J. Scott Matthews is Senior Vice President, Corporate Development. He has served in various roles in the domestic and international oil and gas industry for over 23 years. He started his career in 1969 as a CPA with Arthur Young & Co. and subsequently served with Roy M. Huffington, Inc. in business development, contract negotiation, financing and management of the company's domestic and international LNG and refinery projects. He was a founding partner in an independent oil & gas operating company and later was President and CEO of Compressor Systems, Inc.

Linda Rutherford is Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Dresser, Inc. Before joining Dresser in May 2006, she was Vice President and General Counsel for the Network Centric Systems technology business of Raytheon Company, where she had worked since 1999. From 1990 to 1996, she held management positions with First Interstate Bank of Texas, N. A. (Wells Fargo Bank, N. A.), and from 1984 to 1990 she practiced with the law firm of Winstead, McGuire, Sechrest & Minick, P. C.

Jenny Haynes is Vice President, Investor Relations and Communications of Dresser, Inc. She joined Dresser in June 2005. Prior to joining Dresser, she was Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications of Odyssey HealthCare, Inc., a nationwide publicly held healthcare services company, from 2003 to 2005 and Vice President of Optical Switch Corp. from 2000 to 2002. She also held various senior level positions with Paging Network, Inc., an international wireless company, from 1992 to 2000, including Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications.

N. John Lancaster is a Managing Director of Riverstone. Prior to joining Riverstone in 2000, Mr. Lancaster was a Director with The Beacon Group, LLC, a privately held firm specializing in principal investing and strategic advisory services in the energy and other industries. Prior to joining Beacon, Mr. Lancaster was a Vice President with Credit Suisse First Boston's Natural Resources Group in Houston, Texas, where he was involved in transactions for companies in all segments of the energy industry, with an emphasis on oil services and oil and gas exploration and production. Mr. Lancaster began his career in energy-related finance at Bankers Trust, where he served in the corporate finance group and published equity research on companies in the unregulated midstream natural gas and oil service sectors of the energy industry.

David M. Dolan is Corporate Secretary and Associate General Counsel of Dresser, Inc. Prior to joining the company in 2005, he served as General Counsel of the T-Mobile HotSpot wireless broadband operations of T-Mobile USA, Inc. since 2002; Vice President and General Counsel of MobileStar Network Corporation, a predecessor company, since 2000; Senior Counsel--Corporate Affairs of Kimberly-Clark Corporation, a consumer products company, from 1992 through 1999; and a corporate/securities associate with the law firm of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld, L.L.P. from 1985 to 1992. Mr. Dolan's practice consists primarily of corporate and securities law.

Richard T. Kernan is Treasurer of Dresser, Inc. Mr. Kernan previously served as International Treasurer of Trinity Industries, Inc.; Assistant Treasurer-International of Dresser Industries; and Treasurer for Dresser-Rand Company. Prior to his joining Dresser-Rand Company in 1987, Mr. Kernan held various financial positions with Abbott Laboratories.

Bernard J. Duroc-Danner is chairman of the board, president and chief executive officer of Weatherford International Ltd (NYSE: WFT), one of the largest global providers of innovative mechanical solutions, technology and services for the drilling and production sectors of the oil and gas industry. Weatherford operates in over 121 countries and employs more than 34,000 people worldwide. Dr. Duroc-Danner was directly responsible for the 1987 start up of EVI, Inc. in the oilfield service and equipment industry and has directed the growth of EVI and later Weatherford since then to date. EVI's revenues the first year were less than $20 million. In 1998, EVI, Inc. acquired Weatherford Enterra and adopted the new name of Weatherford International, Inc. Today, Weatherford International's revenue base has grown to over $7 billion with a market capitalization of about $20 billion. Along the way, in 2000, Weatherford dividended Grant Prideco to its shareholders, and Grant now trades separately on the New York Stock Exchange. Growth was from inception both organic and acquisitive with industrial fit as its guiding principle. Dr. Duroc-Danner is a director of Helix Energy Solutions Group, Inc. (a marine contractor and operator of offshore oil and gas properties and production facilities). Dr. Duroc-Danner is also a member of the National Petroleum Council and the Society of Petroleum Engineers. Dr. Duroc-Danner's family has been in the oil business for two generations. Before forming EVI, Inc., Dr. Duroc-Danner held positions at Arthur D. Little Inc. and Mobil Oil Inc. He holds a Ph.D. in economics from Wharton (University of Pennsylvania). Dr. Duroc-Danner is married with four children.

Francesco Giuliani is a Director of First Reserve, the oldest and largest private equity firm specializing in the energy industry. He joined the firm in September 2006. Previously he was employed as a Senior Executive with General Electric. Most recently, he led the GE Oil and Gas Equipment Business at Nuovo Pignone, a $2.5 billion operation in Florence, Italy. Prior to that time he headed the Honeywell integration effort for GE Energy and spent several years in corporate development at different GE businesses and at Finmeccanica in Rome.

Jeffrey K. Quake is Vice President of First Reserve, the oldest and largest private equity firm specializing in the energy industry. He joined First Reserve in December 2005. Previously he was an Associate at J.P. Morgan Partners. Prior to J.P. Morgan, he was an investment banking Analyst at Lehman Brothers, Inc.

Mr. Mirza is one of the founders of Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC and was a principal in the private equity investing group of Odyssey Partners from 1993 to 1997. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Aviation Technologies, Inc., Dresser, Inc., United Site Services, Inc., Neff Corp, Norcross Safety Products, LLC., and Tri-Star Electronics, Inc. Prior to joining Odyssey, Mr. Mirza was head of the merchant banking group at GE Capital Corporation, where he was responsible for the company's cash flow lending and investing activities. Under Mr. Mirza, GE Capital's merchant banking portfolio managed over 75 investments representing several billion dollars. He had direct involvement and responsibility for a wide range of investments in various industries including retail, industrial manufacturing, business services and apparel. Mr. Mirza spent five years at Marine Midland Bank (1983 - 1988) and was a member of the bank's first LBO finance group. A native of Pakistan, Mr. Mirza is a graduate of Claremont McKenna College and received his MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management.
