Mr. Tannenbaum has served as President and a Director of the Company since November 1998. From August 1994 to November 1998, Mr. Tannenbaum was President, director and one-third owner of MMI. From May 1992 to July 1994, Mr. Tannenbaum was a co-founder of Video Depositions of Florida. From 1986 to 1992, Mr. Tannenbaum served in various capacities in the investment banking division of City National Bank of Florida. Mr. Tannenbaum earned a B.A. from the University of Florida in 1984. Mr. Tannenbaum is the brother-in-law of David M. Greene, the Company's Senior Vice President.
Kevin Bates founded FansEdge® in 1998, serving as its CEO. When Dreams, Inc. acquired FansEdge in 2003, he became President of our e-commerce division and now serves as President of our retail division. From 1996 to 1999, Mr. Bates was President of Galvin and Wright, Inc., a consulting firm based in Glenview, Illinois. Prior to that he worked on a contract basis for a wide range of firms including Republic Mortgage Insurance Company of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Allegiance Health Care of McGaw Park, Illinois, Cincinnati Bell Information Systems of Itasca, Illinois, A.C. Nielson of Bannockburn, Illinois, and others. Mr. Bates holds a B.S. degree in computer science from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois. He also holds various technology certificates from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois, and Internet Webmaster E-commerce Professional from Net Guru Technologies of Oak Brook, Illinois.

Mitch Adelstein was the founder of Mounted Memories in 1989 and has served as its president since its inception. He is considered a true pioneer of the sports collectibles industry with over 30 years of sports collectible and memorabilia knowledge. Mr. Adelstein has been responsible for all new product designs and day-to-day activities of Mounted Memories for the past 18 years. In 1998, Mounted Memories was acquired by Dreams, Inc. at which time Mr. Adelstein remained on as a member of the management team, until he was renamed its president in 2000. Under Mr. Adelstein, Mounted Memories has evolved into the leader in the autographed sports memorabilia and collectibles industry.

Ms. Sillano was promoted to Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company in November 2007 after having served as the Company’s Controller since August 2005. From January 1987 until November 1996, Ms. Sillano was Second Vice President of Accounting at Chase Personal Financial Services, the upscale mortgage division of JP Morgan Chase. From 1997 through 1999, Ms. Sillano was the Controller of First American lending, a sub-prime auto finance company. From 2000 through May 2005, Ms. Sillano held the positions of Controller, acting CFO and CFO at three private educational institutions. Also, during this period, she served as a Sarbanes-Oxley consultant with MSI Consulting, Inc. In December 1990, Ms. Sillano earned a B.B.A. in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University, became a Certified Public Accountant in 1991 and was conferred with a MBA from DeVry University in July 2005.

From September 1996 to January 2000, he was the Technical Project Manager for Whittman-Hart in Chicago, Illinois, the premier consulting agency providing integrated solutions across all industry verticals using emerging and legacy technologies. Mr. Sivashanmugam is an expert in application development for online auction engines, internet business-to-business and business-to-consumer, manufacturing, financial and sports information systems and online retailing. He is proficient with all major technology platforms. He received both a Master of Science degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Madras, India.

David M. Greene has been Senior Vice President of Finance & Strategic Planning since June 2001 and our Corporate Secretary since August 2004. From May 1992 to May 2001, he was the President of Florida Tool & Gauge, Inc., an aerospace manufacturing company located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida that provided precision machined jet and rocket engine components for the Department of Defense, Pratt & Whitney Aircraft and NASA. From April 1987 to April 1992, he served as President of GGH Consultants, Inc., an investment and business consulting company that provided private and public companies with equity and debt financings, M & A advice, Initial Public Offering and Secondary Offering consultation. From May 1984 to March 1987, he worked as an investment executive at the investment banking firm of Drexel, Burnham, Lambert, Inc. in New York City and Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Mr. Greene earned a B.A. from Tufts University in 1984 and a MBA from Nova University in 1993. Mr. Greene is the brother-in-law of Ross Tannenbaum, the Company’s President.

Angie Choi is a certified hypnotherapist whose private practice, Alive Hypnosis is in San Francisco, California. Passionate about communicating the potential of hypnosis and dreams, Ms. Choi has utilized radio, television, workshops, and classes to educate and inspire people. She has appeared on KEST 1450 AM radio in San Francisco numerous times, and she has been an adjunct instructor for the Center for Hypnotherapy and the Palmistry Academy in Oakland, California. A member of the National Guild of Hypnotists and the American Association of Professional Hypnotherapists, she has been serving clients since 1998. Choi is the author of My Dreams: A Simple Guide to Dream Interpretation and an inspirational speaker. Throughout her educational career, Choi has been interested in facilitating the creative, healing process for others. Choi taught in the San Francisco Unified School District as a classroom teacher of English and Creative Writing. Later, she became interested in health education. As a health educator, she trained school nurses, health workers, students and school staff techniques for stress reduction, meditation, self-hypnosis, and dream work. Choi also helps students reduce performance and test anxiety through hypnosis. Choi received a B.A. from Wellesley College, a Professional Clear Teaching Credential at UC Davis, and a Hypnotherapy Certification at the Center for Hypnotherapy in Oakland, California and an M.A. at the California Institute of Integral Studies in Philosophy and Religion with a concentration in Asian and Comparative Studies. Mary Manin Morrissey (Simi Valley, California) has a Bachelor's Degree in Education, a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology, and a Doctorate of Humane Letters. She has been an ordained minister for over 30 years. She founded, and served for 23 years, as Senior Minister of a dynamic Northwest ministry which grew to 4000 local members and over 10, 000 national members. She is the Co-founder and the first President of the Association for Global New Thought. Along with Dr. Michael Beckwith, she and Dr. Beckwith became the first New Thought ministers to be appointed to the executive Parliament of the Parliament of World Religions. She has spoken three times at the United Nations as the National Co-Chair for A Season for Non-Violence, as well as receiving the honor of being inducted into the Martin Luther King Order of Preachers. Representing the Association for Global New Thought, she has co-convened and facilitated, 3 different week-long meetings, with His Holiness The Dalai Lama leading conversations with world leaders, addressing the most significant issues our world is facing. In addition, as part of the Gandhi-King delegation, she met with Nelson Mandela in Cape Town, South Africa. She is the author of two best selling books, No Less Than Greatness and Building Your Field of Dreams, which became a PBS special. Her work takes her weekly to different parts of our globe, as she shares messages of hope, inspiration and the power of possibility within every individual.

Perry has been working in the film business for over seventeen years. He comes to our industry via the world of professional racing where he designed and built top fuel cars. Perry started as stunt performer and steadily worked his way up in this specialized branch of the film industry, gaining prestige and respect every step of the way. To date Perry has appeared in over fifty feature films including Mask of Zorro, Air Force One, Dante's Peak, Waterworld, Mars Attacks, Spy Hard, Terminator 2, Eraser, and too many television shows to count. He has progressed into stunt coordinating and has performed those responsibilities on five feature films and more than a dozen television productions including commercials, daytime dramas and network series. Perry's special talent for safely creating stunts that involve fire have made him one of the leading consultants in his field. Perry is a member of SAG and AFTRA and serves as a National Board member of AFTRA. Perry's career took a big leap forward when all of his talents and skills coalesced in the NBC Primetime Fear Factor, where, as coordinating Producer, he was directly responsible for the design and execution of the shows intense action sequences. Perry is now Producer on Fear Factor which has become the number one TV reality show. Never one to rest on his laurels, Perry is the author of the feature film Shakers and the short film Dreams, which he also directed.

Peter Behrens is a Canadian screenwriter based in downeast Maine. He was a Stegner Fellow at Stanford University and a Fellow at the Fine Arts Work Center in Provincetown, MA. He is the author of a book of short stories, Night Driving (Macmillan, 1987) and a novel, The Law of Dreams, soon to be released by Steerforth Press.

Commissioner Robyn Sorum was elected to the board of commissioners in 2000, beginning her term in December. Her portfolios include the Sheriff's Department, Jail, Juvenile Detention Center, and Disaster Emergency Services. Current committee assignments include Social Services Board, Personnel Overview Committee, Road Advisory, County Park Board, and Fargo Cass County Economic Development Corporation. Sorum was born in 1961 and raised in Horace, North Dakota. She graduated from West Fargo High School and received a business degree from Interstate Business College. She resides in Horace, North Dakota, with her husband, Bruce, and children Christina and Jacob. Sorum has worked at Harvest States Elevator in Horace, Dakota Heartland Hospital in Fargo, and is currently employed at Dreams to Reality, the social division of Interstate Printing, as a wedding and event coordinator. She is an EMT-B of Horace Rescue and has served as vice president of that organization for two years and president for three years. She is active in Gateway Lions of Fargo and serves as treasurer of the City of Horace Bean Days Committee. Sorum was also a past board member of the Cass County Ambulance Association and past member of the Horace Jaycees. Goals as a county commissioner include promoting rural and county economic development and working with the Cass County taxpayers on public awareness and input on county issues.

Susan Cooper, born and raised in England, has written books for children and young adults, a Broadway play, and several screenplays, two of which earned Emmy nominations. The five books in her fantasy sequence, The Dark Is Rising, won between them the Newbery Medal, two Carnegie Honor Awards, the Boston Globe/Horn Book Award and two Tir na n-Og Awards. Dr. Miller is a board certified reproductive endocrinologist who, prior to founding RMA of Michigan, he was a partner at RMA of New Jersey working closely with its director, Dr. Richard Scott. There he accumulated a vast amount of experience unparalleled to the majority of RE's across the country by performing over 30,000 ultrasounds, 1400 oocyte retrievals, 3000 embryo transfers and overseeing over 5000 IVF stimulations! Under Dr. Miller's care, his patients alone delivered over 1200 babies!! Of those born, 68% were singletons, 24% twins, 5% triplets and less than 0.1% quadruplets. While serving in the United States Navy, he was the Director of the Assisted Reproductive Technology Program at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, the National Naval Medical Center, and the National Institute of Health, Bethesda, Maryland. Under his direction, the Assisted Reproductive Technology ("ART") Program was consistently one of the most successful in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. In addition Dr. Miller directed the training of Fellows in assisted Reproduction for the Combined Federal Fellowship Program in Reproductive Endocrinology at the National Institutes of Health. Dr. Miller received his medical degree, with distinction, from Wayne State University School of Medicine, Detroit, Michigan and completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the National Naval Medical Center Bethesda, Maryland. Under the direction of Dr. Richard T. Scott, he then completed a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology at the Combined Federal Fellowship at National Institutes of Health, Bethesda, Maryland. Dr. Miller is the author of over twenty scientific articles and has been the recipient of several awards, including both the United States Army and Navy Achievement Medals. His scientific and medical focus includes decreasing high order multiples in IVF with the utilization of extended embryo culture and elective single blastocyst transfer. Dr. Miller is on the Board of Directors for Child of My Dreams (www.childofmydreams.com) an online patient resource center for infertility and adoption. He also serves on the Medical Advisory Boards for the American Infertility Association (www.americaninfertility.org), a national non-profit organization assisting couples with infertility issues and Conceive Magazine (www.conceivemagazine.com).
