Mr. Amjad Abdallat is a co-founder of VIASPACE and served as the company's COO and VP of Business Development until October 2008. Mr. Abdallat also served as President and Chief Operating Officer of VIASPACE Security, Inc., a VIASPACE subsidiary that focused on government and commercial security applications. Much of the VIASPACE Security business was sold in December 2008.

Er regelte ihre Kredit-Bankgeschafts-Beziehungen, das Risiko-Management-Programm, das interne Prufungsprogramm und Aufgaben der Einkommenssteuer. Im Auftrag der Firma erstellte er Prasentationen fur die Investitionsmakler und Analysten, indem er den Schwerpunkt auf die Zukunftsaussichten und die vergangene finanzielle Durchfuhrung legte. Mr. Muzi war von 1988 2000 bei der Southwest Water Company angestellt. Von 1985 1987 war Mr. Muzi Senior-Auditor bei BDO Seidman, eine nationale CPA Firma. Mr. Muzi erhielt sein Diplom in BS am Rochester Institute of Technology und einen MBA von der State University of New York in Buffalo. Er ist ein zertifizierter, freier Wirtschaftsprufer.

Mr. Levy war auch noch Prasident und COO von Acom Computers Inc., einer Firma die sich auf Netzwerk-Software spezialisiert hat und auf Hardware-Anwendungen fur MICR-Drucker und digitale Druck-Technologien. Er leitete die Konstruktion, Entwicklung und das Marketing von Software-Paketen um elektronische Formen zu handhaben, abgesichertes Abfertigungs-Drucken und Strichkodierung, Hardware-Netzwerke und Konnektivitats-Losungen. Als ein Halter des U.S Patents fur hoch-dichte Speicher-Prozesse, (Co-Erfinder), ist Mr. Levy auch der Autor von "Digital Printing", ein 500-Seiten-Buch, das 1993, 1998 und 2004 bei Interquest erschienen ist. Das Buch konzentriert sich auf die Anwendungen von digitaler Druck-Technologie.

Bernard P. (Randy) Randolph is a retired four-star Air Force General and a former executive at the TRW Space and Electronics Group. General Randolph, who served in the U.S. Air Force for 35 years, has extensive experience in both military and commercial development of high technology systems. His last Air Force assignment was as Commander of the Air Force's Systems Command, which was responsible for the development and procurement of all major defense systems. General Randolph later joined TRW Space and Electronics Group, where he held dual roles as Vice President and General Manager of the Defense Communications Division and Vice President and Special Assistant to the Group General Manager. He is regarded for his experience in conceptual system design, engineering, and manufacture-from the earliest Request for Proposal response and contract negotiation, through system reviews and final customer product acceptance. General Randolph is recognized for his combination of in-depth knowledge of the Department of Defense procurement process and hands-on industrial program development.

Dwight Duston Ph. D., Chairs the Scientific Advisory Board and is the Chief Technology Officer of The Egg Factory, LLC. Dr. Duston has ten years of experience as a creative innovator, scientist, and technologist as a research physicist at the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory. In addition, he has over fifteen years of experience in technology assessment, and management during his tenure as Assistant Deputy for Technology in the Defense Department's Ballistic Missile Defense Organization, where he was responsible for managing more than $400M per year in research and development. He has been responsible for catalyzing the transition of more than 300 defense technologies into the commercial market. Dr. Duston has served as an adjunct on advisory boards for the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Business Week, Innotech, Inc., NASA, and the National Institutes for Health. In addition, he is an adjunct fellow of the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington DC, and Associate Editor of the Journal of Technology Management.

A native of Fez, Morocco, Dr. Yazami joined the graduate school of electrochemistry (ENSEEG) of the Grenoble National Institute of Technology (INPG), where he obtained a MS Degree (Engineer) in 1978. He then engaged in a research project in Carbonaceous Materials for Lithium storage in batteries at a what is now known as LEPMI Lab where he earned a Ph.D. in 1985. In the same year he joined CNRS as a research scholar and was promoted to 'Director of Research' in 1988. In 2000, Yazami came to Caltech under a cooperative exchange program with CNRS and co-founded a joint CNRS-Caltech international laboratory on 'Materials for Electrochemical Energetic' (LIA-ME2) with Prof. Brent Fultz with the Department of Material Science.

Mr. Calacci's background includes repeated successes at leading manufacturers of consumer electronics and computer products including Sharp, Toshiba and Sony. As a senior executive, Mr. Calacci has a history of achievement selling to all classes of the retail trade including mass merchandisers, independent retailers, chain and independent drug stores, chain and independent department stores, wholesale clubs and C-stores. Mr. Calacci is an innovative and energetic leader, skilled communicator/team builder, and adept negotiator. He has the proven ability to analyze products, markets and growth opportunities and introduce strategic and tactical solutions that improve competitive performance while increasing sales, market share, and profits.
