Joe Tracy has been president of Dot Transportation since 1994. He was named Chief Operating Officer in 2007. Prior to that, Joe was Executive Vice President of Operations. He started his career at Dot in 1987, and has held positions in sales, purchasing, warehouse operations and transportation. Mary Tracy Sullivan started with Dot as an Outside Sales Representative in 1982. She eventually became the Assistant Director of Operations at the Memphis Distribution Center.
