Brad Smith is currently serving as the VP of Communications. Brad is Vice President for Business Development in Drake Beam Morin's Fort Worth office. In this role, Brad is responsible for providing ongoing management of key business accounts, the development and expansion of the full range of DBM's services and consulting practice including organizational transition consulting, executive coaching, exit interviewing and technology based training. He also provides leadership to coordinate local and national and international projects. Brad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and is a veteran of the United States Air Force Intelligence Service. Brad's professional background includes retail operations and merchandising with JCPenney and Mervyn's Department Stores, Executive Search, Management and Marketing. Brad joined DBM in 1993 as a consultant to senior clients and was promoted to his current position in 1995. Brad's considerable experience in service industries gives him a unique perspective on developing and enhancing customer relations. Brad is the current chairman of the board of the Cowtown Executive Association and an Adopt-A-School partner of the FWISD's Graduate Placement Center. He is also a guest lecturer at the MJ Neeley School of Business at TCU. Brad has been married since dirt was new and has two children.
