David Stevens is Director of Business Development Programs- North America for Tyco Fire & Building Products. He began his career in the fire service as a firefighter, Lieutenant of Fire Prevention and Assistant Fire Chief for Dover, NH. He moved to Tyco as product manager for residential sprinkler systems North America, Regional Product Manager, Regional sales manager southeast, Business Development Manager southeast and advanced to the present position. Mr. Stevens has over 26 years in the fire and sprinkler related industries.

Jennifer joined Dover in 1993. She is Dover's Chief Compliance Officer. Jennifer is also responsible for overseeing Dover's trading process and for the communication of account information among various departments.

Andrea G. Green is a partner in the Dover, Delaware office of Doroshow, Pasquale, Krawitz, Siegel & Bhaya, where she practices in the areas of consumer bankruptcy, worker's compensation and personal injury. She earned her bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton, and her Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Delaware and Maryland, and has practiced in the areas of consumer bankruptcy and consumer litigation in both jurisdictions. Carrie Tyler, RYT, owner and director of Dover Yoga, is known for her playful style of teaching and her strong knowledge of anatomy and alignment. She holds certificates in Pilates, Thai Bodywork, and Reiki and is pursuing a degree in Kinesiology at the University of New Hampshire as well as working towards completion of her childbirth educator certification through ALACE (Association of Labor Assistants and Childbirth Educators.) Jack serves as Town Manager of Dover-Foxcroft and is a Foxcroft Academy grad. After a term as town manager of Baileyville, Maine, Jack has come home to work for the town he loves.

Bob Darling is a consultant with the Maine Department of Labor at the Dover-Foxcroft CareerCenter. The Center provides a variety of employer assistance services in the greater Piscataquis County area and is a key ally in the PCEDC's business assistance activities. Bob has resided in Dover-Foxcroft for the past fourteen years and is a graduate of the first Penquis Leadership Institute, the local leadership development program offered through the Penquis Higher Education Center. He has for many years been involved in Scouting, more recently the Homecoming Committee, and is a past President of the Kiwanis Club of Dover-Foxcroft.

In 2005, Carl Edwards did something no other Nextel Cup Series driver did in one weekend. In the spring event in Atlanta, Carl won the Busch Series race at the 1.54 mile speedway. Then on Sunday he put on a dramatic show in the final laps of the race, running down Jimmie Johnson at the end of the event and passing him on the final turn of the final lap at the finish line. Edwards went on to win three more races in 2005. He won the first race for Jack Roush at the triangular Pocono Raceway, then won back to back races at Atlanta and Texas in the months of October and November. Edwards then went on to finish third in the points standings(tied for second) to Tony Stewart and Greg Biffle. It was a struggling season for Carl Edwards in the Nextel Cup Series during the 2006 season. Edwards went through two crew chief changes and suffered his first season without winning a race under the full-time schedule. In the NASCAR Busch Series, Edwards found his way to second place in the points standings behind chamion Kevin Harvick. Edwards won 4 races, scored 15 top-tens, 25 top-tens, and 3 poles. The next season would be a rejuvinating year for Edwards in both series. In the Nextel Cup Series, Edwards scored 3 victories at three different venues. He broke a long winless streak at Michigan Speedway in June in dominant fashion. He scored his first win in a COT car at Bristol, and then would win at Dover. Edwards would finish ninth in the points standings after having some terrible luck late in the Chase. In the final year of the Busch Series, Carl Edwards would shine. Edwards would win the championship by 618 points over David Reutimann. He would win four times(Nashville/twice, Dover and Bristol) and score 15 top-fives and 21 top-ten finishes, averaging an 11.8 finish. Edwards would win a total $1,258,515 in winnings.

Dr. Dale Howard has been a dentist in Dover since 1978. He loves skiing and spending time with his grandsons.

Danielle has recently made the move from the non-profit healthcare industry into the world of theatre. She received her Master of Arts from the University of Cincinnati and subsequently went into mental health crisis intervention. She then became the Community Programs Director responsible for marketing, public relations, event planning, and staff management, and from there went into the Pregnancy Support Center of Stark County as the Client Services Director. She then returned to mental health working in both crisis intervention and as the Director of Marketing and Public Relations. She brings her wealth of knowledge and experience into the group sales department where she is directly responsible for motorcoach and educational group sales as well as overseeing group sales staff. She is a certified fitness instructor in step aerobics, Pilates and circuit training. An avid reader, she loves to watch movies and is a huge Doris Day fan. She gives fitness instruction at the YMCA in Dover and loves to spend time with her Shih Tzu, Cooper.

David J. Morton is a Managing Director of Wachovia Securities in Boston, Massachusetts, and is involved in the management of assets for individuals and corporations and in capital raising activities for businesses. He is a Registered Investment Advisor and is the co-recipient of the 2001 New England Benefits Council Award for his work in bringing the College Savings 529 Plan to industry. Mr. Morton is a graduate cum laude from Bowdoin College and resides with his family in Dover, Massachusetts.

Also during 1962, Buckson was nominated and elected to the office of Attorney General of the State of Delaware, an office he held until 1971. During the year 1964 Mr. Buckson was nominated to run on the Republican ticket for the office of Governor. He lost the race to Chief Justice Charles Terry. After leaving the office of Attorney General, Buckson returned to private law practice. However the political side of Buckson was not yet to be soothed. In 1972, Buckson primaried fellow Republican and incumbent Governor Russell W. Peterson for the right to oppose Democrat "Sherman Tribbitt" in the gubernatorial election. He lost that bid and Tribbitt defeated Peterson. Buckson was later appointed by Governor Tribbitt to be a Judge in the Family Court of Delaware. Suitably, perhaps, for a man so dedicated to his family in particular and to the well-being of children in general, Mr. Buckson's tenure as a Family Court Judge may well prove to be his political legacy. Judge Buckson fast earned a reputation for dispatching justice in the most efficient, judicious, and evenhanded of manners. Buckson was the first Delaware attorney to have offices in more than one county. He is universally recognized as the philosophical founder of Dover Downs, a volunteer fireman, decorated veteran and officer of World War II, Commander of a National Guard unit, City solicitor for the municipalities of Newark, Middletown, Townsend, Smyrna, Clayton, and Dover, all at the same time. Lieutenant Governor, Governor, Attorney General, Judge of the Court of Common Pleas, and Judge of the Family Court. Lover of horses. Faithful husband and father. Dennis Rockhill is the Associate Pastor at Dover. He has been involved in worship ministry for several years previously. Mr. Newell has over twenty-eight years of professional experience and is a principal owner of the firm. He is also the architect of Dover's equity selection process - Dover's three Equity Disciplines. Mr. Newell leads Dover's Investment Strategy Group which makes all investment decisions and directs economic and market research. Mr. Newell received a B.A. Degree in Economics from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University and a M.A. Degree in Economics from George Mason University. Before co-founding Dover, his prior experience was with a national bank as a senior trust investment officer managing personal, employee-benefit accounts and a state-wide stock fund.

James W. (Jim) Lilly was born in Huntington, West Virginia in 1968. He credits his love of railroading and its history to growing up watching the Chesapeake & Ohio (Chessie) system and playing with his Grandfather Jim's post-war Lionel trains. The defining moment for Jim as a rail fan was in October 1985 with a first-class steam train ride on the New River Train behind Nickel Plate Road 2-8-4 No. 765. He spent the entire trip in the vestibule and came home covered in soot and grinning from ear to ear. A Chapter member since 1990, Jim has been heavily involved in planning and operating excursions and trips. As Chapter Vice President from 1995-2000, Jim was responsible for developing the dcnrhs.org and doverharbor.com web sites that brought the Chapter into the Internet age, an effort which won him the Bent Spike Award in 2000, and for two grants for the DOVER HARBOR that the Chapter received from the NRHS in 1995 and 1997. Jim is a qualified Mechanical Officer and Steward on the DOVER HARBOR and can frequently be found aboard the car on trips and on Saturdays during work sessions at Dover Park. He is also well connected at the National NRHS having served as National Director of NRHS' Internet Services since 1999. Jim's most recent railroading adventure was riding the Indian Pacific across Australia.

Dr. John S. Burnham is a family physician who lives with his wife, Judy, and their seven children in Dover, Ohio. Dr. Burnham has been an NFP-only physician since 1990 and delivered babies for over 15 years. He and his wife have been certified teachers with CCL since 1994. In addition to teaching, the Burnhams have been active promoters of NFP through speaking to various RCIA groups as well as marriage prep classes and at the local Catholic high school. Dr. Burnham has also presented at CCL's Clergy Seminars over the last five years. He joined the Board of Directors in June of 2002. One note of interest is that he and his brothers were conceived with the aide of a temperature-only method of NFP taught in the late 1950s.

Josh Ackil is responsible for ITI's Democratic outreach and advises ITI member companies on intellectual property policy, including patent, copyright, and piracy issues. Prior to joining ITI in 2003, he served as Associate Director of the Senate Democratic Steering and Coordination Committee under the leadership of former Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle. There he was the chief liaison between Democratic senators and the high-tech sector, and Daschle's chief advisor on technology issues. Previously, Ackil served two years in the Clinton White House as Special Assistant to the President and Staff Director of White House Legislative Affairs. Ackil also worked for former House Democratic Leader Richard Gephardt as Assistant to the Chief of Staff, as well as the public affairs firm Griffin, Johnson, Dover & Stewart.

Luciana Diniz has become a popular face on the international tour for the last 12 years. With her top horses, Dover, Mariachi and Meautry's Locarno, she is successfully underway at major international events. Along with her Grand Prix horses she has many other talented horses in her stable including Suzi Quattro and Ozanne. It was almost inevitable that Luciana would love horses and riding. Her family is inspired by horses in various ways. Her mother, Lica, stands in the Guiness Book of World Records for a record 8 consecutive wins in the Brazilian National Dressage Championships. Originally Luciana was following in her mother's footsteps and used to ride her mother's top dressage horse Marko. This "family horse" was ridden by Lica in the mornings and Luciana in the afternoons. And on weekends Luciana's grandfather would ride him. This sweet horse had a strong impact on the then 11 yr. old Luciana. When he passed away she was so heartbroken that she didn't want to ride anymore. Luckily, after approximately a month, Luciana decided to start riding again. But she wouldn't ride dressage anymore and therefore found her way to jumping. At the age of 12 she was the Children's Jumping Champion in Brazil and at the ages of 14 and 18 she was Junior Jumping Champion. The beginning of an exciting career.

Mr. Fitzgerald, a Dover, New Hampshire resident, is an experienced lending officer with over ten years of experience in commercial banking. Mr. Fitzgerald serves as the Loan Officer at our most recently-opened Loan Production Office in Dover, New Hampshire. Sean has held positions of Vice President-Commercial Loan Officer with Granite Bank in the Durham office, Assistant Vice President/Commercial Loan Officer, Credit Manager, and Credit Analyst. Mr. Fitzgerald holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of New Hampshire Durham. Fitzgerald is currently Vice President of the Portsmouth Sunrise Rotary Club and is an active member of the 2006 Class of Leadership Seacoast.

Stacie Hubbard, Admission/Discharge Coordinator, Dover was hired at Hennis Care Centre in June 2005. She is a graduate of Kent State University-Tuscarawas Campus with an Associate Degree in General Studies with a concentration in Accounting/Finance. Stacie oversees the admission and discharge planning for the building. This position requires that she work closely with unit managers, therapists and family members to keep the lines of communication open to ensure the best care possible for all residents. Stacie must use multi-tasking skills and creative thinking abilities to fit each resident and their family's unique needs.

Steve Wood is President and CEO of Work Opportunities Unlimited, Inc. and Leddy Group. He joined the company as Vice President of Planning and Chief Financial Officer in 1996, and was promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer in 2000. As Chief Executive Officer, Steve is responsible for management oversight of both Leddy Group and Work Opportunities Unlimited, and has direct responsibility for administrative operations in Dover, New Hampshire. During Steve's tenure the Company has grown to a core team of 200 employees providing employment services in 250 communities in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Florida. It has a "Strategic Map" that guides its operations and which includes a mission statement, core values, and Vision 2015. It has leadership development and management training programs. It runs a popular new employee orientation program and has developed an on-line training curriculum. It is an "outcome-based" company where each employee is measured by the outcomes they achieve for their customers. Annually it serves over 3,000 people. In his earlier career, Steve spent seventeen years in the banking industry in Maine and New Hampshire. He began his career as a Branch Manager, and advanced to Commercial Loan Officer, Assistant Vice President and Senior Vice President and Senior Commercial Loan Officer. In addition to his commercial lending experience, he served in senior positions on banks' Loan, Personnel, Safety, Community Reinvestment Act, and Asset-Liability Committees. He also taught courses for the American Institute of Banking. For the five years prior to joining Work Opportunities Unlimited-Leddy Group, Steve launched and grew a consulting practice serving a wide range of businesses in Northern New England. His practice specialized in strategic planning, implementation, and tracking; managing organizational change; human resource development; safety management; and financial management, which included cash flow, debt and bank negotiations, and cost accounting. Steve has been a member of the Adjunct Faculty team at Southern New Hampshire University since 1994. He teaches Organizational Leadership in the Graduate School and Strategic Management, Organizational Leadership, Managing Organizational Change, Entrepreneurship, Small Business Management, and Finance at the undergraduate level. He teaches primarily at the Portsmouth Campus, where he was recognized recently as Teacher of the Year. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maine in 1975, where he was a member of the Senior Skull Society, and his Masters in Business Administration from Northeastern University in 1987. He also graduated from the Williams School of Banking. Steve has been involved in dozens of community and charitable organizations.

William Danvers works for Johnson, Madigan, Peck, Dover and Stewart a government affairs, lobbying firm with a strong international practice. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Danvers served as the Washington Representative for the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). During the Clinton Administration, he was a Senior Director for Legislative Affairs at the National Security Council and a Special Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs. Before that, Mr. Danvers was a Special Advisor to Ambassador Strobe Talbott at the Department of State. Prior to his service in the Executive Branch, Mr. Danvers worked for Senator Joseph Lieberman (D-CT). He also worked in the United States House of Representatives as Staff Director for the Banking Subcommittee on International Trade, Finance and Monetary Policy. Mr. Danvers began his career on Capitol Hill as a Legislative Assistant and Press Secretary for a Member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee. Andy is a local native, who graduated from Dover High School in 1974. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business - majoring in accounting and minoring in finance - from Miami University in 1978. Andy has been licensed with the State of Ohio Board of Accountancy since 1980 and is presently employed at Four-Fifteen Group, Inc., a large local public accounting firm with offices in Canton and Dover. Andy is actively involved in the community, both professionally and personally. He is a member of the Ohio Society and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In addition to serving as the Treasture of the Tuscarawas County Business Incubator, he currently serves on the Dover Parks Advisory Board and in various capacities for the Tuscarawas County Chamber of Commerce. Andy has also served as a Director and Trustee for the Tuscarawas County YMCA, Director at the Union Country Club, and coached softball and baseball in Dover community summer leagues. Mark received a BS degree in Wood Products Engineering from S.U.N.Y. in Syracuse N. Y. and an Associates degree in Construction Technology from Tompkins Community College in Dryden, N.Y. Before joining Horne Construction Mark was the Retail Operations Manager for Purina Mills, Inc. Mark lives in Dover New Hampshire with his wife Kris and their two children Jennifer and Stephen. Mark serves on the Board of Wardens for the First parish Church in Dover as well as serving on the Board of Directors for the Dover Chamber of Commerce. He enjoys bike riding and playing basketball.

Martin W. Lynn is a Managing Director and principal stockholder of Moody, Lynn & Co. He is involved in the general management of the firm and is responsible for the day to day management of client portfolios. Before joining Moody, Lynn & Co., Mr. Lynn was most recently a Senior Vice President, Principal and Director of Roanoke Asset Management Company in New York City. Martin was one of four managing partners responsible for the investment management of over $650 million in assets. His clients included high net worth individuals, Fortune 500 corporate pension funds, state and municipal retirement systems, endowments and foundations. Prior to his appointment as Senior Vice President and Partner in 1986, Martin spent four years as a Vice President and Portfolio Manager at the same firm. From 1977-1982 Martin was an account executive with Kidder, Peabody & Co. Mr. Lynn is a Trustee and Chairman of the Finance Committee of Millbrook School in Millbrook, NY and a director of the Hale Reservation, Westwood, MA. Joyce (Dallau) Herzig is Director of the Toland-Herzig Monarch Center. She coordinates all scheduling, staffing, and related details for all of the events that the center plays host to each year. A 1971 graduate of Dover High School, Joyce is a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Dover. She is active with the Union Hospital Association, Tuscarawas County YMCA, several organizations and programs affiliated with Starlight Enterprises, Inc., and was a former member of Strasburg Jaycee Women. She is married to Toland-Herzig president, John R. Herzig. She is a mother of three children, Trevor, Troy, & Tricia, and is the proud grandparent of Kylan & Alyssa Herzig.
