Dawn Dinwoodie is the president of the Doyon Foundation board of directors. Her parents are Margaret R. Dinwoodie and Daniel H. Dinwoodie of Fairbanks. Her grandparents are Walter and Pauline John of Stevens Village and Alena "Nina" Dinwoodie of Montana/New Jersey, and William "Denny" Dinwoodie of Scotland. She previously served as a Doyon, Limited board member from 1994 to 2003 and served as an Alaska Federation of Natives board member. She has more than 15 years of experience in communications, community relations, event planning and development with non-profits, tribes and corporations. Her vocation has been to work with and for Native people to strengthen and promote Native culture. She works as a communications consultant and event planner on projects and causes that she believes in. In addition to the Doyon Foundation, her current volunteer projects include the Anchorage Montessori Preschool, and volunteering in the schools for Alaska Native Heritage Month. She holds a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. She was selected as one of the Top 40 Under 40 Alaskans in 2000, sponsored by the Journal of Commerce and Anchorage Chamber of Commerce. Her term ends in 2009.

Florence Carroll is 60 years of age and lives in Juneau, Alaska. She is a self-employed businesswoman and real estate manager for rental properties and real estate investments in Juneau, Alaska. She has been a board member since 1991, serves as Secretary/ Treasurer of Doyon Properties, Inc., and is on the Finance and Investment Committee. She has been Doyon, Limited's board liaison to the Alaska Federation of Natives since January, 2000. She holds an Associate of Arts degree from the University of Alaska Southeast.
Fred Bifelt is 47 years of age, lives in Huslia, Alaska, and has been a Doyon, Limited board member since 2002. He also serves on the Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act (NAHASDA) and Finance and Investment Committees. He is the owner of Koyukuk River Guide Service, a big game guide business, and has worked as a carpenter. He is a board member of K'oyitl'osts'ina, Limited (Alatna, Allakaket, Hughes, Huslia) and the Yukon-Koyukuk School District.
Ms. Lincoln (lincolng@doyon.com lincolng@doyon.com ) is 63 years of age, resides in Anchorage, Alaska and has been a Doyon, Limited board member since 1976. Elected as Chairwoman in March 2005, she also serves as Chairwoman of Doyon Communications, Inc., Doyon Development Corporation, Doyon Drilling, Inc, Doyon Properties, Inc., Doyon Services Corp. and Doyon Tourism, Inc. As Chairwoman, she is also an ex-officio member of all Doyon, Limited standing and special committees. A lifelong commercial and subsistence fisherwoman, she retired in 2005 from the State Senate, having served 14 years in the Legislature. She has served on numerous state boards and commissions.

Michael R. Fleagle is 46 years old and lives in Anchorage, Alaska. He previously served on the Board of Directors from 1996 to 2005 and was re-elected to the Board in 2006. Miranda Wright is 61 years of age and lives in Fairbanks, Alaska. She has served on the Board of Directors since 1995 and has been Treasurer since 2002. She is Chair of the Budget and Audit Committee, and serves on the Finance and Investment Committee. Mr. Silas (r_m_silas@yahoo.com r_m_silas@yahoo.com ) is 52 years of age and lives in Northway, Alaska. He has been a member of the Board of Directors since 1992 and was elected Vice Chair in 2005. He is Treasurer of Doyon Drilling, Inc. and serves on the Doyon Development Corporation board as well as the Lands and Resources and Shareholder Relations Committees. He works seasonally as a heavy equipment operator for the State of Alaska and previously worked as a driller's helper, carpenter foreman and laborer. He previously served as Vice President of Tanana Chiefs Conference.
Wally Carlo is 60 years of age and lives in Fairbanks, Alaska. He works through the International Union of Operating Engineers as a heavy equipment operator. He has served on the Board of Directors since 1999 (previously served from 1980 to 1989). Mr. Carlo also serves on the Doyon Drilling, Inc. board and is the Chair of the Finance and Investment Committee. Mr. Carlo currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Greater Fairbanks Memorial Hospital Foundation and is a member of Fairbanks Leadership Institute.
