Leon Dally is a retired president and CEO of DPL Inc. and its subsidiary company, the Dayton Power and Light Co. He received a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering in 1967, and a master's degree in business administration in 1972, both from UD. His community involvement includes board memberships on the governing board of the Dayton Early College Academy, Fifth Third Bancorp, Premier Health Partners, Alliance Community Schools, Miami Valley Economic Development Coalition and Dayton Business Committee.

Daniel (“Dan”) J. McCabe is a Senior Vice President and the Chief Administrative Officer for DPL Inc. and The Dayton Power & Light Company. He is responsible for all aspects of human resources, labor relations, corporate facilities, corporate security, purchasing, material management and information technology. Dan heads up an organization providing support to 1500 employees within DPL’s power plants, transmission and distribution operations, corporate and support functions and commercial operations.
Prior to joining DPL in early 2007, Dan was with AT&T and NCR Corporation for over 25 years. Most recently at NCR he was Vice President of Global Operations, responsible for leading the delivery of managed services to NCR customers around the globe. The delivery of these services were through NCR’s Customer Care Centers located in strategic locations around the world. Additionally, Dan was also the Chief of Staff for NCR’s Worldwide Customer Services Division. As Chief of Staff for WCS Dan led a team responsible for strategy development and deployment, marketing, public relations, and employee communications.
Previously Dan served as Vice President of Human Resources Delivery for NCR’s employees around the world, Vice President of Human Resources for the Financial Solutions Division of NCR, Vice President of HR for NCR’s Worldwide Customer Services Division and Assistant Vice President of HR Planning. His experiences with AT&T spanned a wide variety of domestic and international responsibilities, in Human Resources as well as other areas of the company. These responsibilities included sales recruiting, management compensation, strategic planning, executive development, sales and operations.
Dan holds two advanced degrees, an Executive MBA with honors in International Management and Finance and a Master’s in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management, both from Rutgers University. He also earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from Moravian College.
Dan resides in Washington Township with his wife, Jean, and three children, Tara, Kyle and Lauren. Dan is a member of the Corporate Executive Council for the University of Dayton where he also serves as a member of the Advisory Council for the School of Arts and Sciences. Dan is a Board Member for the Boy Scouts of America Miami Valley Council, the Dayton Region Chamber of Commerce and the DP&L Foundation.

Frederick J. Boyle is Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Controller of DPL Inc. and its principal subsidiary, The Dayton Power and Light Company (DP&L). Mr. Boyle is responsible for all financial, accounting, and treasury functions of the Company.
Mr. Boyle joined DPL in 2006 and most recently served as Vice President, Finance, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller for DPL and DP&L. In that capacity, he was directly responsible for corporate accounting, tax, cash management, insurance, corporate model and payroll.
Mr. Boyle has an extensive background in the energy industry, with experience in both the regulated and unregulated segments of the electric business. For 18 years, he worked in the financial and accounting areas of American Electric Power (AEP), taking a leadership role in positions such as Manager of Tax, Manager of Corporate Planning and Budgeting, and Vice President of Financial Services – Corporate Development. Mr. Boyle worked extensively with AEP's international acquisition and disposition of assets.
Mr. Boyle also served as the Chief Financial Officer for Accent Energy, a natural gas and electricity retail marketer and as the Vice President of Finance for Direct Energy, an energy company with North American revenues of approximately $5.5 billion. At Direct Energy, his responsibilities included accounting, financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, portfolio management, and tax functions associated with U.S. retail operations.
Mr. Boyle is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, has a Master of Tax degree from Capital University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Before joining DPL in January of 2008, Mr. Taylor was a Managing Director with Natsource, LLC, an emissions and renewable energy asset management firm in New York. He also has 10 years of experience with Cinergy Corporation — now Duke Energy — where he held a number of positions including Vice President of Corporate Development, Vice President and General Counsel of the Energy Merchant Business Unit, and Vice President and General Counsel of Cinergy Investments.
During his career, Mr. Taylor has been an attorney with several law firms including McBride, Baker & Coles in Chicago and two Dayton-area firms, Coolidge, Wall, Womsley & Lombard, and Smith & Schnacke.
Mr. Taylor earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati and a Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law.

As Senior Vice President of Service Operations, Mr. Kelly is responsible for delivering reliable and quality service to Dayton Power and Light’s 500,000 customers located throughout West Central Ohio.
Mr. Kelly joined DP&L in 1994 from Rockwell International. While at DP&L, he has had extensive experience in the dependable operation of the electric transmission and distribution grid. Mr. Kelly has also had direct responsibility for delivering personalized account management services to DP&L’s largest governmental, industrial and commercial customers.
Mr. Kelly is actively involved in the Dayton-area community, taking a leadership role in Big Brothers/Big Sisters of the Greater Miami Valley. He is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon with a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering and holds a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University.

As Vice President of Transmission and Distribution Operations, Mr. Nickel is responsible for delivering reliable service to Dayton Power and Light's (DP&L) 500,000 customers throughout West Central Ohio. This includes managing DP&L's transmission and distribution maintenance programs, regulatory compliance, new construction activities and its overall operations.
Mr. Nickel has 26 years of experience with DP&L. He began his career in the financial area of the company and moved quickly into operations and customer service. Over the years, he has had direct responsibility for customer account management, system operating and reliability operations.
Mr. Nickel has a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Southern Illinois University and a Master of Business Administration from Bowling Green State University. His community involvement has included support of St. Joseph's Children's Treatment Center and the Greene County Community Foundation.
Mr. Lantzy is Vice President of Power Production Engineering & Construction, responsible for asset management and engineering, “non-FGD” new construction, and project management for the Power Production Business Unit. He reports to the Senior Vice President – Power Production.
Prior to joining DP&L in 2007, Mr. Lantzy worked as a business advisor and senior consultant to The Babcock and Wilcox Company for almost four years. He previously spent more than 30 years with American Electric Power (AEP), serving as Vice President of Environmental Programs and Development Support, Vice President of Technical and Environmental Services, Vice President of Generation, and in a variety of managerial roles and engineering positions.
Mr. Lantzy is a registered professional engineer in Ohio and Michigan, and a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME). He is a graduate of Gannon College with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree, and participated in the AEP System Management Program at The University of Michigan and The Darden Partnership Program at the University of Virginia.

As Vice President, Climate Change Initiatives, Mr. Crawford is responsible for overseeing the Company’s $854 million flue gas desulfurization construction project at its generating plants. Mr. Crawford and his team are installing leading edge technology that will remove sulfur dioxide from emissions, producing cleaner air for the region. Mr. Crawford has been with DP&L since 1988. While at DP&L, he has had extensive experience in the transmission and distribution business, fuel procurement, materials management, and coal-fired generation. Prior to the flue gas desulfurization project, Mr. Crawford was responsible for DP&L’s three coal-fired power plants. He has also managed the day-to-day operations of the DP&L-operated 615-megawatt Killen Station.
Mr. Crawford is a member of the Cedarville University Engineering Advisory Board, and is a former board member of two local construction-related associations. He is a graduate of Wright State University with a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering and holds a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University.

Timothy G. Rice is the Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for DPL Inc. and its principal subsidiary, The Dayton Power and Light Company (DP&L). He is responsible for management of all SEC compliance, bond financings, mortgage administration, and corporate governance.
Mr. Rice joined DPL in 1985, and has served in a number of roles of increasing responsibility, including Interim General Counsel. Mr. Rice received a B.A. in Political Science, with distinction, from Ohio Northern University and his J.D. from Ohio Northern University Petit College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Ohio, the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Rice is currently on the Daybreak Board of Trustees, and has served on the boards of several local organizations, including the Dayton Urban League (Chairman, 2003-2004), Family Services Association and Legal Aid of Western Ohio. He is a member of both the Ohio and Dayton Bar Associations.

Lester L. Lyles has been an independent consultant since 2003.
