Samuel W. Tishler, an independent consultant, recently retired as vice president for Corporate Development for Acterna Corporation, (Nasdaq:ACTR), a manufacturer of telecommunications test equipment, and is an experienced strategic planning and venture investment professional. He was a vice president of Arthur D. Little Enterprises, Inc. from 1977 to 1986 and a founder of Arthur D. Little Ventures. He also was a vice president of Raytheon Ventures from 1987 to 1994, and in that capacity was responsible for its venture capital portfolio. Jim Bole Vice President, Products: Jim brings more than 17 years of entrepreneurial software development and technical management experience in both startups and Fortune 100 companies.
