Douglas Emmett Inc.

Mr. Kaplan is the Chief Executive Officer and President for Douglas Emmett, Inc. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of DEI. Mr. Kaplan is responsible for overseeing all of DEI's capital markets activities, as well as property acquisitions and dispositions. He joined DEI's predecessor company, Douglas, Emmett and Company in 1986 and co-founded Douglas Emmett Realty Advisors in 1991, which grew during the 1990's into a large manager of institutional real estate funds. Mr. Kaplan received his bachelor's degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1983 and his M.B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1986.

Ms. Orr is the Chief Accounting Officer for Douglas Emmett, Inc. Ms. Orr is responsible for overseeing DEI's accounting department. She joined an affiliate of DEI's predecessor company, Douglas, Emmett and Company in 1988 and joined Douglas, Emmett and Company in 1998. Ms. Orr received her bachelor's degree from California State University, East Bay in 1979 and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Panzer is the Chief Operating Officer for Douglas Emmett, Inc. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of DEI. Mr. Panzer is responsible for overseeing all of DEI's operations including leasing, property management, construction, and development activities. He joined DEI's predecessor company, Douglas, Emmett and Company in 1984 and co-founded Douglas Emmett Realty Advisors in 1991, which grew during the 1990's into a large manager of institutional real estate funds. Mr. Panzer received his bachelor's degree from Penn State University in 1982.

Mr. Kamer is the Chief Financial Officer for Douglas Emmett, Inc. Mr. Kamer oversees all of DEI's financing activities and investor relations. He joined DEI's predecessor company, Douglas, Emmett and Company in 2000. Prior to joining Douglas, Emmett and Company, Mr. Kamer was an attorney for 22 years, focusing exclusively on real estate and real estate finance matters and was a partner at the law firm of Cox, Castle & Nicholson, LLP from 1986 through 1999. Mr. Kamer received his bachelor's degree from Vassar College in 1973, his master's degree in city and regional planning from Harvard University in 1978, and his J.D. degree from Boston University, also in 1978.

Mr. Golad is the Senior Vice President of Property Management for Douglas Emmett, Inc. Mr. Golad is responsible for overseeing all of DEI's property management operations. Mr. Golad joined DEI's predecessor company, Douglas, Emmett and Company in 1988. Prior to joining Douglas, Emmett and Company, Mr. Golad was a senior acquisitions officer with Chase Manhattan Bank and Glendale Federal Bank. Mr. Golad received his bachelor's degree from Claremont McKenna College in 1977.

Mr. Means is the Senior Vice President of Commercial Leasing for Douglas Emmett, Inc. Mr. Means is responsible for overseeing all of DEI’s office and retail leasing activities. He joined DEI’s predecessor company, Douglas, Emmett and Company in 1998. Prior to joining the Douglas Emmett Company, Mr. Means was a corporate real estate officer at both the Walt Disney Company and Health Net. Mr. Means received his bachelor's degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1983.

Darin Beebower is a partner in the new Madison Partners, where he serves as director of Multifamily Assets and Residential Development. In addition to extensive work in multifamily properties, Mr. Beebower has more than 12 years of experience in the acquisition and disposition of investments, including single-family homes, land, office, industrial and retail properties. Since 1998, Beebower has completed the sale of more than 4,000 units with a consideration of more than $200 million. Since joining Madison Partners in 2001, Beebower has brokered the sale of nearly 1,000 units of multifamily assets. Among his investor investment are some of the best-known names in commercial real estate including Albion Pacific, Archstone Communities, California Federal Bank, Douglas Emmett & Co., Ezralow Company, Fidelity Federal Bank, Goldrich & Kest, JMA Properties, Metropolitan Pacific and Donald T. Sterling. Among Darin's most notable transactions are the 172-unit 8606-8710 Pershing Drive in Playa del Rey for $19 million; the 272-unit 4040 Boulder Highway in Las Vegas, for $11.7 million; 145 units at 419, 425-427, and 447 Grand View St., in Los Angeles for $7 million; and the 70-unit 1745 N. Orange Drive in Hollywood for $6 million. Beebower holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California.
