The following is a glossary of certain defined terms used in this Annual Report on Form 10-K. ?Administrative Services Agreement? means the Administrative Services Agreement dated as of June 28, 1994, between Dominion Resources and the Trust, a copy of which is filed as an exhibit to this Form 10-K. ?Bcf? means billion cubic feet of natural gas. ?Btu? means British Thermal Unit, the common unit of gross heating value measurement for natural gas. ?Code? means the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. ?Company? means Dominion Black Warrior Basin, Inc., an Alabama corporation and a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of Dominion Resources. ?Company Interests? means the Company?s interest in the Underlying Properties, as of June 1, 1994, not burdened by the Royalty Interests. ?Company Interests Owner? means the Company while it owns all or part of the Company Interests and any other person or persons who acquire all or any part of the Company Interests or any operating rights therein other than a royalty, overriding royalty, production payment or net profits interest.
