Darin Beebower is a partner in the new Madison Partners, where he serves as director of Multifamily Assets and Residential Development. In addition to extensive work in multifamily properties, Mr. Beebower has more than 12 years of experience in the acquisition and disposition of investments, including single-family homes, land, office, industrial and retail properties. Since 1998, Beebower has completed the sale of more than 4,000 units with a consideration of more than $200 million. Since joining Madison Partners in 2001, Beebower has brokered the sale of nearly 1,000 units of multifamily assets. Among his investor investment are some of the best-known names in commercial real estate including Albion Pacific, Archstone Communities, California Federal Bank, Douglas Emmett & Co., Ezralow Company, Fidelity Federal Bank, Goldrich & Kest, JMA Properties, Metropolitan Pacific and Donald T. Sterling. Among Darin's most notable transactions are the 172-unit 8606-8710 Pershing Drive in Playa del Rey for $19 million; the 272-unit 4040 Boulder Highway in Las Vegas, for $11.7 million; 145 units at 419, 425-427, and 447 Grand View St., in Los Angeles for $7 million; and the 70-unit 1745 N.
