Gary L. Sypolt, 55, will become Chief Executive Officer of Dominion Energy. Mr. Sypolt is currently President of Dominion Energy.

Mary C. Doswell is senior vice president-Regulation and Integrated Planning. Her responsibilities include oversight of state and federal regulatory strategy, filings, and proceedings, as well as Dominion’s conservation and load management initiatives, and integrated resource planning. She previously served as president and chief executive officer of Dominion Resources Services Inc., where she oversaw Dominion’s Human Resources, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Facility, Fleet, and Security operations, as well as Dominion’s Six Sigma program. Doswell joined Dominion’s Virginia Power subsidiary as an economist. She has held leadership positions in several Dominion operating units, including Regulation, Market Research, Forecasting, Market Analysis and Planning, Marketing, Corporate Center Restructuring, Corporate Strategy, Construction and Customer Service, Metering Services, and Billing and Credit. She assumed her current position on Oct. 1, 2007. She received her B.A. degree in physics cum laude from Mount Holyoke College in Massachusetts. She received a master’s degree in Materials Engineering, with a concentration in econometrics, from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She also attended the Darden Executive Development Program at the University of Virginia Graduate School of Business in 1996. Doswell is a member of the Sigma Xi Honorary Research Society and the Society of Women Engineers. She serves on the board of directors of Venture Richmond, and as chairman of the board of the Virginia Commonwealth University Rice Center for Environmental Life Sciences. Doswell also is a member of the Richmond Ballet Corporate Council, serves on the Productivity Advisory Committee for the State of Virginia, and is president of the Poseidon Swimming Foundation.

Dr. Shirley Robinson Pippins is the President of Suffolk County Community College. Suffolk County Community College (SCCC) is a comprehensive publicly-supported, two-year, open enrollment, multi-campus institution located in the easternmost county of Long Island, New York. The service area for the college is approximately 900 square miles with a population of 1.5 million people. SCCC has a current enrollment of over 21,000 credit students and 10,500 continuing education students. Dr. Pippins is the first woman, and the first African-American to lead the college in its history. She was recently designated as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Long Islanders Long Island Business December 6, 2005. A native of East Chicago, Indiana, Dr. Pippins came to Suffolk County Community College from Thomas Nelson Community College in Hampton, Virginia, where she served as its President for eight years. Prior to her association with Thomas Nelson Community College, she was a Vice President and Dean of Adult and Continuing Education at Westchester Community College. She previously served as director of Westchester Community College's corporate education program. Dr. Pippins earned her doctorate at Teachers College, Columbia University and has completed studies at Harvard University's Institute for Educational Management. She received her bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois, where she graduated as a member of the Phi Beta Kappa national honor society. She holds master's degrees from the University of Illinois and from Manhattanville College in New York. Dr. Pippins has more than 25 years of leadership, management, consulting, teaching and faculty development experience. She has worked in both the public and private sectors. During 1991, she served in South Africa, through the U.S. Information Agency, as an Academic Specialist assisting educators in exploring alternative models of higher education, including community colleges. Dr. Pippins has participated in the Joint Civilian Orientation Conference (JCOC) and also served on the American Association of Community Colleges' (AACC) Commission on International/Intercultural Services and the Guidance and Admission Assembly Council of the national organization, the College Board. Dr. Pippins is a member of the executive committee of the board of the American Association of Community Colleges and serve as the immediate past chair of their audit and finance committee. She is the past chair of the American Council on Education's Commission on Women in Higher Education. Dr. Pippins is a member of the Board of Trustees of Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, New York. Dr. Pippins has three grown children. She resides in Calverton, New York.

DAVID A. WOLLARD, founding chairman of the board, emeritus, Exempla Healthcare. He is a director of Vectra Bank Colorado. He received his undergraduate degree from Harvard College and graduated from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking. Mr. Wollard held a variety of executive positions with banking institutions in Florida and Colorado, where he was the president of Bank One Colorado, N.A. Mr. Wollard has been a Director since 1999.

FRANK S. ROYAL, physician. He is a director of SunTrust Banks, Inc., CSX Corporation and Smithfield Foods, Inc. Dr. Royal also served as a director of Chesapeake Corporation from 1990 to 2007. Dr. Royal received his undergraduate degree from Virginia Union University and his medical degree from Meharry Medical College. Mr. Royal has been a Director since 1994.

GEORGE A. DAVIDSON, JR., retired chairman of the board of directors of Dominion and former chairman and chief executive officer of Consolidated Natural Gas Company. He is a director of PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. and Goodrich Corporation. Mr. Davidson received his undergraduate degree in petroleum engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. He served in a variety of management and executive positions with CNG for 34 years and is a former chairman of the American Gas Association. Mr. Davidson has been a Director since 2000.

John W. Harris formed The Harris Group in January 1992. In 1999 they formed Lincoln Harris, an affiliate company of Lincoln Property Company. The firm is a real estate services firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina. A lifetime resident of Charlotte, Mr. Harris was formerly President of The Bissell Companies, Inc., a major commercial real estate and investment management company. Margaret A. McKenna has been President of the Wal-Mart Foundation, since September 4, 2007. Margaret oversees all aspects of the company's corporate giving strategy. The Wal-Mart Foundation is the largest corporate foundation in the world. Prior to joining Wal-Mart Foundation, Margaret A. McKenna was the President of Lesley University, a position she held since 1985. President McKenna oversaw a budget of $100 million dollars and a student body of 13,000. The institution prepares women and men for professional careers in education, human services, management, and the arts. It has a national presence and reputation in education, particularly teacher education, and the growing field of technology in education. It is the largest provider of graduate education to classroom teachers in the U.S., and is the ninth-leading provider of master's degrees in the U.S. Previous to her appointment at Lesley, Margaret McKenna served as Director of the Bunting Institute and Vice President at Radcliffe College, as White House Deputy Counsel to President Jimmy Carter, and as a Deputy Under Secretary in the U.S. Department of Education. Prior to her government service, Dr. McKenna served as Executive Director of the International Association of Human Rights Organizations and as a trial attorney with the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. President McKenna serves on the boards Dominion Resources, Inc., the Wal-Mart Foundation and is currently Chair of the Cisco Learning Institute Board. Additionally, she is a director on numerous non-profit boards - the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, Datatel Scholars Foundation, The Princeton Review and the Contributions Committee of the Conference Board. Until January 2004, she was Board Chair for the Council of Independent Colleges. She also served on The American Council on Education's President's Task Force on Teacher Education and the Task Force on Education of the Center on American Progress. She is the recipient of six honorary degrees and of numerous awards, including the Lelia J. Robinson Award from the Women's Bar Association of Massachusetts and the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, Pinnacle Award for Lifetime Achievement.

MARK J. KINGTON, managing director, X-10 Capital Management, LLC and president, Kington Management Corporation, an investment firm. He is and has been the principal officer and investor in several communications firms and is a founding and managing member of Columbia Capital, LLC, a venture capital firm specializing in the communications and information technology industries. Mr. Kington received his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from the University of Virginia. Mr. Kington has been a Director since 2005.

Dr. Richard L. Leatherwood (Outside Director) – currently a director of Dominion Resources, Inc., an integrated gas and electric company, and Chairman Emeritus of the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad Museum, a nonprofit corporation. From 1986 to 1991 Mr. Leatherwood was President and CEO of CSX Equipment Group. In 1985 Mr. Leatherwood was Vice Chairman of Chessie System Railroads and Seaboard. From 1983 to 1985 Mr. Leatherwood was President and CEO of Texas Gas Resources Group.

ROBERT S. JEPSON, JR., chairman and chief executive officer of Jepson Associates, Inc., a private investment firm. Mr. Jepson received his undergraduate and graduate degrees in business and commerce from the University of Richmond. He is the principal contributor and founder of the University of Richmond’s Jepson School of Leadership Studies. Mr. Jepson has been a Director since 2003.

THOMAS F. FARRELL, II, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Dominion since April 2007. Mr. Farrell served as president and chief executive officer of Dominion from January 2006 to April 2007, and prior to that, president and chief operating officer as well as executive vice president. He is chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Virginia Electric and Power Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dominion, and was chairman, president and chief executive officer of Consolidated Natural Gas Company, a former wholly-owned subsidiary of Dominion that merged into Dominion in June 2007. Mr. Farrell is a director of Altria Group, Inc. He received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Virginia, where he is currently a member of the Board of Visitors. He joined Dominion in 1995 after practicing law with a regional law firm and has held several executive management positions for Dominion and its subsidiaries. Mr. Farrell has been a Director since 2005.
