Domino's Pizza

Patrick Doyle is President, Domino’s USA – leading all domestic retail operations, including Team USA, Franchise Operations, Franchise Development and Marketing. Promoted to this newly-created role in 2007 after 10 successful years with the company, Doyle previously held the position of Executive Vice President of Team USA. Mr. Doyle served as Executive Vice President of International from 1999 through October 2004 and was Senior Vice President of Marketing from 1997 until 1999. From 1991 to 1997, Mr. Doyle served as Vice President and General Manager of Gerber Products Company for its domestic baby food business and as Vice President and General Manager of its Canadian subsidiary.

Christopher McGlothlin has been Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Domino’s Pizza since early 2006. Mr. McGlothlin is responsible for providing technology vision and leadership to the company as well as developing and implementing technology initiatives. Prior to joining Domino’s, Mr. McGlothlin served as Vice President of Operations Technology with YUM Brands, the parent company of Pizza Hut. He also held positions with Deloitte and Touche Management Consulting, Strategic Planning Associates and Hewlett-Packard.

Wendy Beck is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, responsible for leading all accounting and financial functions, as well as having a role in the strategic management of the company. Named to this role in April 2008, Beck most recently held the position of Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Treasurer at Whataburger Restaurants, LP based in Corpus Christi, Texas. Before being named CFO in 2004, Beck also served as Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President and Treasurer since 2001.

Asi Sheikh is Executive Vice President of Team USA - overseeing all domestic corporate stores operations. Mr. Sheikh has been with Domino’s Pizza for 28 years and most recently held the position of Corporate Operations Director for New York and New Jersey. By building a world-class team of operators, Mr. Sheikh has successfully driven store growth and store sales in his market since taking it over in 1994. He has been named Domino’s Corporate Operations Director of the Year four times.

James Stansik is our Executive Vice President of Franchise Relations, responsible for maintaining a positive and strong relationship with our franchisees based on open, direct communication and integrity. Prior to being named EVP of Franchise Relations, Mr. Stansik most recently served as EVP of Franchise Development and as EVP of Flawless Execution-Franchise Operations since December 2003. Mr. Stansik served as Special Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer from August 1999 through December 2003 and also served as interim Executive Vice President of Flawless Execution-Corporate Operations of Domino's from July 2000 through January 2001. Mr. Stansik was Senior Vice President of Franchise Administration of Domino's from 1994 through August 1999. Mr. Stansik joined Domino's in 1985.

Ken Rollin has been Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Domino’s Pizza since early 2007. Mr. Rollin oversees all of the Company’s legal, franchise services, leasing and government affairs. Prior to joining Domino’s, Mr. Rollin served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for AutoNation, Inc., the largest car dealer in the U.S. with approximately 330 new vehicle franchises in more than 15 states and more than $18 billion in revenue. He also held a position with Walgreen Co., serving as its Senior Attorney and with two different law firms, gaining increasing experience in the legal field.

David Mounts is Executive Vice President of Supply Chain Services, responsible for leading all 17 Distribution Centers, quality assurance and compliance functions within the company as well as safety and security initiatives. Mr. Mounts has been with Domino’s Pizza since 2005 and spent two years successful as Executive Vice President and CFO before assuming his current role. From 1983 to 2005, Mr. Mounts served numerous roles with UPS, Incorporated, most recently as Corporate Controller of U.S. Operations and CFO of UPS Supply Chain Solutions Group.

Lynn Liddle, has been Executive Vice President, Communications and Investor Relations for Domino's since November 2002. Ms. Liddle oversees all communications initiatives for Domino’s including public and investor relations initiatives and communicating to the diverse group of 1,300 franchisees and 15,000 team members. Prior to joining Domino's, Ms. Liddle was Vice President, Investor Relations and Communications Center, for Valassis, Inc. from 1992 to November 2002. Ms. Liddle joined Valassis in 1981.

Michael Lawton was appointed as our Executive Vice President of International in October 2004. Mr. Lawton oversees all of the Domino’s Pizza business outside of the continental U.S. that includes more than 3,500 stores in more than 60 international markets. Mr. Lawton served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration for International from the time he joined Domino's in 1999 until appointment to Executive Vice President. From 1986 to 1999, Mr. Lawton worked at Gerber Products Company in many roles, and most recently as President of the Baby Care Division, and Senior Vice President/Chief Operating Officer.

Patricia Wilmot has served as our Executive Vice President of PeopleFirst since July 2000. Ms. Wilmot oversees all human resources functions for the company, including compensation, benefits, diversity training, employee relations and recruiting. Ms. Wilmot was a human resources consultant from May 1999 to June 2000. Ms. Wilmot served as Vice President, Human Resources for Brach & Brock Confections from January 1998 to May 1999 and as Vice President, Human and Strategic Planning for ACX Technologies from 1996 to 1998. Ms. Wilmot served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the Häagen-Dazs Company from 1993 to 1996.

Russell Weiner has served as our Executive Vice President of Build the Brand since September 2008. Mr. Weiner oversees all advertising, media, marketing and new product development. Mr. Weiner served as Vice President of Marketing for Pepsi-Cola North America, where he oversaw the entire Cola line. Prior to joining Pepsi in 1998, Mr. Weiner worked at Phillip Morris serving as an Assistant Brand Manager for Benson & Hedges. Before joining Phillip Morris, Mr. Weiner began his marketing career as an account and senior account executive for Kobs & Draft Advertising.

Scott Hinshaw is Executive Vice President of Franchise Operations and Development - responsible for driving continuous growth in store sales and profits for our U.S. franchised Domino’s Pizza stores. Through Franchise Development, Mr. Hinshaw is also responsible for maintaining Domino’s Pizza as the best franchise opportunity in the QSR industry. Mr. Hinshaw has been with Domino’s Pizza for 22 years and most recently held the position of Executive Vice President of Team USA. Mr. Hinshaw joined Domino’s Pizza as an assistant manager at a suburban Chicago store in 1986, and worked his way up through the corporate store system. Mr. Hinshaw has served as a supervisor, a corporate operations director and a zone vice president.

Andrew B. Balson has served on the Board of Directors since March 1999. Mr. Balson also serves on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board of Directors. Mr. Balson has been a Managing Director of Bain Capital, a global investment company, since January 2001. Mr. Balson became a Principal of Bain Capital in June 1998, prior to which he was an Associate from 1996 to 1998. From 1994 to 1996, Mr. Balson was a consultant at Bain & Company. Mr. Balson serves on the Boards of Directors of Burger King Corporation, UGS and a number of other private companies.

Dennis Hightower has served on the Board of Directors and serves as the Chair of the Audit Committee of our Board of Directors since February 2003. He also serves on the Compensation Committee. Mr. Hightower served as chief executive officer of Europe Online Networks, S.A., a broadband interactive entertainment provider, from June 2000 to February 2001. He was Professor of Management at the Harvard Business School from July 1997 to June 2000 and a Senior Lecturer from July 1996 to July 1997. He was previously employed by The Walt Disney Company, serving as President of Walt Disney Television & Telecommunications, President of Disney Consumer Products Division (Europe, Middle East and Africa) and related service in executive positions in Europe. He serves on the Boards of Directors of Accenture, Ltd., Brown Capital Management, Casey Family Programs and the Defense Business Board.

Diana Cantor has served on the Board of Directors since October 2005 and also serves on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee as well as the Audit Committee of the Board. Ms. Cantor has been Executive Director of the Virginia College Savings Plan, a $13.5 billion college savings program, since 1996. She has served on the board of the College Savings Plans Network since 1997 and as its chair from 2001-2004. Ms. Cantor served seven years as Vice President of Richmond Resources, Ltd from 1990-1996, and as Vice President of Goldman, Sachs & Co. from 1985-1990. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Media General, Inc.

Mark Nunnelly has served on the Board of Directors since December 1998 and is a member of the Compensation Committee. Mr. Nunnelly is a Managing Director of Bain Capital, a global investment company. Prior to joining Bain Capital in 1990, Mr. Nunnelly was a Partner of Bain & Company, a global management consulting firm. Mr. Nunnelly serves on the Boards of Directors of Dunkin’ Brands, Inc., Warner Music, Eschelon Telecom, Inc., as well as a number of private companies and not-for-profit organizations.

Robert Rosenberg has served on the Board of Directors since April 1999. Mr. Rosenberg also serves as the Chairman of the Compensation Committee and also serves on the Audit Committee. Mr. Rosenberg served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Allied Domecq Retailing, USA from 1993 to August 1999 when he retired. Allied Domecq Retailing, USA is comprised of Dunkin’ Donuts, Baskin-Robbins and Togo’s Eateries. Mr. Rosenberg also serves on the Boards of Directors of Sonic Corp. and Buffets, Inc. Mr. Rosenberg also serves as an honorary Director of the National Restaurant Association, as well as a trustee of the educations foundation of the International Franchise Association (IFA). He is a past president of the IFA.

Bud Hamilton has served on the Board of Directors since May 2005. Mr. Hamilton also serves as the Chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. Hamilton served in various executive positions for Procter & Gamble from 1967 through 2003. Mr. Hamilton most recently served as Vice President, Innovation - Research & Development-Global from 2002 through 2003. He also served as President of Eurocos, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Procter & Gamble, from 1994 to 1995, Vice President of Procter & Gamble Customer Marketing-North America from 1996 through 1998 and Vice President of Procter & Gamble Customer Business Development-North America from 1999 to 2001. Mr. Hamilton also serves on several non-profit Boards including The School for Advanced Research and the Lensic Performing Arts Center, both based in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
