Richard N. Berman has been President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Company since its incep-tion in October 1978. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. Steven L. Berman has been Executive Vice-President, Secretary-Treasurer and a Director of the Company since its inception. He attended Temple University.

Fred V. Frigo joined the Company in March 1997 as Director, Operations and was named Senior Vice President, Operations in September 2003. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Frigo was the Plant Manager for Cooper Industries (Federal Mogul), where he was responsible for their Wagner Brake Plant in Boston and following that the Wagner Lighting Operations in Boyertown Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Elmhurst College.

Joseph M. Beretta joined the Company in January 2004 as Senior Vice President, Product. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Beretta was employed by Cardone Industries, Inc., most recently as its Chief Operating Officer. Cardone is a remanufacturer and supplier of automotive replacement parts. He is a graduate of Oral Roberts University.

Thomas J Knoblauch joined the Company in April 2005 as Vice President and General Counsel. In May 2005, Mr. Knoblauch was appointed Assistant Secretary. Prior to joining the Company he was Corporate Counsel at SunGard Data Systems, Inc. and General Counsel at Rosenbluth International, Inc. He is a graduate of Widener University, St. Joseph's University , and the Widener University School of Law. Mr. Knoblauch is a member of both the Pennsylvania and New York Bar.

Hi, I am Debby Hecker, CPP. As the Corporate Payroll Manager for R & B, Inc. in Colmar, PA I oversee the timekeeping, payroll and tax processing for our 900 employees, nationwide. R&B, Inc. is one of the leaders in the aftermarket auto industry, packaging and distributing hard-to-find auto parts for the automotive industry and also hardware fasteners to the retail industry. I have been in the payroll field for over 13 years and earned my CPP designation in 2000, recertifying in 2005. I am an active member of the APA on both the national and local levels. On the local level I am the current SEPA chapter vice-president and have facilitated a study group, helped coordinate the successful 2005 PA Statewide Conference and I serve on all other chapter committees as needed. On the national level I am a member of the Hotline Referral Committee and the Local PA Earned Income Tax Reform Committee. I have also contributed several articles to Progressive Business's Keep Up To Date on Payroll.

George L. Bernstein has served as a director since 1991. Mr Bernstein has been President of GLB Consulting, a management consulting firm, since 2002. He was Chief Financial Officer of Howard Fischer Associates International, Inc., an executive search firm, from 1994 to 2002. Previously he was Chief Operating Officer of Dilworth, Paxson, Kalish & Kauffman, a law firm in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania that he joined in 1991.

John F. Creamer, Jr. has served as a director since 1995. Mr. Creamer is currently President of Distribution Marketing Services, Inc., a marketing consulting firm for the automotive aftermarket located in Phoenix, Arizona. He is a former director and former vice chairman of the Board of Directors of Echlin Corporation, an automotive parts company, and past president of the Automotive Warehouse Distributors Association (AWDA).
