Domtar Inc.

Has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Domtar since joining the company in 2009. He is also a member of the Board of Directors.

Has been the Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of Domtar since May 2004. He joined Domtar in 1999. Prior to 2004, he was Domtar’s Vice-President, Finance, Pulp and Paper Sales Division and, prior to 2002, Vice-President and Controller.

Gilles Pharand, age 64, is the senior vice-president, corporate affairs of the Company. Mr. Pharand joined Domtar Inc. in 1970 and has been senior vice-president, corporate affairs since 1994, responsible for communications, government relations, internal audit and head office operations. He was also general counsel from 1986 through 2008, responsible for secretariat, legal and environmental affairs. His career in the pulp and paper industry spans over 38 years.

Has been Senior Vice-President, Domtar Distribution Group since 2004. He joined Domtar in 2000 following the acquisition of Ris Paper Company Inc. where he was Vice-President, Sales and Marketing.

Dale Goessl - Dale was elected to the board in 2005. Dale just began "showing up", carting items from the storage area, doing dishes, setting the table, just "doing". He is a core member, devoted to The Neighborhood Table. In his spare time he works at Domtar.

Formerly Vice-President, Fine Paper Manufacturing, of Weyerhaeuser as of 2002. Since joining Weyerhaeuser in 1994 he held various management positions in the pulp and paper operations. Prior to Weyerhaeuser, he worked at Domtar for 11 years. As Senior Vice-President, he is responsible for pulp and paper manufacturing operations.

Was Vice-President of Fine Papers for Weyerhaeuser since 2005. Prior to 2005, he was Vice-President for Business Papers. He joined Weyerhaeuser in 2002 when Willamette Industries, Inc. was acquired by Weyerhaeuser. At Willamette, he held various management positions in operations since joining in 1992. As Senior Vice-President, he is responsible for pulp and paper sales, customer service, product development and the marketing of all pulp and paper grades produced at the mills.

Trevor D. West, CHRP is President of Psychometrics West, Employment Assessments and Human Resources Consulting, a firm dedicated to helping individuals and organizations to realize their maximum potential. Trevor obtained his HND Business Degree in the United Kingdom and became a Certified Human Resources Professional in 1990. He has in excess of twenty-five years as a Human Resources Practitioner working with organizations such as Massey Ferguson Ltd., Domtar Packaging, The Woodbridge Group, Western Star Trucks, SRI Homes Inc., and Lake City Casinos Ltd. In addition he has eight years experience in engineering and plant management capacities in Canada and the UK. Trevor has been working with Psychometric Assessment Instruments for more than fifteen years and is qualified to administer both trait (Prevue ) and type (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) instruments. Trevor has been a resident in the Okanagan for seventeen years and has provided consulting services to clients, private, public and not for profit across Canada and the US, since 1992.

Zygmunt Jablonski , age 55, is the senior vice-president and general counsel of the Company. Mr. Jablonski joined Domtar in 2008, after serving in various in-house counsel positions for major manufacturing and distribution companies in the paper industry for 13 years most recently, as executive vice-president, general counsel and secretary. From 1985 to 1994, he practiced law in Washington, DC.

Mr. Moore was President and Chief Executive Officer of the American Forest and Paper Association, the national trade association of the forest, paper and wood products industry, from 1995 to 2006. He was also President of the International Council of Forest Product Associations from 2002 to 2004. Mr. Moore was previously Deputy Secretary of Energy from 1989 to 1992 and in 1992 became Deputy Chief of Staff for President George Bush. From 1975 to 1987 he represented the Sixth Congressional District of Louisiana in the U.S. House of Representatives. Mr. Moore also serves on the board of directors of Domtar Corporation.
