Jeffrey Weiss has served as Dollar Financial’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since an affiliate of Bear Stearns & Co. Inc. acquired the company in May 1990. Until June 1992, Mr. Weiss was also a Managing Director at Bear Stearns with primary responsibility for the firm's investments in small to mid-sized companies, in addition to serving as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for several of these companies. Mr. Weiss is also the author of several popular financial guides.

Larry Taylor, of National Money Mart, has served in this capacity since March 2009. Mr. Taylor brings well over 20 years of executive leadership experience in the financial industry to Dollar Financial. Most recently Mr. Taylor served as CEO for Travelex Americas with operations in the USA, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. Travelex is a privately held global financial services firm with revenue greater than one billion dollars with offices and retail locations in thirty-five countries. Prior to Travelex, Mr. Taylor held the position of Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young Canada Inc. In May 2000, Cap Gemini purchased Ernst & Young's Management Consulting, Canada. Mr. Taylor was instrumental in negotiating the transaction.
Sydney Franchuk previously served as President of Dollar Financial’s Canadian operations from 1997 to 2005. Previously, Mr. Franchuk held the position of Vice President of Finance and Administration for National Money Mart Co. and Check Mart, an affiliated company in the United States. Prior to joining Dollar Financial in 1985, Mr. Franchuk was a public accountant with Woods & Company Chartered Accountants (now Ernst & Young LLP) and is a Certified Management Accountant.
Carl joined Dollar Financial in July 2008 as the Chief Credit Officer. He brings a tremendous amount of experience in consumer lending in both the domestic and international markets. Carl served as the Director of Credit for Lloyds TSB and was responsible for managing credit risk for 18bn of assets across two portfolios. Prior to Lloyds, Carl was the Vice President of Consulting and Analytics for Experian-Scores Americas where he led due diligence and business development initiatives resulting in significant growth. Carl also served as the Vice President of Decision Management for Citigroup/The Associates. He was responsible for developing profitability based strategic initiatives across the lifecycle for legacy bankcard portfolio of over $4 billion. Carl received his Business Administration degree from the University of Memphis.

Mike Hudachek has served as our Senior Vice President, US Retail since November 2007. Before joining Dollar Financial, Mike held the position of Senior Vice President of NFI Industries where he managed a $400 million division. Prior to NFI, he held the position of Regional Vice President of Aramark. In this role he was responsible for managing a $300 million dollar budget and 8,000 employees. While in this position, Mike's region was awarded "Region of the Year." Mike earned his Bachelor degree from the US Military Academy. He served in the Army retiring as a Captain in 1987.

Lawrence E. Golub has served as our Chief Executive Officer since April 2007. Mr. Golub is also the Chief Executive Officer of Golub Capital, a company he founded in 1994. Mr. Golub previously spent ten years as a principal investor and investment banker. As a Managing Director of the Risk Merchant Bank at Bankers Trust Company, he applied derivative products to principal investing and merger and acquisitions transactions. As a Managing Director of Wasserstein Perella Capital Markets, Inc., he established that firm s capital markets group and debt restructuring practice. As an officer of Allen & Company Incorporated, he engaged in principal investing, mergers and acquisitions advisory engagements and corporate finance transactions. Mr. Golub, a former White House Fellow, is active in charitable and civic organizations. He is Treasurer of the White House Fellows Foundation, President of the Harvard University JD-MBA Alumni Association and a member of the Harvard University Committee on Science. Mr. Golub earned his A.B. degree in Economics from Harvard College. He received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, where he was selected as a Baker Scholar, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he served as an editor of the Harvard Law Review . Mr. Golub is the brother of David B. Golub, our President. David B. Golub has served as our President since April 2007. Mr. Golub joined Golub Capital as Vice Chairman in January 2004. From 1995 through October 2003, Mr. Golub was a Managing Director of Centre Partners Management LLC, a private equity firm. He founded and served until 2004 as Chairman of Centre Pacific, LLC, a manager of leveraged loans and high yield bonds. From 1995 through 2000, Mr. Golub also served as a Managing Director of Corporate Partners, a private equity fund affiliated with Lazard Freres & Co. formed to acquire significant minority stakes in established companies. Mr. Golub is Chairman of the Board of the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson s Research. He also serves on the board of directors of Dollar Financial Group and the Burton Corporation. Mr. Golub is also Chief Executive Officer of Bayshore Income Funds LLC, a manager of leveraged loan funds. Mr. Golub earned his A.B. degree in Government from Harvard College. He received an M.Phil. in International Relations from Oxford University, where he was a Marshall Scholar, and an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was named an Arjay Miller Scholar. Mr. Golub is the brother of Lawrence E. Golub, our Chief Executive Officer.
