor, of National Money Mart, has served in this capacity since March 2009. Mr. Taylor brings well over 20 years of executive leadership experience in the financial industry to Dollar Financial. Most recently Mr. Taylor served as CEO for Travelex Americas with operations in the USA, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. Travelex is a privately held global financial services firm with revenue greater than one billion dollars with offices and retail locations in thirty-five countries. Prior to Travelex, Mr. Taylor held the position of Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young Canada Inc. In May 2000, Cap Gemini purchased Ernst & Young's Management Consulting, Canada. Mr. Taylor was instrumental in negotiating the transaction.

Sydney Franchuk previously served as President of Dollar Financial’s Canadian operations from 1997 to 2005. Previously, Mr. Franchuk held the position of Vice President of Finance and Administration for National Money Mart Co. and Check Mart, an affiliated company in the United States. Prior to joining Dollar Financial in 1985, Mr. Franchuk was a public accountant with Woods & Company Chartered Accountants (now Ernst & Young LLP) and is a Certified Management Accountant.

Carl joined Dollar Financial in July 2008 as the Chief Credit Officer. He brings a tremendous amount of experience in consumer lending in both the domestic and international markets. Carl served as the Director of Credit for Lloyds TSB and was responsible for managing credit risk for 18bn of assets across two portfolios. Prior to Lloyds, Carl was the Vice President of Consulting and Analytics for Experian-Scores Americas where he led due diligence and business development initiatives resulting in significant growth. Carl also served as the Vice President of Decision Management for Citigroup/The Associates. He was responsible for developing profitability based strategic initiatives across the lifecycle for legacy bankcard portfolio of over $4 billion. Carl received his Business Administration degree from the University of Memphis.

Norman Miller was appointed as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Dollar Financial Corp effective on April 1, 2007. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Miller was employed by Aramark, Inc., as Group President Sports & Entertainment from 2004 to 2006 and as President Correctional Services from 2002 to 2004.

Norman Miller was appointed as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Dollar Financial Corp effective on April 1, 2007. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Miller was employed by Aramark, Inc., as Group President Sports & Entertainment from 2004 to 2006 and as President Correctional Services from 2002 to 2004.

Peter Sokolowski has served as Dollar Financial’s Vice President, Chief Credit Officer since October 2002 and has overall responsibility for the oversight of underwriting, analysis and performance monitoring for the company’s credit products. He also served as our Vice President, Finance from 1991 to 2002. Prior to joining Dollar Financial, Mr. Sokolowski worked in various financial positions in the commercial banking industry.

Randy Underwood joined us as Dollar Financial's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in June 2004. Previously, Mr. Underwood served for three years as Senior Vice President, Global Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer for The Coleman Company, Inc. Prior to his tenure at The Coleman Company, Mr. Underwood held senior executive positions with Strategic Development Partners, Inc. from 1999 through 2000 and Thorn Americas, Inc., the parent of Rent-A-Center, Inc., from 1988 through 1998. Earlier in his career, he practiced as a Certified Public Accountant with the firm of Peat, Marwick, Mitchell and Co.

Randy Underwood has served as our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since June 2004. Previously, Mr. Underwood served for three years as Senior Vice President, Global Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer for The Coleman Company, Inc. Prior to his tenure at The Coleman Company, Mr. Underwood held senior executive positions with Strategic Development Partners, Inc. from 1999 through 2000 and with Thorn Americas, Inc., the parent company of Rent-A-Center, Inc., including Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and Division President, from 1988 through 1998. Earlier in his career, he practiced as a Certified Public Accountant with the firm of Peat, Marwick, Mitchell and Co.

Mike Hudachek has served as our Senior Vice President, US Retail since November 2007. Before joining Dollar Financial, Mike held the position of Senior Vice President of NFI Industries where he managed a $400 million division. Prior to NFI, he held the position of Regional Vice President of Aramark. In this role he was responsible for managing a $300 million dollar budget and 8,000 employees. While in this position, Mike's region was awarded "Region of the Year." Mike earned his Bachelor degree from the US Military Academy. He served in the Army retiring as a Captain in 1987.

Roy W. Hibberd has served as our Senior Vice President, General Counsel since July 2005. Prior to joining us, Mr. Hibberd served as a Managing Director of Smooth Engine, Inc., a consulting company providing services to growth-oriented companies and private equity firms from 2004 to July 2005 and as a Managing Director of Millennium Services Corp., a franchise and business consulting firm, from 2002 to July 2005. From 2000 to 2002, he served as the General Counsel and Managing Director (US) for the United States operations of Virtual Internet, plc, a London based public company providing internet services and from 1996 to 1999 as the Vice President and General Manager, The Americas for the American Express Company.

William Van Den Acre is Vice President of US Operations for Dollar Financial Group. He started in 1995 and has held most positions in the organization. Bill has had oversight for all US operations since 2002. Prior experience includes 20 years with Southland Corp, BJ's Wholesale Club and Best Buy. Time spent in operations, franchising and training.

Clive Kahn has served as a director and as a member of the audit committee and corporate governance and nominating committee of our board since April 30, 2007. Mr. Kahn, a chartered accountant, has served since August 2007 as the Chief Executive Officer of Cardsave Ltd., a provider of point of sale terminals and credit card processing facilities. Prior to that, Mr. Kahn was the Chief Executive Officer of Travelex Limited. Prior to becoming Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Kahn was the Chief Financial Officer of Travelex Limited. Mr. Kahn was employed by Travelex for twenty-one years. Prior to his employment with Travelex, Mr. Kahn practiced as a chartered accountant with the firm of BDO Stoy Hawyard.

Jon joined LGP in 1994. Previously he worked in corporate finance at DLJ in Los Angeles. Jon presently serves on the Board of Directors of Arrow Group Industries, Inc., AsianMedia Group LLC, David's Bridal, Inc., HITS, Inc., Motorsport Aftermarket Group, The Sports Authority, Inc., The Tire Rack, Inc., and Varsity Brands, Inc. Jon has served on the Board of Directors of Big 5 Sporting Goods Corporation, Diamond Triumph Auto Glass, Inc., Dollar Financial Group, Inc., Gart Sports Company, Liberty Group Publishing, Inc., and White Cap Industries, Inc. He earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Systems Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Jon joined LGP in 1990. Previously Jon was a Managing Director in corporate finance at Drexel, which he joined in 1985. Prior to Drexel, Jon was a Principal of Hambrecht & Quist from 1984 to 1985, and prior to that, he was with Woodman, Kirkpatrick & Gilbreath (which subsequently merged with Hambrecht & Quist) and Merrill Lynch & Co. Jon presently serves on the Board of Directors of Arrow Group Industries, Inc., The Brickman Group, Ltd., David's Bridal, Inc., Intercontinental Art, Inc., Jetro Cash & Carry, Inc., Rite Aid Corporation, The Sports Authority, Inc., The Tire Rack, Inc., Tourneau, Inc., and Varsity Brands, Inc. Jon has served on the Board of Directors of Big 5 Sporting Goods Corporation, Carr-Gottstein Foods Co., Diamond Triumph Auto Glass, Inc., Dollar Financial Group, Inc., MC Sporting Goods, Rival Manufacturing Co., Thrifty PayLess Holdings, Inc., Tuboscope, Inc., Vans, Inc., and White Cap Industries, Inc. Jon serves on the Williams College Endowment Committee for Private Equity Investment. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Economy and History from Williams College.

Lawrence E. Golub has served as our Chief Executive Officer since April 2007. Mr. Golub is also the Chief Executive Officer of Golub Capital, a company he founded in 1994. Mr. Golub previously spent ten years as a principal investor and investment banker. As a Managing Director of the Risk Merchant Bank at Bankers Trust Company, he applied derivative products to principal investing and merger and acquisitions transactions. As a Managing Director of Wasserstein Perella Capital Markets, Inc., he established that firm s capital markets group and debt restructuring practice. As an officer of Allen & Company Incorporated, he engaged in principal investing, mergers and acquisitions advisory engagements and corporate finance transactions. Mr. Golub, a former White House Fellow, is active in charitable and civic organizations. He is Treasurer of the White House Fellows Foundation, President of the Harvard University JD-MBA Alumni Association and a member of the Harvard University Committee on Science. Mr. Golub earned his A.B. degree in Economics from Harvard College. He received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, where he was selected as a Baker Scholar, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he served as an editor of the Harvard Law Review . Mr. Golub is the brother of David B. Golub, our President. David B. Golub has served as our President since April 2007. Mr. Golub joined Golub Capital as Vice Chairman in January 2004. From 1995 through October 2003, Mr. Golub was a Managing Director of Centre Partners Management LLC, a private equity firm. He founded and served until 2004 as Chairman of Centre Pacific, LLC, a manager of leveraged loans and high yield bonds. From 1995 through 2000, Mr. Golub also served as a Managing Director of Corporate Partners, a private equity fund affiliated with Lazard Freres & Co. formed to acquire significant minority stakes in established companies. Mr. Golub is Chairman of the Board of the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson s Research. He also serves on the board of directors of Dollar Financial Group and the Burton Corporation. Mr. Golub is also Chief Executive Officer of Bayshore Income Funds LLC, a manager of leveraged loan funds. Mr. Golub earned his A.B. degree in Government from Harvard College. He received an M.Phil. in International Relations from Oxford University, where he was a Marshall Scholar, and an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was named an Arjay Miller Scholar. Mr. Golub is the brother of Lawrence E. Golub, our Chief Executive Officer.

Michael joined LGP in 2000. Previously he worked in the Financial Sponsors Group of Deutsche Banc Alex Brown in Los Angeles since 1996. Michael presently serves on the Board of Directors of David's Bridal, Inc., Petco Animal Supplies, Inc., and has previously served on the Board of Directors of Dollar Financial Group, Inc., and Phoenix Scientific, Inc. He is also actively involved with LGP's investments in AsianMedia Group LLC and Jetro Cash & Carry, Inc., and was previously involved with VCA Antech, Inc. Michael is a CFA charterholder. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Pomona College.
